Vania wasn't entirely sure who she would find... or if anyone else would actually be looking for someone else who remembered.
She did know that she had to be at least partially careful -- she'd heard rumors of Hunters, and knew that they could cause some serious damage if a student had been caught unaware.
The wrath demon just hoped that whoever she met... was a friend, and not a foe.

They were in a very similar situation, well obviously they were caught in the same weird world that made them believe they were horsemen but Olivia didn't see that as the problem. It was more she couldn't locate anyone she actually knew. There were no little names above everyone's head or defining details in some of their looks. It was so hard to tell! (Without asking).
Falling back into normal habits, Olivia's gaze locked onto someone. Vania. She didn't know if she knew the other ghoul or not but she was going to downright stare. And hope.
name:Elaia Olivia journal:A link! clan: Death (Guardian/Heir) arcana: Sun description: Short, petite under them layers of armor and furs. Hair is a mass of deep blue curls and blue eyes brightened by her black scerla. Is way too happy for her own good... and will fight you.
Vania flailed for a small bit, tensing as she stared back, nervousness evident in her facial expression and her body language.
"... um. Hi." Wow. That was incredibly lame. It was one thing to think about talking to people, but quite another to actually talk to them.
"... I'm Vania."
Laaaaaame.

It wasn't like Olivia was reciting poetry herself, she still stood there without a sound. Silently her eyes turned skyward and her lips pursed in thought. Did the name sound familiar? Her face fell, realizing it didn't ring a bell at all.
"Olivia," she finally offered as she took a few steps forward, "I was hoping I knew you but I don't think I do." Disappointment.
"... are you familiar with demons?" It was an innocent question, and one that wouldn't damn her for asking.
It depended all on how Olivia answered that would determine if the other was friend or foe.
Vania looked hopeful as she stared at the other, reaching up to tuck a lock of her hair out of her face. "... I sincerely hope you are."

The disappointment slowly melted as a glow seemed to appear in her eyes. "Oh! I know of them!" Her own hands flailed slightly, "usually I hear they don't like Undead but several are my very best friends!" Not to mention a crush that hasn't been fully realized.
Something dawned on Olivia, "are you one too? In the other world?" Another new friend to possibly have? That could make this whole situation so much better if that was the case. It was so hard to tell what was real or what was going on.
Relief spread across Vania's face as she smiled, moving forward to take Olivia's hands.
"Yes, yes! I'm a wrath demon there. I was hoping you'd be like me, a friend--" She breathed in, excitement in her eyes.
"I don't know why we're here, but I'm so glad I'm not alone--"

Though she couldn't say she knew exactly what being a Watth demon meant (if she thought about it a little more, it would probably come to her). But if it meant a new friend here or there than that was the most important thing to take away from this. Olivia's smile was much wider now.
"I don't know either," she admitted, taking a quick glance around, "last time was a game and we knew we were there. This is just odd. And it was not very fun not to know where anyone I knew was." The small ghoul still didn't, and was beginning to suspect none of them were here at all (why was she singled out). Sad face.
"... this has happened before?" Vania was appalled. This was her first time dealing with anything like this, and she wasn't sure what to think of it.
She fell silent, staring at Olivia for a moment, trying to think of something to say.
"If we remember this," She blurted out. "I think I'd like to be friends with you. If... if that's okay."

Olivia nodded, "yes, once we were in a game. It was a lot of fun and we met Alice. But we were not really... different?" Her hands raised, pulling at the long cloak behind her back and briefly brushed past the fur of the pelt around her shoulders. "We knew who we were." And everyone she knew was there too, not like here.
Were there any other times? None came to mind. Oh wait, "those kingdoms also. But I do not know if that was the same thing." That had been so long ago now though she still had small snippets of memories from there that had faded over time.
Vania's declaration made her blink a few times, a smile settled back after the surprise dwindled, "yes! We should be friends. I would like that very much."
