Biography: Born in the poverty stricken slums of Alabasta, Meket learned the rules of the streets early in life, getting by with stealing and pickpocketing to get what she needed. What began as an easy way to get goods soon became troublesome as she grew, eventually being threatened with an arrest. Moving onto other opportunities, when the girl was of age, she soon found herself strapped for cash once more, finding work in a brothel in return for a room.
