To the baroness youkimi and our esteemed queen.

By the time this report reaches you j shall be en route to bellriss to meet with council woman hysteria. I shall answer questions you might have when i return to etherland.

The purpose of this report is to let you know the city guard has doubled to deal with the rise in crime. I have turned the library. And most of the bottom floor of my home into a school for the children as well as using the upper floors as a orphanage for some of the children. We are focusing on teaching the youngest children to read and do maths. Those that have been blessed with living 11 years are being thought there civil duties and from this group some ideas for designs for jewels have come that are ornate but impressive. I have sent a simple completed design from. One of the adult children.

Tho its unorthodox. The punishment for the crimes is to help with the schooling. We lost many good teachers so some of the offenders are helping the children with homework and with. Civic duties. Others are being out to work in the mines or being apprenticed to our jewel makers. With your permission i would like to send any that are non violent offenders to help work your farms. Many of these crimes are but desperate people. I shall give the non violent ones chances to redeem themselves.
The most violent ones are being made to work close to mount Adara i have heard that there is the beginnings of a big finding from the mining workers. so far things seem to working well. all of this was already in play before our conversation, just thought you would like to know things will go pretty smoothly if no one is trying to undermine our peace.

speaking about that, the queen must go to the Ethernal fire to speak to the goddess. The goddess has not stopped by the queens chambers. this worries me. the queen most get the goddess blessing or else her rule is not secure. Rebels might take the queen not having the blessing as a sign to start rebellion. and more then that. it truly shows that the queen is not walking the right path for ethe. so please GET THE QUEEN TO THE ETHERNAL FLAME.

on a last note. i have also sent an obsidian tipped arrow. this new desing was asked for by the second prince of Lionis to deal with the shredders in phobos. this arrows piercing power is unlike any i have seen before. this is something we could have made with the techniques we are creating now. obisidian weapons are being made to outfit our military, the new kind of arrows will help protect our skies. the blades shall cut like nothing has before.
