[Reno Vantas]

Reno would stare into the depths of the strange labyrinth, quietly admiring the thing with a smile on his face. The others wanted to explore it with some big group or powerful Pokemon or a massive amount of items. He wanted to see what he could do with himself and a little Pokemon. Looking to his arm before flipping open a panel, he watched Nau hop out with a cheer. Time to get to work.

[Reno Vantas]

Room 1

Reno and Nalu would step into the first room and be faced with...themselves. Staring at the mirror in front of him for much longer than was necessary, waiting for himself to emerge out of it, Reno and Nalu would eventually begin to move their way through the mirror maze as they did their best to figure out which walls were not mirrors as close as the others. But things were beginning to get harder, the air thicker, almost seemed easier to....stop...and...maybe...sleep. Feeling his eyes beginning to get heavy, Reno caught sight of a small motion from near the mirrors.

Staring at where he had seen the movement, Reno would stumble forward before slamming into the mirror. Seemed like it was somehow...behind the....mirror? Thoughts sluggish, Reno would stare at the mirror in front of him before his hazy mind came across an idea. While he could leave the place perfectly set up for the next runner, he figured they could replace one simply mirror. Raising his robotic arm, Reno would punch where he had seen the motion, watching as the mirror shattered and left a small opening. Pointing Nalu towards it, Reno watched as the Pichu stumbled into the strange mirror interior to confront the thing that was there. Maybe. Possibly.

The Pichu would barely walk into the small opening before a torrent of purple Smog erupted from the black depths to engulf the small Pichu. Reno would stare at the gas for a moment before shouting, "Nalu! Thundershock!" Staring at the hole as a errant thought crossed his mind. What usually happened when he did something that could ignite Smog? Oh yeah, it usually explo-oh hell. Diving at the hole in the wall and getting a grip onto the Pichu with his robotic arm, Reno would attempt to bodily drag the Pichu out before it ignited the gas. Successfully, his arm would conduct the electricity from the Thundershock rather than let it fire in a bolt. Unsuccessfully, it still provided enough sparks to ignite the gas.A massive thudding noise would erupt as the pressure wave redoubled within the small space between the mirrors before the mirror around Reno erupted into a shower of shards that cascaded around Reno.

Grumbling into the floor he was pressed against as he felt the shards slowly cutting him as they fell around him, Reno would eventually look up and see he had done something for Nalu. His hand had grabbed him such that the falling glass didn't wound the poor Pokemon. Although the pressure wave had certainly done some damage to the poor guy. Looking further, he saw the stunned look of a Salandit as it slowly peeled itself off the wall from the now destroyed remains of the mirror maze. The small Poison type would rush forward as Reno slowly released his hand, charging forward and beginning to claw at the Pichu with a flurry of Double Slaps. Reaching forward, Reno would club the small lizard on the head before Nalu electrocuted the Poison and Fire type until it stopped looking so shifty. Satisfied they had ruined the room and their opponent, the two would get up and slowly make their out of the now easily traversed maze.

Reno and Nalu would quietly step and look at the bouncy pad filled room standing before them. The pair would quietly turn to each other before wide grins crossed both of their faces and they dove into the pads with reckless abandon to try and chance their way across while having as much fun with it as they could.

[Reno Vantas]

The bounces were many, they were chaotic, and the pair had about as much focus on going the right direction as a pair of over-hyped kids having fun could be. So it was miraculous when the pair soon found themselves on solid ground, standing before the door within only a few minutes. "Well. That ended better than expected. And I thought I'd need to pick myself out of a hole." Reno quipped, scratching his Pichu on the head before they continued forward with a smile.

Reno found himself staring at his old enemy, his most evil foe, his dreaded enemy from a time long gone. The pad simply flashed at him as it waited for itself to be put into use. Continuing his mock duel standoff with the device, Reno would soon watch as Nalu joyfully waddled over to the warp pad and bopped it on the glowy bits and disappeared. Grumbling at his Pokemon, Reno would wait a moment before stepping on himself with the hope his mortal enemy would be good today.

