While Ignacio probably wouldn't have gone to the game night on his own, his sister Raina needed a ride, and once Ignacio had arrived with her, there was nothing wrong with sitting down and playing a few rounds of a game or two until she inevitably got bored and wanted to leave.

That was how he found himself playing the admittedly classic game of Clue with some other people that had expressed interest.

They had just finished a round, Ignacio with a bit of a victorious grin on his face as he looked over the notes he had taken. He had managed to figure out quite a bit that round...

Ignacio lifted his eyes up to the new girl and offered a wave. "Yeah, sure. I don't think anyone's claimed her for next round yet! Take a seat."

When she commented on how old the game was, Ignacio plucked up the game box and looked for the copyright date. Once he found it, he offered a grin and replied, "It looks like we're missing Mrs. White."

He laughed, swatting at the air a little bit. "We can play with just five, though."

Ignacio picked up his notepad and switched to a clean page, getting ready to play a new round. With five players, it just made the game a bit more interesting. "So, what's your name? I'm Ignacio."

He offered a smile in turn, picking up his piece and moving it to a different room on the map. Ignacio took down a few notes about the other things he noticed on the map, before passing on his turn to the next person and returning to the conversation he struck with the new person at the table. It seemed like she might have been a bit on the shier side, after all, especially with the way she had been quiet when she had come up to them.

"Dria? That's a nice name." Ignacio twirled his pencil around in his hand. "Is it short for something?"

Ignacio chuckled. "I think she rolled the highest, yeah."

He kept silent for a little bit, mostly observing the game, but he clearly wasn't staying still. He kept twirling his pencil, and the more time went by--which admittedly wasn't a whole lot--the more he started tapping his foot against the ground. Ignacio could stay still and quiet on occasion, when he desired to, but not usually while he was trying to concentrate on something.

After a bit, he turned to Xandria and tried engaging her again. "So, what brings you here? Just like board games?"

Ignacio was naturally a social creature, but he had gone through periods of his life when he very much hadn't been. Hell, he still wasn't the most outgoing person he had ever met. So it wasn't like he didn't understand why someone wouldn't want to be social. He had his own reasons, after all.

Still, none of those reasons had been good signs, and so when she stated she had her reasons, he couldn't help a small frown and an eyebrow quirk of concern. "Good reason? Is everything alright?"

She was clearly much younger than he was, so she honestly could have been declaring her good reason was some angsty teenager-esque, but he figured it was still worth asking after. "I'm sure your family thinks being more social would be good for you. Not a bad thing."

Honestly, Ignacio wasn't sure what reaction he was supposed to give, in this case.

The story didn't sound terribly realistic, honestly, and to him it sprinkled of the same teenage angst he had thought her reason might have ended up being. It sounded like a stretch, at best. He'd need to look through some newspaper articles later and see if there had been some sort of plane crash in the area (or originating from the area, anyway) about four years ago. For now, though...

He quirked a brow and offered a smile that didn't seem entirely cheerful. "Ah, I'm sorry to hear that. You're--" he took a deep breath. Wrong approach. "That's... quite the reason." Not really letting her respond, he quickly continued with a, "In any case, it's probably good you get out, then. Meet more people. Form new memories or something, right?"

It seemed like she wanted to get back to the game, which was fine he supposed. At least she was trying to socialize a bit more.

"Yeah, you were right!" He nodded in agreement, showing her the notes he had written down already. It looked like she had come to the conclusion a bit quicker than he had, though. Perhaps it was because he had been distracted talking to the other players... "Congrats!"

"Ig!!" Ignacio lifted his eyes from Xandria, turning to look over to his sister who was waving at him. Oh. She must have decided she was done with the event while he was playing a couple rounds of Clue. That was fine. He turned to Xandria and offered a laugh. "Siblings, right?" Not that she had mentioned even having siblings, but hopefully she had some kind of reference point. Even if she was somehow telling the truth with that memory loss stuff.

He was definitely googling recent plane crashes when he got home.

"It was nice meeting you," offered Ignacio, offering his hand to shake. "I've gotta drive my sister home. Do keep playing! I think the other players want to play another round." He waved at them, too, as they nodded, before getting up to join his sister.
