It was time for Shura's favorite thing in the world! Well, one of her favorite hobbies at least... if it could be seen as a hobby? A thought that she waved aside as it was already running away on its down without permission. Either way it was time to go shopping! She'd gotten some money from her father and she was going to finally get the thing that she'd been saving for forever! It was time to get herself a zanteer pup or as she referred to them as a child 'water kitties'. It had only taken this long but it was finally time! Shura looked down at the simple map that she had that was supposed to lead her to where the breeder was located. She'd be able to go through the pups they had, pick out the best one for herself, and bring it back to show off to her family! She was sooo excited that she just wanted to squeal in delight! She refrained though, not wanting to draw attention to her that might think she'd lost her mind. She was still walking forward when the ground beneath her feet suddenly seemed... squishier? She gave pause, moved the map, and looked down... only to realize she was stepping on someone. Giving a cry of surprise she lunged backwards, fists raised as though preparing to give the person laying in the alleyway a good punch of needs be...

Tri had been laying on the sandy ground, having a bit of difficulty breathing seeing as whom his face was in the sand. As he laid there he was in a bit of pain from being hungry and not properly clothed to lay in hot sand. Has he laid there her heard people walk past and heard the talking and whispering about normal daily thing . He was then suddenly jerked out of the hunger infused sleepiness when a boot steps into his lower back. "O-ow.." He groans after the boot was removed from his back. He puts his hands on the ground and slowly rolls him self over onto his back, coughing up sand as he does so. "I don't have the money if that's what you came to ask" He states, not noticing it's not his bookie.

Shura found herself starring at the one before her, eyes a bit wide, head cocked to one side. What... no who...? He looked a bit on the dirty side, his hair was a mess, and he had bags under his eyes that said he probably wasn't sleeping well on the floor, huh? Shifting her stance she crossed her arms over her chest and said, "I don't really need you're money... um... guy. I have enough of my own." Who in the world was he? Why was he on the ground? Why was he randomly saying that he didn't have any money? Shaking her head she said, "Are you in need of a doctor? I don't weight that much but I'd rather not find out later that I stepped on you to death or something." She doubted very highly that her father would be very pleased with her for going around stepping on random vagrants after all. Best that she tried to clean up the stepping on a guy mess on her own. And quickly, she needed to get to the zanteer breeder after all.

Tri relaxed why they said that he didn't owe them money. He relaxed and laid down. As he was relaxing his stomach let out a very loud growl. "O-ow" Tri squeaked out as a response to his own gut. He groans and holds his belly as he slowly sits up, dusting the sand off of himself with his free hand. He sighs a bit as when he looked down, noticing how much of a mess he was. He looks up at Shura and his eyes widen in surprise. "Heeeeey, you aren't my bookie" Tri says with a chuckle and a grin. He slowly dragged himself up onto his feet and pops his back, going into a bad slouch over his pops. He looks at her and tilts his head a bit, "So, what are you doing in this side of town?"

Shura's reddish eyes blinked slowly as the man before her sat up and his belly started to growl louder then any beast that she'd ever heard before in the past. After a moment she lifted her hands up, covering her mouth with them, and started to giggle as though the man had done something that was quite amusing to her. It wasn't exactly his fault, it was a natural thing, but Shura didn't think that she'd ever heard someone's belly make that loud a protest before. Maybe because her mother fed them so well that they never had a moment of being overly hungry, perhaps? Lowering her hands down rested them on her hips and said, "Yeah, yeah, definitely not a bookie the last time I checked my resume." She watched him as he set to dragging himself out of the dirt only to stand there before her, slightly slumped, which made her taller then him. Especially so when she stood up straight, a grin on her face as she did so, "So you have a bookie, huh? Gambler then I take it? Is that why you're in the dirt then?" She supposed that it made sense, huh? "Eh? Oh, making my way to a zanteer breeder that is in the area. They are pretty rare in this part of the world since zanteer are a Matori thing. It's my chance to get a pup of my own." She starred at the somewhat pathetic, dirty boy in front of her, and said, "Well... if you want to tag along while I get my pup I can apologize with a meal afterward. I did step on you after all." With that she started on her way, leaving the Oban boy with the invitation and the choice to follow if he felt like it. She was fine either way, so long as she got her zanteer pup then she was happy. If he wanted to tag along so that she could 'feed the local wildlife' then she'd do that too.