[Reno Vantas]

Popping into existence within a purple room, it would take Reno a moment to realize that this purple room was in fact simply full of a Tyrogue horde that his Pichu had so helpfully began to administer a dosage of shock therapy to. Sighing as he examined the room, he uttered the famous words of, "Well, it can't get any worse than this." And with that, Reno and Nalu would dive in to fight the whole horde.

[Reno Vantas]

They were in a boxing ring now, with about five or six Tyrogue surrounding them and bouncing around like they wanted to fight. Well, it would have been seven but apparently Nalu had made a friend with a Thunderbolt who couldn't take a little jolt. Watching for a moment before a Tyrogue charged forward and smacked Nalu with a Tackle before it began to seize up. Staring at the Tyrogue for a moment, Reno would casually smack the Fighting type across the room into the ropes before it bounced back and slammed into another Tyrogue and knocking both of them out. Staring wordlessly at the two unfortunate victims, Reno would glance over at Nalu as he unleashed a Thunder Wave onto the third Tyrogue and made stand still before another one tackled him across the boxing ring. Walking up to the third Tyrogue and quietly throwing the Pokemon over the ropes into the wall as the last two Pokemon focused onto Nalu.

The fourth Tyrogue would take a Thundershock before slamming the Pichu into the ground, Nalu bouncing off the pad before proceeding to slap the Tyrogue in the face repeatedly. Only halted when the fifth Tyrogue came flying in with a High Jump Kick that sent him flying away, Nalu would begin to vibrate before erupting into electricity and charging towards the two Tyrogues before pinballing between the pair of them and electrocuting both Tyrogues. The fourth one would collapse before the fifth began to loom over Nalu and apply a Bullet Punch to give itself some distance to work with once again.

Reno would walk up to the Tyrogue before swatting it into the pile with the other Tyrogues he had taken care of, staring at the collection of small baby Pokemon with a small amount of shame before picking up Nalu. "Alrighty. Time for us to leave before they come to again, Nalu." Reno told the Pichu, both of them quietly exiting the room to continue on with their adventure into the labyrinth.

Reno would find himself shivering slightly as he entered the next room, watching as a sheen of ice and snow greeted his entrance. Looking down at Nalu for a moment, Reno saw the Pichu was playing with a small note before he handed it up to Reno to read. "Find the key on the iceberg thingie. Kay." Reno muttered, glancing around the cavern for a moment before he began to hear the slight tinking of something impacting the ice above. Adjusting his gaze to the ceiling, he found himself looking to a moving ceiling of small Bergmites that were constantly shifting and moving around on the room.

Staring at the swarm, Reno could see the occasional flash of what looked to be a metal object attached to one of them. That had to be the key. Quietly picking up Nalu before nodding at the Pichu, Reno would stuff the thing into his arm before detaching the limb and lobbing it towards where he had seen the key last. It was time to see how well he had guessed.

The arm would impact the roof without really catching as Reno had hoped, knocking off a few Bergmites from the ceiling before it slammed into the floor, impaled on the extended pointer finger. Stumbling out of the makeshift vessel, Nalu would find himself bouncing off one of the fallen. The Bergmite took offense to the gesture before it unleashed a torrent of Powder Snow that sent the small Pichu bouncing away from the Bergmite. Nalu would acrefully get up from the blow before a second gust picked him up and sent him bouncing further, one of the other Bergmites now joining in on the snow blasting of the small Electric type. The response of a Thunderbolt straight into the original Bergmite would be matched by the third Bergmite joining in on blowing the Pichu away with Powder Snows.

Pichu would trade blows with the Bergmites at a slow rate, movements being sluggish from the ice beginning to build up on the poor Pichu's body. Eventually one of the Bergmites would be knocked out by the blasts of electricity but it would be a little late for Nalu as the Pichu was slowing even faster despite the removal of a third of the Powder Snows assaulting him. Reno would look to his buddy for a moment before diving towards him, standing in the way of the Powder Snows to give Nalu a chance to defrost as he began to move towards his detached arm while he felt ice building up on his body. Why did he always do stupid things like this? At least the frost was helping him with sealing his wounds from the broken mirrors.

