You greet someone entering the shop and for whatever reason they think that your choice of greeting or tone is offensive and give you a lecture on "proper etiquette"
It was time again to do another job, this time the death guardian found himself at Pale Horse. The company was a techy place and it was grand with all its buildings and gadgets. Cain himself was impressed, not really understanding much of anything to be honest but he was impressed. Enough that apparently he seemed smiley enough to get pegged with greeting.
Saying hello wasn't hard...
Or this had been his thought going in the first half of the day. All the customers he had approached were fine, but then as it grew closer to break Cain was getting a little tired. Tone a little more gruff as another body ran into him and expected a cheerful face. It was an older woman asking where the bathrooms were located, "over to the left." Cain replied in a short tone with a touch of a huff, apparently this lady had caught enough of his tired attitude in the words and she exploded.
The Death guardian found himself on the wrong side of an attitude adjusting as the customer went into a lecture on "proper etiquette", and how he should address the 'elderly.' It ended with a red faced Cain apologizing profusely before hurrying off to hide in the back.
