"Are dragons known to roam and get lost whenever they wish?" A soft playful voice inquired while foot steps could be hear softly moving through to the grass looking about. Following to the source a tall mage would be seen standing and walking about barefoot and without a shirt on. Surtr didn't bother introducing himself he wasn't particularly interested in her he had another purpose. Though it would be weird and rude for him to just wander by without saying anything.

"You are far off to the east of your kingdom. Far off from everyone else actually." The voice said lifting its hand as one of the pixies came to his finger and landed softly. It was a tiny human, looked a woman to be precise. It sat atop his index finger smirking at him. "Where is what I seek?" He asked and the pixie seemed to giggle before flying up to his ear and whispering into for a few moment. Surtr smirked playfully and winked to it before walking towards the lake looking out over it.

"So what is a youngling doing here?" Surtr inquired glancing back to his little companion before returning his attention to the lake attempting to discern the best course of action.

Surtr smirked as she leapt to her feet it seemed she was much more energetic than the last dragon he had met. "You say you're 2000 years old and yet look at you....youngling" He teased playfully gazing out over the lake not looking back to her obviously focused in what he was doing. "Care for a swim? There is a scroll in there that I am interested in." Surtr said before diving in causing the fish in the area to swim away for a moment before swimming back to him. "You coming? Or do you need floaties?" He teased splashing her softly while floating along the edge awaiting.

He was testing her she was rather eccentric so perhaps she'd be focused on fun, regardless Surtr would get to know her one way or another.

Surtr chuckled as she pouted more, it was cute. This one was quite eccentric, seemingly acting like a child but with her age she was near his own. He supposed it made sense especially with how long dragons live that they retain these features far longer than his own race. The water was cool and it hugged at him in a most pleasant way. As he swam his eyes were down looking at the water below.

"It is about a scroll little one." Surtr said playfully as he continued to scan. "Though it isn't made of candy...." He said chuckling as she mentioned that detail. His eyes looked up and around the cove smiling softly as he saw it. "I could make candy though. Easily if you'd like!" Surtr said playfully. With the plants and life here he could easily make a potion that would generate candy. Such a simple thing especially if it brought her joy. "Fine no more floaties jokes. I can't help it when you're so cute." He said chuckling to himself teasing the girl. As he smirked he held his hand up allowing a ball of fire to appear. It floated off along the surface of the water as if looking for something.

Surtr now seemed to turn his Attention to Aanya as if his fiery sentry would do the finding for him. "So what is your name little one?" Surtr asked playfully inquiring this ones names. He figured she would tell him since he had yet to do anything to offend.

Surtr Sighed as the orb seemed to be floating about the lake with little to no success. "I suppose I may as well make the candy now..." He said disappearing appearing at his cloak in an instant. He knelt down in front of the grass and began to wave his hands and fingers in the air. As he did many different plants began to grow sprouting up out of the ground and reaching for Surtrs fingers as if clambering over one another to touch their creator.

Surtr began to pluck pieces of the plants off before getting out his mortar and pestle. He would grind and smash them together before pouring the contents into a flask. He would swirl the flask around before superheating it for a few moments. Just by holding it he was able to make it boil and glow a bright orange. After a few seconds of this he swirled the contents around again before nodding to himself. "There...." He said turning to Aanya while holding the flask. "A drop of this on any surface will create candy..." He said tipping the flask over and allowing a drop to hit the grass in front of him. Within moments an very colorful and odd plant sprouted from the ground before bearing odd long vines. Upon closer inspection these vines were a long gummy strand covered in sour little hard candies (Nerds rope). Surtr set the flask down as the orb of fire began to pulse faster.

"Help yourself Aanya..." He said as he ran full speed before diving into the pond darting past her as he went under the water beginning to breast stroke deep down beneath the surface. Once at the bottom he began to sift through the soft sandy mud hunting for the object that he had come for. Within a minute or two the mage burst from the water Coughing softly as he refilled his lungs with air. "Wonderful..." He exclaimed with jubilance before making his way to short. He held a very old and tattered scroll by the looks of it a piece of junk.

As he exited the water and turned his attention to the dragon he sighed shaking his head seeing she had used the entire potion and eaten practically her weight in candy. "My god....." He uttered as if impressed and yet unsurprised at how she did that. Dragons seemed to be all the same at their core. Driven by a primal desire. It seemed this one was all about eating. Surtr shook his head before unraveling the scroll and running his eyes over the contents. After a moments of reading he nodded and the scroll would subsequently burst into flames disappearing a matter of moments into nothing but ash that blew away in the wind.

He then turned to Aanya and ran a hand through his hair. "Seems you are just a youngling. Would have kept the potion on me if I had known we were going to dump it out..." Surtr said teasing the little dragon now poking fun st her for doing such a childish thing. "So was that the purpose of why you came her? Out to seek candy? You're lucky I found you and not some creep. Surtr said shaking his head again. She seemed to be completely ok trusting him, it was a miracle she hadn't been poisoned or killed by now.

As she glared at him it caused a most devious and playful smirk to dance across his visage. "Hmmm.... and what do I win when I call you that and you can't rip my heart out? I certainly do want a prize for proving you wrong." He said standing and moving towards her now intrigued by the proposition. He moved towards her sitting down just a few feet from her now playfully sitting with his legs crossed awaiting to see what she would say in reply.

"Intriguing, a wander are you?" Surtr inquired rather interested now. He had gotten his prize found the item he so desperately sought so now he could enjoy himself and have fun with his guest.

As she grinned he smiled. He was really enjoying this one now. Seemed after she had her candy she was in a much better mood. "By all means.... let's play youngling.." Surtr said whispering the last words before rising a bit with a smirk. His feet were now under him and he was ready to begin this game. He didn't particularly care about the prize anymore he was just looking to have some fun. Rarely did he get a chance to interact with a dragon much less "play" with one. He would definitely enjoy this game. Especially if this girl enjoying playing as much as she did candy.
