It seemed that life was just trying to mess with him in any way it could, putting a mental strain on the moon hunter and leaving him not only tired but stressed as well. Zanth may of been a proverbial pain in the a**, but he had always been a welcome distraction, someone he could talk to about whatever he wanted without any judgment. Well most of the time. But it had been a few weeks, and still there was no sign of his presence. It made him worry that his weapon would never return again. At least he had managed to patch it up with Sherry and Joy, though the others he hadn't approached yet, either unable to locate them or too nervous to actually talk to them. He wasn't sure which. It was also incredibly difficult to perform his normal duties. Working in the kitchen was difficult as the general consensuses among moons was to not let him near sharp objects, which limited him to the amount of foods he could make. The infirmary also provided it's struggles, especially with some of the awkward glances or glares he received, making him visibly recoil and walk to another part of the building. He was also worried about Solia, the deep dark circles under her eyes always a call for concern. He tried his best to support her and help her get more sleep but the death division liked to hold their secrets, as well as work their hunters to the bone. Feeling melancholy, he shuffled towards the lighthouse and punched in the code to the observation room that held the battle arena. He had been meaning to attempt clearance for a better set of bandages for a while, but in order to do that he needed to re-do his training. He stepped in, feeling almost nostalgic at the scanning red lazers and piranha filled pool. How long had it been since he did this? He approached the jenga board, feeling just as capable as he did last time he played this game. Which was not very. At least he managed to pass the first round without any major hiccups. He moved a few more blocks and jumped as the tower crumbled and fell. Oh, he forgot about the sensation of having a dart shot into his neck. He didn't miss it either.
