[ JOB LISTING ] Fork Lift Driver

[ TASK ]
Though not a glamorous job it is an important one at HQ, with the heavy forklift operators dealing with more than simply pallets of product. In the headquarters they also handle blocks of raw ore and steel, ferrying these to the metalworkers in the research shops behind the warehouse itself. Some horsemen prefer this line of work as it does include quite a bit of manual labour and climbing through the warm and lofty rafters in a reminiscent echo of the jungle.
[ MECHANICS ]
Roll 1d6 twice, each roll is half the day.
You spend a morning trying to figure out how the forklift even works, if you've driven it before you are on a model you've never even seen before.
You drive into a huge stack of boxes and are relieved to see that they at least were empty, you spend the day trying to tidy them up.
Things are very busy in the warehouse, you are rushed off your feet driving back and forth ferrying deliveries and before you know it is over.
Things are quiet for a change and you get a chance to sneak to the rest room to chat to your coworkers.
A secret delivery comes in a back door and is taken away by a group of Death horsemen in the direction of the warehouse workshops, you are thanked for your assistance.
You get into an awkward conversation with co-workers and slink off back to your forklift to try and forget the discussion.
[ UPON COMPLETION ]

Determined to do her part at gathering fear for her clan despite her earlier failed attempt at something that she wasn't familiar with in the first place, Fenette had showed up at Tyr’s company first thing the next morning to see if there was another job that she could take on instead.
Deciding that they could give her another chance at this, they decided to entrust her with the task of being the forklift driver at the warehouse today. It was a splendid arrangement since it didn't require Fenette to lift a finger for the most part other than to operate the vehicle in question. But it might have turned out even better had someone taken the time to show her how the forklift should be driven and operated before leaving her to her own devices.
Nevertheless, Fenette was unperturbed by this and decided to spend a good part of the morning in a corner of the warehouse experimenting with the controls until she eventually had most of it figured out. There was no point rushing into things that she was unfamiliar with lest that led to more harm and trouble than good.
After a quick lunch, Fenette immediately got to work, trying to work as quickly and efficiently as she could in order to make up for the lost time in the morning. It went smoothly without a hitch fortunately. So much so that she even managed to make it out of the company without going into overtime with everything that needed to be moved for the day precisely where they needed to be.