Tri chuckles and looks at her, not really knowing what he did to cause her to giggles but he found it funny. After a few moments he finally got what she found amusing which got him to chuckle at that. "I'm surprised that my stomach was able to make you laugh" He said, smiling a bit. He chuckled a bit ashamed when she asked him if his gambling was the reason his walk in the dirt. He shook his head a bit looked up at her a bit with his hand resting on his slightly sunk in belly. "Gambler, yes but that's not really why I was laying in the dirt." He says as his belly growls again. He rubs the back of his head with his other hand as he has a stupid smile. "cool, I've always wanted to know what a Zanteer Taste- Looked like" He quickly corrected him self with a bit of a nervous look. He nodded a bit when she said that their were rare here, which he kind of knew from what he had heard. But his nodding was stopped as she mentioned that if he came with she would give him food. His eyes widened as he trotted after her and looked at her. "Y-you'd actually give me food?"

"No?" So it wasn't the reason why he'd been napping on the ground? What was the reason then? It made her really wonder what it was that he'd been up to that would lead him to being in such a place. It was pretty odd if you asked her but she supposed that it wasn't too important. What really mattered was that the guy wasn't trying to be mean or hassle her because she'd gone walking over him on accident. Instead he seemed to be pretty easy going, which was nice! "Eh...?" She turned to look at him, her eyes narrowing just a little bit, before she said, "No. No eating my zanteer pup! I have been saving for one for a long time now!" She rested her hands on her hips, giving him a very serious look, before she continued to walk forward, her eyes going on to her map once more. As they walked along, following what the map said, she nodded her head, "Yeah, food. I figure I owe you at least that since I went tromping across you in such a manner." Something that made her give a bit of a chuckle. That was the last thing that she'd meant to do... but it wasn't as though she'd been planning to come across a living road block. She gave a humming sound then said, "I'm not sure what we are gonna eat. Mostly depends how much the zanteer pup is. I only know the average prices for them, not the exact price that they might go for today."

He shakes his head as he follows her, not really seeing the point in telling her why he was laying, lightheaded in the dirty floor. He smiles a bit and look around as they walk, whistling a small tune with his hands behind his back. He looks at her and holds his hands up, "Okay, okay. I wasn't gonna eat your pup." He said with a chuckle and a smile. He slowly looks over her shoulder to look at her map, straightening up his back a bit with a crackle. He looked as her map to try and figure out where he is at the moment with her. "Thank you in advance." He says with a smile and chuckle. He stretches and looks at her. "You're a very kind young lady" He says grinning. As they walk along he peeks into window, scouting them out to see if he should steal their stuff later. He takes note of a few homes that he kept in the back of his mind for later.

Giving a nod of her head Shura said, "You're most definitely not going to eat it. I wouldn't want to punch someone I just met after all but I would end up having to out of principle if you look at the pup in a hungry manner." She made it sound as though it was most definitely not something that she wanted to do but when it came down to it she would do it gladly. No reason to let her pup that she'd finally saved up enough for get eaten by some vagrant. As he thanked her in advance she nodded her head, "Yeah, yeah, no problem. It was my fault for not looking where I was going." And her fault if the guy had a foot print shaped bruise on his back from where she stepped on him. At the mention of her being a 'very kind young lady' she started to laugh, "Heh, you know it!" She'd take that compliment. Especially since more often then not, despite her mode of dress being more 'girly' she was more of a tomboy sort. She just also loved pretty things... along with getting in tussles with those that wanted to cross her. She wanted to believe that deep down she was exactly what the vagrant said that she was. She was a kind young lady! She just had to occasionally punch a few people here and there. Mostly those that thought it would be a good idea to pick on her darling little brother especially. It was those sorts of people that most deserved a sucker punch to the midsection.

