User Image Plopping on her bed after talking with her dads, Popple sorted through the papers she got in the mail regarding Leviathan and the Medical program they had there. There was so much to read through and fill out for getting into the program, let alone the essay she was going to have to write. And it was true that community college was her back up for cooking, but she'd much rather go to her only choice school. She wanted to be able to care for animals and there was no way that the grimmlin was going to let a little self doubt wriggle in now!

She began to separate and pile the papers to get organized and ready to tackle this, but wouldn't you know that one of her little sisters ran in through the door and plopped on the bed with her. Popple sat there, watching as all the papers fluttered down from the air all over her room. With a small laugh and groan mixture, She pushed herself off the bed, gathered up the little offender, and took her down to the kitchen. "Someone please occupy this little thing here! Thank youuuu!" and ran back to her room, locking the door behind her this time. "Back to organizing!"

After about thirty minutes or so, Popple moved all the papers to her desk. Grabbing up her favorite pen, she chewed on the cap as she debated how to proceed with filling everything out. Instead of putting pen to paper, she read through everything again. There wasn't any extra forms and she did NOT want to screw up the only copy of the forms she had. But mostly, now she was doubting herself again, worried that she wasn't cut out for the medical field. Worried that she'd be stuck baking for the rest of her life. Not that there was anything wrong with baking. It was just that she didn't want that to be the only thing she was meant for. She wanted to heal animals.

"No!" she said loudly to herself. "This is no time to doubt yourself! You've wanted to help animals for a long time. You are NOT letting any self doubts get in the way of that!" Yes. Good pep talk! It was just what she needed, along side a pat or two on her cheeks to get herself focused once again. This time she was putting pen to paper!

The paperwork took forever, but as she laid her pen down and cracked her neck side to side, Popple couldn't help smiling to herself. Sure she still had her essay to write and other things to take care of, but she conquered her self doubt and the mountain of information the school wanted from her. "Up next! Essay!" and then her stomach growled at her. The girl couldn't help laughing at herself. "Well, if there's any good reason to take a break, food would be that reason." With that, she stacked her papers and made sure they were neat and then headed down to the kitchen to get something to eat.
