With a new family and two of those seeming to always be hungry, Qora was always working to try and provide for his family. The boys were growing so much every day it seemed, Qora could barely remember when they were wee screaming little devils. It was quite a change, that’s for sure, but he would adjust no matter what. Qora thought he remembered Olli wanting to start a garden for his mother, much to his surprise. To do so, they would need some help in the form of a large beast to at least break up the hard soil so they could even have a chance at planting something. It didn’t take Qoraekai long to find one out in the desert, he just had to make sure the area was safe and the Quhar was the only one around. It took some waiting, but he finally had an opportune moment. With a rope in hand, Qora tried to sneak up on it which really wasn’t necessary as he threw the rope over the beast’s neck and it simply turned its head to look at him. It wasn’t until the oban started pulling on the large Quhar’s neck that it started getting agitated and pulling back. In effort to try and get the beast moving, he used another length of rope, or at least tried to use it as a whip. When he finally managed to hit the beast’s backside he realized that was a bad idea. It started moving, right towards Qoraekai. Eyes widening, he let go of the rope and jumped out of the way as the Quhar ran straight for him. When it realized it missed its target, the beast spun around and made another attempt but Qora was already running. The beast seemed to think it had rid itself of the pest enough so it resumed grazing, Qora’s rope still around it’s neck. ”What was I thinking…honestly. I’ll just go rent one from a tamer.” He said to himself as he jogged back home.
