Hello! My name is Justin Tanaki and I have an amazing tale to tell you. I am a simple 19 year old freshman in college. I live by myself in my small, one room studio apartment near my college. I'm pretty plain, just another average kid but I have something that most people doesn't know. I have a runaway hidden away in my apartment.
I have no idea who she is or where she came from but I know something, she isn't exactly human. I can't really be sure but she seems to be like one of those furries you see on the internet all the time? Like the interesting human like animals? Crazy right? I got me some weird wolf girl living with me but no one to brag to! I wonder what it'll be like for my life! Justin Tanaki
~Only the sound of you life's song should be heard~  Justin Tanaki walked home one day, having just finished his day at college. He adjusted his headphones, bobbing his head in time to the beat that only he could hear, oblivious to the world around him. He adjusted the messenger bag strapped along side his shoulder. He turned the corner, arriving to the street that he lived on. He continued to walk when he noticed a strange movement out the corner of his eye. He turned and looked down the alleyway, curious what the movement could've been. He frowned, seeing a female figured crouched behind a dumpster. He frowned, walking over to the figure as he slowly took his headphones off. "Hey miss? Something wrong? Is there anyway I can help?"

Yuki Isera (Ice-Era) Wolfe (Experiment #7)Yuki, being in her wolf form, whimpered a bit as she had been digging through the dumpster looking for food, trying to seem like a normal stray, so the government wouldn't find her. She'd gone through so much pain, and torture, at their hands, and had done so much to escape. She wasn't about to let anyone ruin it for her. Then she heard a voice, her current black and white fur making her look like a woman's figure in the almost dark alleyway. She perked her ears, and lifted her head before she got down off of the crates she was standing on to help her get up to the top. She was hurt, having been nicked by a car earlier in the day, but it was just a small gash on her leg. Even so, it hurt to walk on it. She backed up from Justin, not trusting anyone around here, to not report her to the authorities if they found out about her. Poor thing had a really sad, and scared, look in her eyes as she looked at the man in front of her.
Yuki began to growl out of fear. She had her tail tucked against her stomach, her ears against her head, and was shaking like a leaf from fear, and from the very cold winter air that only seemed to get colder around her. This was because she had the power to create, and control, Ice. Poor thing looked to be in pretty bad shape as she looked at Justin before her stomach growled loudly from how hungry she was. Her icy blue eyes only showed fear, as she looked at him, showing she'd known no love in her life. It was sad, but true.

~Only the sound of you life's song should be heard~ Justin smiled softly as he saw it was merely a small wolf. He wondered what a wolf was doing this far into the city but said nothing about it. "Oh my, aren't you the most adorable little thing. What are you doing around here?" He noticed that she was injured and smiled softly in worry, taking another step forward and offering his hand as he ignored her growls. "Don't worry little one, I won't hurt you. In fact, would you like to come home with me? I can fix you up and give you some food." He suddenly remembered that the news had recently announced that there was a wolf rampant in the city that apparently had some sort of experimental disease. What was he supposed to do if he saw it? Report it so that the authorities to take care of it. He shook his head, dismissing the idea of this poor wolf who was just injured and hungry could be dangerous. He got a sudden idea and pulled out a container from his back with half a sandwich from his bag. Justin slowly set the sandwich down and took a few steps back, making sure he was a safe distance. "Here, go ahead and take it."

Yuki Isera (Ice-Era) Wolfe (Experiment #7)Yuki sniffed the air as she saw the man pull out half of a sandwich. Her mouth began to water, as it smelled really good, since she hadn't eaten in a few days. She cautiously approached, with a limp on the side that her foot was hurt, before she approached the sandwich half that Justin had put on the ground for her. She sniffed it before she ate it, not smelling any kind of chemical in it. She then licked her lips before she looked up at Justin, she had a deep limp in her walk, from the gash on her leg, and from a sprained ankle. She wasn't sure about Justin, but knew that he was right, she needed help. Plus as long as he thought she was a regular wolf, she would be fine. She then came up to him cautiously, sniffed his hand, and licked it, trying to stay in character.

~Only the sound of you life's song should be heard~ Justin smiled brightly as he watched the wolf eat. Once she was done, he offered her his hand to guide her. "Come on, my apartment is right here. Please, I will help you little one." He smiled and turned sideways, walking around the corner of the alley as he watched her to make sure she was following him. He walked up to the second level apartment door and opened the door for her. He helped her inside and smiled, walking into the apartment and turning on the light to reveal the simple place. He had a small center table in the living area with only one pillow as a seat, a medium sized television, and the kitchen was lightly packed with the simple arrangements. He smiled down at her and rubbed the back of her head, chuckling in embarrassment. "I know it isn't much but I guess my house is yours until you are better."

Yuki Isera (Ice-Era) Wolfe (Experiment #7)Yuki flinched a bit when Justin rubbed the back of her head, not used to having such a gentle touch against her fur. Poor thing whimpered a bit too. An obvious sign of a lot of abuse. Though when she realized that he wasn't trying to hurt her in any way, she leaned into his hand, enjoying the gentle touch against her fur. As she began to sniff around, trying to keep up her illusion of being a wolf for as long as she could, she lay down in the corner of the room, not wanting to make Justin mad at her in any way. She'd stay here unless he would call her over or something. She then began to lick at her gash, as it was hurting her very badly. It was infected, and she knew this, as she had a fever that she was trying to fight off. She was stronger than she looked though. Plus, maybe, living with Justin would give her the help she would need until she could get away from the government for good.

