Matt
“The hell you are, go find some other poor unlucky soul to haunt and leave mine the alone. As for not justifying any of this.” He curled his lip in a sneer and pointed at him. “Maybe you should think about what you asked and how you worded it and how you reacted. Who the hell says funny anyways…”
Turning on his heel he strode out into the hallway, so far nothing looking familiar however it gave off some sort of dormitory feel like in a university or a boarding school. That wouldn’t have been too much a surprise, that his father simply shipped him off to attend one, maybe to keep him out of their hair as they tried to deal with Sara’s illness and to ignore his crazy comments of shadows and other weird s**t he saw. Combing his fingers through his short hair Matt looked around for an exit, noting a set of stairs that led down and into a lobby full of various couches and chairs. Wherever he was he was going to have to figure out a way to get back, find some way to help his sister, find some way to get the shadows away from her before it was too late.
First he was going to need more supplies, like a weapon and more food.

Kyle
"I will if I can find someone else in this god damn place." Kyle sniffed, trying not to flinch at the finger that was pointed accusingly at him. a*****e. Don't the words 'forgive and forget' and 'let bygones be bygones' ever exist in his dictionary? This wasn't the first time that Kyle had crossed paths with a jerk like this and boy did he hate every single one of them including Matt. He would love to part ways with the older teen right now in fact if it was not because what laid beyond the door of this unknown place scared him more than every second of torment that he had to put himself through while remaining in Matt's presence.
"And how was I supposed to use a more appropriate word when it's not like I've ever had sex with a guy before?" He shouted at the top of his voice as he stalked after Matt down the corridor. Not at all caring if anyone else might have heard him.
Nothing familiar so far. He highly doubted that his parents had sent him to a boarding school or school camp without his older brother Kain. Did this mean that he had somehow been abducted along with Matt and anyone else whom they wold come across subsequently? Faced with a whole load of questions and no answers to them for now, he skittered after Matt, determined not to be left behind despite what the other teen had said.

Matt
Matt paused and wheeled around at him as Kyle yelled down the hallway, red flushed his face as he curled up his fist, how did he ever get stuck with someone so stupid. Why did he just set off a couple of bombs to just scream to everyone where they were and what they could have possibly been doing? Not that he particularly fussy over genders, but Kyle wasn’t exactly his type let alone his actions were enough to scream homophobic at him and that alone was enough to tell him if this did happened what a shitty introduction to it.
Glaring he turned back around and took two steps at a time heading into the lobby not waiting for Kyle to catch up to him. The first person he found he swear he was dumping him off at their feet and he could be their problem and they could spend their time dealing with being a whiney brat or they may even become fast friends and love each other forever Matt didn’t care either way.
Just as long as he was gone, he was safe, and that he knew Sara was safe.

Kyle
Kyle admittedly wasn't thinking about the consequences of his actions when he shouted all that at Matt. In the younger teen's mind, all that he cared about at that point in time was making a statement, get some of the frustration he felt towards Matt off his chest and the sight of Matt's flushed face when he turned back to glare at him was reward enough for his efforts.
Seeing that the older teen was doubling his pace as if he was trying to lose him, he hurried along as well. Figuring out where the both of them were could come later. What mattered more importantly now was that he kept Matt in his sights without getting himself left behind.

Matt
Keeping his quick march Matt headed to the doors and paused for a moment checking the small privacy windows if anyone was outside before peeking his head out. No guards, no one with guns pointed or walking around, in fact all that he could see were a few other teenagers running around and a woman with red hair chatting to some as if trying to reassure the worried looks on their faces. None of the figures that he could see were a match to Sara, which either met she was still somewhere else or not there at all.
Stepping out Matt looked around, nothing was familiar. The weather was more tropical than back home in California but nothing else gave off the vibe that he was anywhere close to home. There were no buildings, no people other than the scattered few there were trees but nothing exactly like the ones at home. No he was completely somewhere else. <******** class="clear">
