Since he was a newly awakened senshi and didn't want to hurt himself too much by throwing himself into a battle with a youma or Negaverse agent without backup, Takamizawa had decided to reach out in the network to see if there were any senshi that would be willing to spar with him.

Surprisingly however, it wasn't a senshi that had responded, but instead, some sort of "knight" person. Which he was fine with, he just didn't know much about them. They were apparently sided with the White Moon, and so that meant that they were allies, but knights used magic differently than senshi, and they didn't have their own special sphere. It was... interesting at least. And so, he had happily accepted the offer to spar with the, Mercury knight, if he remembered correctly, and they had set up a meeting time.

It had taken a bit to come up with a time and place, with their busy schedules, but they eventually managed to agree and so here he was waiting for the knight to come. Though, from what he had been told, he was a bit of a beacon standing and waiting, but he didn't mind too much. After all, if he needed to, he could escape, and he certainly knew when it was time to fight and when it was time to flee. No point in proving that one was the best if they couldn't read the situation at all.

Takamizawa grinned at her, though it couldn't be seen through the mask. He was never too sure if he should keep the darn thing up or not considering it obstructed the amazing view of his face. It would probably be more useful when going up against some Negaverse agent of some sort, but right now it just seemed to be a hindrance.

He nodded back at her. "Yes. I'm glad that you responded to my request. And if what I've heard about you pages is correct, then we should focus on physical combat rather than magical combat, yes?" From what he had learned about his fellow knight allies so far, was that their magic only unlocked when they became a squire, poor things.

"I would like to get used to fighting in this from since some of our physical abilities are a bit enhanced, and I can't exactly go practicing against anyone in my self-defense class now can I? Which is why I'm glad that you answered my request for a sparring partner."

Kami grinned though it could not be seen. Really, what was the point of such a mask if it kept others from seeing his amazing face? He would have pulled it down, but considering it was fastened to his ears rather than his neck, it would have hurt too much. He mentally sighed in frustration at not being able to show what he was feeling to others.

"Thank you, that would be great! And even if we aren't that skilled, I'm sure we could both learn something when it comes to fighting!" After all, this was a more experienced magical fighter, and although he knew some self-defense, he hadn't had much practice with the extra strength and speed he got while he was powered up. He nodded and backed up a bit so that they could start this. "Would you like to start or should I?"

Luckily for Kami he had gotten into a lot of street fights. Unfortunately for him, usually he could tell those fights were starting, so he had been unable to dodge Cordoba's sweeping kick. He fell on his back with a thump and after a quick check to make sure nothing serious had happened he swung out a leg of his own.

"Nice surprise attack!" He said chuckling a bit. Sure he looked silly, and she couldn't see the grin behind his mask, but he was so far having fun.

Kami managed to hop up back onto his feet and steady himself. "We'd fight fair but the enemy may not." He replied, grinning a bit as he threw out a punch at her. He wouldn't use his magic, that wouldn't be fair to the knight at least.

"Well, if we practice the unpredictable then at least we won't be surprised that they don't fight like we expect them to."

Kami liked the way this knight thought. "You mean act like we're not good enough to be like them and then do it anyway?" He asked jokingly, while also trying to dodge Cordoba's punch. He mostly dodged it, but did get hit in the shoulder a bit. It didn't hurt but it did show he needed to do better.

He hoped that before she could react, he ducked down and swung his leg out, hoping to catch her off guard.

Though, it might not work. After all, it looked so easy to sweep people off their feet in the movies and tv, in real life it looked like it would take a lot more to actually make it happen.

Kami had to admit he was surprised that the kick had worked, though it was probably just luck on his part. Of course, he couldn't just let her stay down. He chuckled as he held out his hand for her to grab. "Well, want to call it a draw then? I'm sure we both learned a bit, though we probably talked more than we fought." He said, laughing a bit. Or at least they seemed to be getting distracted by it, not that that was a bad thing, he did need to have conversations with other White Moon and get to know them.

And it was also starting to get a bit late, his father would be wondering where he was, and unfortunately if he came back at the wrong time, his father would not be happy.

Kami nodded, glad that he had helped, perhaps a little bit with both of their training, and lifted her off the ground. "It was fun. Maybe we can battle again someday." He said. He smirked at her, though it couldn't be seen. "Sure! I'll just need to get your info of course, but I could always use a friend to patrol with!" Sure, he felt quite confident himself in being able to keep his own while fighting an agent, but help was never unwelcome!
