As a War Horseman, Liya's preference for clothing involved more of a lack thereof, broken up with pelts and fur and leather with the occasional feather and fabric scraps. She liked looking at the clothing in a "to kill time while waiting for others" sort of way. They were pretty, yes, but if it weren't for the fact that sometimes they were required to wear disguises during missions, she would much rather not.
So what was she doing in the Dusk Clothing Store? Well, her last disguise got shredded the ******** out of it, which meant she needed a replacement. And it turns out she wasn't the only one.
"Alright Efreet," Liya said, a wild grin pulling at her mouth. "Do you got anything in mind or you willing to trust me and my taste?"

Efreet found that he had a shortage of clothing when it came to human world disguises and felt that it was time for him to stretch his wings and find some good replacements.
He also figured that maybe he needed more than black or red clothing to fit in better.
Grinning at his companion, one that was wide and toothy and made his eyes close, Efreet scratched at his nose and laughed. "Nah, dude. Er, lady-dude, pick away." He didn't care and she could probably dress him better anyway.
"You're free to keep calling me dude if that's your thing," she laughed. She rubbed her hands together in delight, dark eyes scanning the racks of garments at the Dusk's clothing store, trying to coordinate what she hoped would be the perfect Human disguise.
"I've been to human places like Dzni and they wear the strangest of things," she began, grabbing at shirts and pants seemingly at random. "Oh this would look good on you!" she declared, holding out an animal print dress. "We can maybe shred the bottom bits some, give it a wild flare!"

"Aw, sweet man- er dude." Efreet at least had the decency to look a little embarrassed at his blunders. He had to appreciate that Liya was so chill though. because not everyone was and he'd dug himself into a few verbal holes more than a time or two.
"Human clothing doesn't make much sense," he mused, folding his arms behind his head as he followed her though the store.
The animal print dress earned his companion a puzzled look, with Efreet's arms dropping and him squinting at it. "Uhh, dunno, looks like a tight fit, but I mean. I can put it on."
He didn't even think to request a fitting room or maybe he lacked the decency to keep from tugging his shirt off and holding out an inky hand for the dress.
Liya didn't see any problem with him stripping off his shirt to fit the dress. It wasn't as if there were any of the prissy Conquest clansmen around to act scandalized over something as natural as a topless War Horseman.
"It's just to start, and besides, it looks like we're gonna get a lotta time to try out clothes," she assured him, gesturing to the sudden downpour.
