Hobbies:Reading - She believes that knowledge is power and thus she spends a lot of her spare time reading up on the world around her. Most of her interests are scientific in nature to understand how things work (how does soap work, in depth studies of physics) rather than an assortment of how to books. Kelis enjoys reading fiction as a hobby as well but she mostly reads mysteries or suspense thrillers. She is all about uncovering the unknown. She reads every day. Because she helps out at her school library, she spends a lot of her down time there studying.
Documentaries - Watching shows about an interesting topic is one of her favorite pastimes because she can usually pause it whenever she wants and come back to it later. Documentaries are wonderful to her because it's a way to learn something that her friends can also watch at the same time. While she doesn't mind spending time solo, watching shows together and discussing them is an easy way for her to be social without struggling to find conversation topics. This activity is more of a twice a week activity with her friends.
Embroidery - Intricate detailed work with a need for planning and precision, embroidery sums up a lot of her favorite things. It's easy to put on a movie or an audio book and keep her hands busy with embroidery. It is probably the only artistic thing she does as she struggles to be creative. With this, she can simply follow patterns or ask others to design artwork that she applies to their clothes or bags. Kelis does this probably every day or every other day.
Virtues: Organized - Need something? She's got you covered. She knows exactly where to find what you're looking for. Kelis keeps meticulous notes on every subject she studies that work as a wonderful study guide that she might be willing to lend you. Her schedule is carefully plotted out in her daily planner and she's very good at juggling her engagements should you need her assistance with anything. Everything about her is incredibly organized and can come off a little obsessive but for the most part, it works.
Determined - Although she can come off as cold and uncaring, Kelis is a very determined and hard working person. There is nothing she can't do if she puts her mind to it. She just needs to learn more about the necessary topics on the path to success. If she commits to a cause, she will see it through to the end and attempt to recruit and convince others to see her point of view. In her eyes, never giving up is hard but not as hard as dealing with regret.
Flaws: Distant - Sometimes it feels like Kelis is in a glass ball looking down over the planet as if looking at the animals at the zoo instead of living among her fellow humans like peers. She keeps from getting too close or attached to many people because they aren't interesting or aren't living at a compatible pace with hers. She projects a cool and icy image that doesn't display a lot of empathy.
Snobbish - There is an elitist undertone to almost everything she does. There are certainly signs of a superiority complex in her. Other times, the condescending vibes are unintentional byproducts of being a know-it-all show off. Kelis is aware of this problem but has too much pride in herself and her abilities to change anything. After all, she's gotten this far due to hard work! In her mind, not everyone is going to like her so why bother trying to please people by being polite?