~Only the sound of you life's song should be heard~ Justin smiled softly as she leaned into his touch. He walked over to bathroom and got his first aid kit. He smiled softly, walking over to her again and sat down slowly. He moved slowly to try and not startle her as he worked on fixing her up. "This may sting a bit, so brace yourself." He gently took the peroxide and poured it on a rag, gently dabbing at her wound with the rag. When done, he wrapped it slowly with gauze and made sure it was okay. He leaned back and smiled softly, not seeing how this wolf could even be remotely dangerous to anyone.

Yuki Isera (Ice-Era) Wolfe (Experiment #7)Yuki winced as she felt the medicine cleaning her wound. Though when Justin finished cleaning her wound, and it was wrapped, she moved closer to Justin, placing a paw on his leg as if to thank him for being so kind to her as she looked up at him. She was starting to think he was different from the government people, that he wouldn't report her. She then decided, she'd show him what she really was. She got up after nudging him a bit and started to transform, hoping that she wouldn't scare him too much. She truly hoped he'd be different than the government people and would not report her to the authorities. "Please don't be afraid.....I won't hurt you......I just wanted to thank you for helping me........." She said shyly as she looked at him with a nervous look on her face.

~Only the sound of you life's song should be heard~ Justin was curious when she nudged him but his eyes grew larger as she actually began to change form. He suddenly fell on his rear and scrambled back on his hand, watching as she formed into that of some humanoid wolf creature. He listened to her words and just stared silently as he considered what to do. He suddenly chuckled and relaxed, laughing in delight. "So you are the wolf that the government was looking for. You aren't some dangerous, experimental disease after all." He smiled and sat back up before blushing suddenly and looking away. "H-Hey, you aren't e-exactly wearing c-clothes are y-you?" He asked, trying his absolute hardest not to stare when he saw that her anatomy was similar to a human as well.

Yuki Isera (Ice-Era) Wolfe (Experiment #7)Yuki looked around for a blanket, finding one after a few seconds before covering herself. "Sorry about that.....you can look now....." She said blushing underneath her icy blue fur which matched her eyes exactly. She had her ears back and said "I'm sorry I tricked you, by the way. You must understand, I had to hide what I really was until I was sure that I was safe with someone I could fully trust, and I can tell that you're different from anyone else." She said offering a free hand to help him up. Poor thing only wanted to live her own life, and dreams. Though she was spliced with Wolf DNA, she didn't have many similarities with a wolf. The traits she did share, she kept to herself. Mainly the fact that she too had a spot on her belly that made her leg kick. As well as the fact that she wagged her tail whenever she was pet. Mainly though, she was human through and through, but was raised by the government, like many children who went through the same experiment but with different animals and were failures, and gave into their animal instincts more than their human ones.

~Only the sound of you life's song should be heard~ Justin chuckled softly, looking at her with a soft smile. He took her hand, marveling at the softness of her paw, and letting her help him stand. "Oh it doesn't bother me. I know it seems strange, me supposedly to be freaking out over some human/wolf hybrid, but it doesn't bother me. Though, I guess you want to ask me next if you can live with me or something? Well, I guess you can but what will you do about clothes?" He smiled softly, heading to the kitchen like area and getting some tea going on the stove. Justin had been raised on tea, basically knowing that tea can basically be used for everything from calming the nerves to even helping healing broken hearts.

Yuki Isera (Ice-Era) Wolfe (Experiment #7)"I'm sure we'll think of something.....Though for now.....maybe I could borrow a shirt.....? At least I'd have something covering me then....." She asked shyly with her ears back as she looked at him, blushing deeply under her fur. She the smelled the tea and kettle and asked. "What's that you're making? It smells a little weird, but good, at the same time." as she tilted her head not having had tea before. Usually the government only gave her a strict diet of bland meat. She had never seen any kind of spice or tea leaf or anything that Justin might use. She knew what silverware was, but she didn't know much.

~Only the sound of your life's song should be heard~ Justin quickly nodded in agreement, thinking that it was best for her to wear something if she was going to be in this form. He quickly got his biggest shirt possible and offered it to her. The shirt was just a simple button down with white and tiny black stripes, the shirt long enough to reach her knees. "Just..be careful how you sit is all. Anyways, I'm making tea and considering you are the government experiment I highly doubt the assholes gave you much. You want it with or without sugar?" He asked cheerfully as he turned to make the tea since the water was down, staying turned away so she could change into the shirt in somewhat private.

Yuki Isera (Ice-Era) Wolfe (Experiment #7)Yuki put the shirt on before Justin asked her if she wanted sugar. She tilted her head. "What's sugar? Does it taste good?" She asked as she'd never had anything with Sugar in it before, so she was a little confused as to what it was. Plus not having seen it before was not helping either. She obviously had a lot to learn of the outside world. This was, after all, her first time outside of area 51. She wasn't sure how to live outside of it. Then a knock came at the door, before an unfamiliar scent came to her nose. She quickly transformed into the wolf from earlier. It was Justin's landlord, coming to collect the rent. Getting scared, Yuki hid inside of an open cupboard, shaking hoping that it wasn't one of the government's tricks to try and find her. They knew she could transform and look like any kind of wolf or dog she wanted to, and they almost caught ehr a few times, but she managed to get away. Last time was how she got the wound on her wrist. It was from the government's officials trying to catch her. The only grazed her, but it still hurt very much.

~Only the sound of your life's song should be heard~ Justin chuckled softly when she freaked out and walked to door, smiling as he saw his landlord asking for the rent. He calmly talked to the sweet, old lady as he talked to her about her day. He gave her the rent and bid her a good day as she left. He shut the door and turned back, smiling softly. "Hey! It's safe to come out." He walked over to where she was hiding and set the shirt next to it, stepping back and turning away for her sake.
