He hated being out in the open. It was bright, he was cold, and he struggled to hold onto his cards with claws. He wanted to hide, but there was nowhere to do so. He slowly finished his turn and squinted as he looked towards his opponent. He forced the word "Hi" out of his mouth, but with not enough force for his greeting to cut through the noise and reach his opponent. He looked down immediately afterwards, twitching occasionally as he waited.

The ghost easily noticed the other's shaking, and despite not hearing the attempted greeting he'd caught that brief glance in his direction. He tried to offer Husby a smile, awkward as it might have looked.
"You don't have to be so nervous. It's all supposed to be in good fun." Yuki tried to reassure him, softly as he could while still able to be heard.
Easy for someone to say that wasn't entirely terrified of heights, openness, crowds or noise.

He envied his opponent's composure. He had never expected to get this far in the card tournament. Now he was out in the open with creeple of all kinds staring at him with lights shining on him. It felt like a nightmare. He swallowed then tried again to communicate. "Okay... I... like your card!" shouted Hushby awkwardly. He wasn't used to speaking loudly so he had no concept of casual volume. He then overanalyzed his words and felt like a complete idiot for saying something so lackluster. He looked back down immediately and stared at the world beneath them. It was far less intimidating than the surrounding crowd. Hitsuzen Madea is an NPC and Arden was just a stage 1. sweatdrop So no points should be awarded for that, just a lot of tallied damage
