She wasn't out and about to collect energy today, wasn't looking for any fight either, instead Kobayashi was bouncing from rooftop to rooftop just for the fun of it. There was joy in being able to actually move around like this after the first couple of months of her Senshidom being spent tripping over her own skirt at random times. Even more so since just running around like this let her see the different sides of the city while getting a rush of adrenaline every time she lept across a building that was farther away then she could realistically jump to when powered down. It also certainly amused her when none of the civilian's that she might come across in the streets bothered to look up and spot her, though it was just past sundown so that probably put them at more of a disadvantage then had it been sunny out.

While she had felt the Order Senshi's signature, she hadn't given much thought to it right away as she had been getting farther away from it at first. It wasn't until the power signature started to head her way that she almost paused, wondering if she would end up in a fight. She didn't end up stopping as she noticed that the Order Senshi was gaining on her even though the signature said it was another first stage though it was different then what she had felt before.

The difference was revealed when the Chibi went and caught up to her. Kobayashi blinked in surprise then slowed down to a stop on a flat rooftop, giving the young girl a smile. "Well hello there little miss Ara." She said, amused at how chipper the Chibi was, though she did question why the Order Senshi was so trusting that she would just attack rather then talk back even if that's exactly what she was going to do. "I'm Sailor Kobayashi, Senshi of Impossibility. No one id chasing me, I just felt like running over the roof tops since it's fun. What are you doing out and about?"
