Eisetsu was sitting in the common room with her books and notebooks set out before her she was doing research for science class. She was very interested in science learning as much as she could. She was also curious about the cherubs and slugah would were coming to the below for the student exchange program but getting them to open up seemed to be like pulling teeth. Not that Eisetsu could blame them she didn't like sharing herself with others and she wasn't either of those races she was merely a hybrid hallowed. She shook her head trying to get her mind back on studying.

- - -Study. Study. Grades. Grades. Study. Do your homework!
The words repeated in her head over and over again. That she wouldn't even be able to get into a dancing school if her grades weren't good had been hammered into her for a while now. But she found that she had SUCH A hard time studying, it was almost pathetic. As such, she entered the room, her arms full of books and papers. She looked like she might topple over if she wasn't careful, and she soon managed to almost bump into a table. Deciding she'd had enough of carrying the books, she set the stack down and peered around it, only to come face to face with a freshling!
"I'm sorry!" she blurted, taking a step back, but leaving her pile of school work there. "I didn't see you! I'm sorry if I intruded!"

Eisetsu didn't get mad instead she looked to see what books the freshling was holding, if they had been holding toys or food, she might have gotten angry. Books were good though. "What are you studying??" She asked curiously looking over the books trying to see the titles. "I myself am studying everything I can get my hands on, I prefer study over playing." She said bluntly. "I am Eisetsu and you would be??" She asked curiously of the freshling holding the books. Eisetsu push most away because they had no use to her, but someone about her age who liked to study too wouldn't be so bad.

- - -"I would rather be home, watching my dance videos..." Seoul admitted, moving her own books out of the other's way. Each book was for a different subject; Math, Science, Language, and even a book on physical exercising. The papaers inbetween were scribbled on, filled with notes, some doodles, and a few had coffee stains on them. Seoul took care to not mix her books with the ones that weren't hers, moving them to another nearby table. "I'm Seoul. I need to study to be able to get into my dance class." she stated, not looking at Eisetsu as she started to neatly arrange her books.

Eisetsu frowned and looked at the freshling like they were nuts "Why would you want to do that when you could be studying so you could become something amazing??" Eisetsu rolled her eyes, it seemed that very few if any at all understood that fun was a silly thing. Study was the real joy in the world, learning something new. Dance was just a silly past time, what good did dance, movies, playgrounds do anyone really?? Silly silly waste of time. She looked back down at her books making notes for her science homework, this was what she wanted. She wanted more so much more.

- - -Staring at the other freshling lasted more than a few minutes. The gears in her head turned slowly, as she tried to understand what she was saying. "...Dancers are amazing." She insisted, pulling out a book that seemed to contain a list of historic dance figures. "Dancers have to study too," she explained, "Otherwise we get hurt if we try to do things that are very dangerous. At least, without proper training." "And," she continued, "When you dance for people, it makes them happy! And if you're a super good dancer you can make a lot of money, so maybe you can study something else, on the side!"

Eisetsu looked like she wasn't sure if she believed that, "How is dancing something you have to study?? It's not like your reading a book or doing papers, and once you learn it what's the big deal??" Eisetsu "Being happy is overrated knowing as much as possible is far better." She challenged. Perhaps she was wrong but for now Eisetsu thought she was right and it was unlikely that anyone would be changing her mind anytime soon. She just had to hold on to who she was, so she could reach her goals and become the best she could be at whatever she choose to do.

- - -"....You don't know anything about dancing, do you?" Seoul smirked as she took a seat at the table, pulling out a math book for now. "You don't just learn one thing, then keep doing the one thing all your life. There's different dances for different songs and events. Different dances from different cultures, and even families have special dances. Hands-on learning is the same as learning...by, well, reading." She took a breath. It was hard trying to explain something like this to someone who didn't seem to have much passion for one thing at all. "With dancing...you never stop learning. and if you do, they you're not doin' it right. It's a constant learning thing, yanno?"

Eisetsu considered what Seoul said "Ok I guess your right, but I'll still take books over sports like stuff, jumping and running isn't really my thing even though I can do it." She then gathered her books. "Have a nice day." Eisetsu said bluntly she had other things she needed to do that day that didn't involve debating with another freshling about dancing vs studying. Besides this freshling just wanted to dance while Eisetsu wanted to read in peace. This meeting had already put her behind her normal timetable which was really annoying in Eisetsu's book. Schedule Schedule Schedule. It was her key to the next part of her life.

- - -She couldn't believe it. "I mean. If you wanna know everything, maybe you should look at things other than books." That ended her entire conversation with this freshling. She needed to study, sadly in the way that she didn't really want to. But it was needed in order to even move forwards with focusing on her end goal; To become a world-famous dancer, bringing joy to millions of people. It was going to be terribly hard, and Seoul wasn't looking forwards to slogging through more classes, but if a stick-in-the-mud like Eisetsu had one point, is was that studying would be beneficial. Gritting her teeth, she began to jot down notes, barely even acknowledging that the room was empty, and reciting what she was writing to herself.