Tri holds his hands up. "okay, I wasn't actually gonna" He said with a bit of a chuckle. He smiles and puts his arms down and leans back a bit to stretch as he had needed it for a bit. As he stretched his back cracked a bit in some what of a protest. He smiles and looks at her. He nods in response to her saying 'you know it'. Tri started to find her some what amusing and kind as she she was one of the few people has ever been kind to him and the other was the wife of his bookie.

Shura starred for a moment before nodding, continuing to walk along with the other following along after her. He didn't really didn't seem like a bad sort, just an... odd sort. As such she saw no reason why she couldn't make use of him as far as company went. That and it would be a lot easier to get around. While she didn't run into a lot of problems she knew that sometimes things could be hard for a lone girl. She'd just use this one as a bodyguard of sorts! As she walked along something occurred to her, the fact that she had yet to even consider asking what the guy's name was. Turning around she starred at the one in front of her as she walked slowly backwards, "Hmmm... you know... I don't even know who you are and here I am taking you to lunch. We should probably remedy that, huh?" Giving a smile she said, "My name is Shura... and you are?"

Tri smiles and looks around corner to make sure there was no one suspicious. He blinks and looks at the girls with a soft smile across his face. “Shura, That’s a very pretty name” He said, chuckling softly. He leaned most of his weight on one leg and smiled a bit. “My name is Tristitia, But you can just call me Tri” He said happily.

Shura nodded her head in agreement, feeling that her name was in fact quite a pretty one. Of course she was also quite biased so maybe her thoughts on the name shouldn't count? She'd instead merely be pleased over the fact that her follower felt the same? Giving a smile she turned around so that she could walk normally again, "Tristitia, huh? That's a pretty interesting name." Not something that she'd ever heard before that was for sure. Unique things were cool if you asked her, meaning she found that she rather liked it. "Tri then, because your full name is a bit of a mouthful." Best to stick with a nickname since it would make things easier on her. Continuing forward her eyes went back to her map, "We are almost there now. Just a couple more blocks and we will be able to look at the zanteer pups!" She knew that she was acting a bit like a kid at the moment but she didn't care! Not when her dream of having her very own 'water kitty' was about to finally come true!

Tri smiles and chuckles softly and nods happily. “Thanks” He said and blushed a bit, Kind of a bit flustered from someone complimenting his name. “Ya, I understand that,” He said with a bit of a weak laugh, “It’s better then what my bookie calls me” He said slowly looking down at the ground, grumbling under his breath softly with his fists clenches a bit. He looks back up and smiles. “Yup, all most there” He said with a wide grin. He’s wanted to see A zanteer but not as much as a Snaptrotter though. Those have always interesting him from the stories that he had heard from passersby.

"I can only imagine." Mostly because Shura didn't have a bookie, nor had she ever met one before. As such she couldn't really say what it was that they might call the people that owed them money. If she had to guess she'd say that it wasn't something that was all that nice though. No matter, she wasn't a bookie, she didn't plan on getting one, and therefore she saw no reason to really think too hard about what they might be like. After another turn that would bring them back onto more heavily trafficked areas they would find themselves in front of the house she was looking for. Out front was a gated area in which various zanteer pups were either running around, swimming in a small pool, or sleeping all curled up. It was a sight to behold, one that had Shura squealing in delight as she rushed forward to the pen, looking inside at all the little beasts within. As such came close suddenly all eyes were on here before the pups rushed over toward the edge of the enclosure she was at, bouncing around, as though seeking her full attention. "Tri! Tri! Look how cute and bouncy they are!"
