Clove had a book in hand, and his bag slung over his shoulder, he was really excited, he was going to be able to see his dad, well hang out with is dad. Clove had been so busy with school work, he had seemed to ostracize himself from the rest of the family, though he did not mean for this to happen, he just really wanted to pass all his classes. Clove was unsure what him and his dad where going to do that day, though he really didn't care, he was just too excited to really think what they were going to do. As soon as clove got home he looked for his dad, eager to see if maybe his dad had something fun to do.

Clove was surprised to see that his dad was at the door looking for him, when he got home, he smiled and ran to his dad hugging onto his legs. Clove looked up at him and smiled "Hi dad", he had let go of his dad's leg after a while and tucked his book back between his arms. Clove looked down at the book as if he almost forgot he had it and held it up to his dad, of course it was a book on animals and how they ticked, since clove wanted to become a doctor, he seemed to look at a lot of books just like this one. "Oh looky i found a book that i want to do a book report on", He again smiled at his dad as he held up the book. Clove knew his dad was busy, so book's and school assignments where how he kept out of being in trouble, but he was glad his dad was there to help if he needed it.

Clove stoped holding the book up when Caramel asked him how school was going, "I am doing great, I am passing all my classes so far, and I have some really nice friends". Clove slide the book under his arm as he thought for a moment, he knew he could do both, but he really wanted to play, together with his dad, this was a rare opportunity for him. "Is daddy going to play too?" clove looked back up at Caramel as he asked this and gave him a big smile. Knowing his dad was busy, made spending time with him even more exciting for Clove, he knew that Caramel loved him, he was just busy and Clove understood that, he wasn't old enough to put food on the table, or anything like that, so he knew without his mom there, Caramel was the soul provider of the family.

Clove went Deep in thought when Caramel asked what he wanted to play, he didn't really play sport type games, but that was because he wasn't really interested in it. Clove thought long and hard trying to think what him and his, dad could do together, before coming up with playing catch in the park, it was kinda a chill thing to do, and being out and about would help clove waste some energie. "we should go to the park, i have a ball we can play catch" Clove looked up at his father hopefully he wouldn't mind, looking up at his dad, he smiled up at him though he did not show much of his fey side, and his tail wagged happily.

Clove thought for a moment, and went over to his bag before grabbing A folder, that had what he needed to do for the book report. Clove carefully put some paper to do his book report, he then pulled a pencil out, and put it in the folder with the paper, he looked threw his pencil pouch before grabbing a little eraser. Clove put the folder on top of the book before putting the book and folder down on the table for a moment, "we should do my book report after the park, this way i don't lose anything or forget anything after I am done playing." Clove went off to go find a suitable ball to play catch with, he found a little ball about the size of his palm, it was squishy to so if someone accidently got hit by it would not hurt to much, at least that's what clove hoped. Clove went back to his father holding up the ball as he stoped in front of his dad, "will this ball do?"

Clove was happy to follow his father to the park, when they got there and started playing catch Clove went to catch the ball, and he caught it for a split second before he fumbled and dropped it. Clove shrugged picking up the ball and gently tossing it to his dad, to keep the game in motion, he seemed really pleased with the time he was having with his dad. Caramel could ask his son about anything right now, clove felt like this was a good activity to do and talk about their day, though clove was unsure, how or if he was going to ask his dad about his day, he was still kid and clove didn't feel like, he needed to ask Caramel how his day way. Though after a long thought about it clove did really want to know, "Hey dad how was your day today?" Clove waited for either the ball, or his dad to answer, of course the ball was just so he could catch it.

Clove smiled at his dad, he was happy to hear that his dad was finally getting somewhere with his dream, and he was really happy he was getting some bonding time with his dad, he only wished he knew where his mom, and other siblings where. When Caramel mentioned that he was always going to have time for him, clove was super happy and gave a big happy grin to his father. Clove knew that His dad was a busy guy, and it took everything he had to raise clove the best he could, and understood why he lived in the dorm, and not with his dad. "I Understand dad, I would love to live with you when everything is settled" clove smiled at him, knowing that Caramel was trying to do everything in his power to keep them as a family.

Clove again tried to catch the ball, but again he fumbled it and it fell again to the ground, he picked it up and looked at his dad, then looked at the time. It was getting to be the end of the day, not a good time for little freshlings to be out. "yeah, project time" Clove giggled and walked to his dad, he held his hand out and smiled up to his dad. Though Clove was adapted to doing his homework by himself, he was looking forward to his dad helping him, it was more time with his dad that Clove could not refuse. Clove was happy he had a family, sometimes he wished he could share his family with other less fortunate than he, all his friends eventually got adopted, but it was sad to see them not really have a mom or dad to help them with anything.
