The busy little hybrid had been well into his class, paying full attention, and taking perfect notes. It wasn't a class he cared all too much about, but understood the necessity to attending and doing well in it. After all, it was all part of getting a step closer to his true goal of becoming a scientist! not only that, but a doctor as well. After all, what was more interesting and fascinating than the body, and how it functioned?

When the bell gave call to the end of the session, he packed his books neatly into his bag, and hoisted it over a shoulder. Waiting for the others to spill out of the room first, he took his time in leaving, eyes skimming the little cliques that formed straight out of the doorway, groups forming, and going about their merry social way. Hm... what was that like? having friends, and those to spend time with.

Ah but no time to dwell on that. He had studying to do~ And so he started on his way to head for the library, which was the holy grail to the young junior. It was where he spent most of his time, if not in a lab, soaking up all the knowledge he possibly could!

User Image Eisetsu wasn't sure what she wanted to do with her life, but she knew that she needed to study. She wanted to be the best she could be, she wasn't going to be a strange slacker hiding in the shadows like some members of her family. Eisetsu wanted to be more, she wanted to become someone really great and amazing. No matter what subject was in front of her she took totally seriously. Even if it was PE which she wasn't sure counted as a real subject. Eisetsu liked science, math, history, language arts. So it made deciding what she wanted to be when she grew up difficult.

When the bell rang she quickly gathered her things quickly it wouldn't do for her to be late to her next class, promptness counted in her book. She noticed the cliques in her freshling class, she scoffed at them she didn't need some silly group of friends to spend time with. Eisetsu had study hall next so she headed for the library to research some stuff for her other class projects. She wanted to know more about everything, the more knowledge she could gather the better, once in the library she turned to the medical science section. She needed a book on bones.

Taking his time wandering around the library, perusing the science section, his dark on bright eyes followed the spines of books lined up neatly. He had to find ones he hadn't already read in full. He was a fast reader, after all, and all information stayed nicely locked in his mind for future reference. But the brain was something so intricate and full of different venues to explore. There was much to read up on.

Pausing before the cerebral literature, he pulled a few out, and laid them on his forearm to turn through, scanning a few for key words and the basic tone of the writing. This was acceptable. Soon enough he was gathering quite the collection piled up in his arm crevice, yet he still searched for more.

User Image Eisetsu started her search for a book on bones she needed for herself and for science class. She always wanted to learn more, she looked forward to becoming a junior, then perhaps others wouldn't treat her like a little freshling. She wanted to be treated like an adult but that likely wouldn't happen for a long time yet. She sighed as she looked along the different shelves. She finally spotted the book she needed but it was too high for her to reach. She glared at the book, she hated asking for help, so she didn't want to go ask for help. She grumbled why couldn't she have been born with wings?? Wings that could be used for flying anyways some wings seemed to just be used for show.

With his collection gathered up, he sought out a table to settle at. Finding a free one he set down his current findings before hearing back to the same section. When he returned he found a little freshling now present, watching them a moment. Hm. Perhaps lost? But they sure did look determined to reach a specific book. Stepping closer the hybrid looked at the designated book, reaching out to pull it from the shelf, and lowered it to the child's hands, "is this the correct book you were attempting to reach?"

User Image Eisetsu grumbled a grumpy "Yes thank you." She still hadn't really wanted help, she wanted to figure out how to do it all by herself by some magical feet which likely wouldn't have happened. She held the book close to her chest once she got it from the junior. She looked at the books the junior had, she was curious what sort of information was in those books. She wanted to know everything she could. Finally remembering her manners she said "I am Eisetsu." Her tone was serious not playful in any way. Her eyes glued to the juniors books, not really looking at their face. She wanted information knowledge that was what stood out as important to her.

How curious, a little freshling taking interest in such advanced literature. Then again he had been the same way as a child. Nothing her line of sight, he turned to make way for her to approach, "are you in need of any of the books I have taken from the shelves? They are not similar to the one you have currently, but perhaps you are wanting variety?" He had no issues sharing.

User Image Eisetsu looked up when the junior asked if she needed the books. She shook her head "No not really, but I always want to know more, I would rather spend my time studying then visiting my family." She said laying out how important knowledge was to her. It meant the world to Eisetsu, she wasn't sure what she wanted to do with the knowledge but once she had the knowledge it would be hers to use as she saw fit and that was something she wanted very much. She wanted to know as much as she could. She wanted to see as much as she could. She wanted to know why someone had stolen stones, what had become of them, why were they taken?? There were always questions in her head. Getting to sleep at night was always tricky. She whipped her two tails about as her thoughts spun.

His tail swayed thoughtfully from the freshlings curious response. How interesting. For a moment he said nothing, just observing the child, and analyzing the minor notes he could pick up on and notice. A serious little one, who had their eyes set on knowledge. Truly something rare to come across. The junior nodded subtly to show his understanding, "the library is the prime location to sate such a desire." He answered. Most of his childhood was spent reading tons of books and journals left by his late parents. "Everything possesses far more complex roots that can be explored."

User Image Eisetsu nodded she greatly agreed with what the junior was saying, she held the book the junior had handed to her close to her chest then nodded her thanks to the junior. Then she headed off to head back to her dorm room to get her homework done. She was already ahead of the curve over the other students but Eisetsu always wanted more. It was what had driven her to go to the Question and Answer panel instead of going to play bean bag toss for plushies and trinkets like many other freshlings had during the hunter's jubilee festival, but that wasn't what Eisetsu wanted, no matter how much her siblings mocked her.