Finally reaching the arm, Reno would practically vibrate before realizing that he still had no idea where the key was. Looking up, Reno would again see the Bergmite with the key attached still on the ceiling where it had remained this whole time. Cursing at his luck, Reno would stare for a moment before an idea crossed his mind to take out the Bergmites freezing him to death and get the key. "Nalu! Volt Tackle the ceiling!" Reno commanded, watching as his Pichu shook off the last bits of frost before charging up and launching himself at the ceiling. On impact, the ceiling would crack and fracture with large chunks of ice dislodging themselves and sending the Bergmites falling to the floor.

Watching the ice hunks, Reno would swing with his still detached arm at the two Bergmites, knocking the pair beneath a larger chunk before it touched down and smiling as he saw the two knocked out in the pile of debris. Glancing around for a moment before scrambling to the upside down Bergmite with the key, Reno would grab the piece of metal with a cheer before the sound of angry Ice types around him came to his attention. Glancing around for the moment, he glacially sidled over to Nalu before snatching the Pichu up in an instant and taking off at a dead sprint down the hall to the door. Quickly popping open the door with the key, Reno could only yelp as a flurry of Avalanches closed in on him and Nalu before he slipped around the door and slammed it shut to the sound of a great deal of unpleasant sounding impacts.

Stumbling through the room without looking forward to see what was ahead, Reno woulkd be greeted with the sensation of coldness still. Where had they ended up this time? A load grating roar would answer his thought as an Avalugg lumbered out, glowing brightly with a mysterious energy. Well, looks like it was time to contend with the Titanic killer.

Reno would look at the gigantic block of ice for a moment before gesturing to Nalu to fire away at the thing. He could remember that it was especially susceptible to more special oriented attacks over physical ones, so this should be enough. Watching a few Thunder Shocks impact the Avalugg, Reno would calmly pick up Nalu before turning on his heel to try and exit the room. It had to down for the count by now.

The sound of cascading icy debris that raced up to him before engulfing and sending him and Nalu crashing into the still closed tight door begged to differ on that analysis.

From the depths of the snow drift, Reno would mumble out, "Of course you know, this means war." He and Nalu would quickly begin to dig their way through the snowdrift in separate directions, leaving very conspicuous mound-like trails behind them as they went. As one of the drifts drew closer, the Avalugg blasted down with a Powder Snow that took out the snow around its target. Yelping in surprise, Reno would scramble back into the snow drift that now was beginning to surround the Avalugg while another Thunder Shock fired off from the other moving mound to zap the Ice type in the back. "Alright. Weird energy made it have some special defense. Not good." Reno told himself as he returned to digging through the snow drift, taking the time to give a quick high five to Nalu as they passed each other before another howling wind greeted them. This time however, it was much colder and ripped the snow they were tunneling through off the ground to swirl in the air.

Looking around sheepishly as the Blizzard raged around them, robbing them of their cover, Reno would look over at Nalu before quickly grabbing the Pichu and hurling it towards the Avalugg. Knowing what to do, Nalu would crackle to life with a Volt Tackle before he came streaking into the Avalugg's head with a loud crack. Sliding down from where he had impacted at a glacial pace, Nalu would soon hear another impact and see the Avalugg stumbling back from Reno throwing his left arm straight at the Pokemon like a javelin. Not wanting to waste the chance, Nalu would fire another Thunder Shock, this time at the arm. The electricity would conduct rapidly along the metal before zapping the Avalugg between the eyes for a third time and forcing the great beast to yield into submission. Sprinting up to pick up Nalu and his arm, Reno would barely pause to attach the limb before getting the hell out of there. He had had enough of this cold. He wanted to find something warmer now.

Reno would throw his money at the store keeper, snatching up a Super Potion as he moved to the waiting room to await whatever fresh hell this Labyrinth could throw at him and Nalu. Using the Super Potion on his companion, Reno would continue forward. Before he doubled back, bought a second one and continued forward to the lobby.
