The northern-most city near the Capital known for its sacred religious traditions and majestic exhibit of many visual arts. It acts as a sanctuary for some seeking refugee and new beginnings but also known for producing the future intellectuals of elven kind. This place by history was the birth place of many past leaders of the orders of the kingdom and continues to show their legacy. It hosts the largest sanctuary of religions in the entire land and also the most diversity in culture among the four cities. The resplendence of elven architecture and culture that embraces this city of hope grants even outsiders a place of peace under even times of conflict.
