Lepus was out patrolling on her own again, which was nothing new by now. It was generally either her and Etoile patrolling together, or just Lepus on her own. She had recently found that two of her friends from school were also senshi, though, and Lepus figured that if she really needed help, she could call them up.

Or Anakeion.

Or all of the above.

(Really, she was eternally confident she could handle any threats herself. 'Fortune favors the bold' and whatnot.)

Lately, the chibi had been thinking, though, about something that she had discovered ever since she had met Beta Leporis. A quick search on wikipedia had told her that Leporis was part of the Lepus constellation, which was what her senshi name was; in turn, this got her curious as to the past, and her homeworld. Could it be possible that the Lepus of the past had been the leader of a group of Lepus-constellation senshi? The Lepus of the present rather enjoyed the idea of bossing around a group of senshi, though she wasn't certain anyone would take her seriously, due to her status as a chibi. Well, perhaps if it was a team of chibis...

Putting those thoughts on hold for now, Lepus got the the distinct feeling that someone was nearby, but she couldn't immediately pinpoint just who, or where. She was pretty sure the aura was that of another Order-aligned senshi, but then again, you never knew.

"Helloooo? Is anyone there?" Lepus called out, deciding to take the initiative; might as well let any potential enemies know that she knew they were there.

Lepus bristled slightly at being called 'small senshi', but let it slide; in a sense of speaking, she was a small senshi, after all. However, it was when the other girl spoke again that the senshi of rabbits took offense- was she seriously suggesting that Lepus should have adult supervision?

"What? That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard," Lepus said, frowning and crossing her arms against her chest, "Is that, like, the law? Because I've done just fine on my own."

A thought crossed her mind, and a mischievous look briefly crossed her face, before returning to looking offended.

"Or, are you saying that because you're volunteering?"

It seemed Alpha Leporis caught on quickly enough to get that Lepus was trying to mess with her, so maybe this other senshi wasn't that bad, after all, despite her rude comments a moment ago. Well, two could play at that game...

"I mean, I guess you could hang out with me for awhile," Lepus said, trying to sound nonchalant about it (though inwardly she was scheming), "I can share- I mean, I'm a chibi, so I couldn't possibly dust all those youma by myself, right?"

And, well, she was bored enough anyway, so why not? Maybe it'd be fun.

"I'm Lepus, the senshi of rabbits," Lepus said, shaking the other girl's hand. Hares, huh? Hares and rabbits together sounded like it could be a pretty cool team- a force to be reckoned with- if only she knew if this senshi had a team already or not.

... Actually, wait- what did she say her name was again?

"Wait- Alpha Leporis?" Lepus repeated, suddenly realizing something, "You mean like, as in one of the stars in my constellation?

(It was totally her constellation now, no matter what anyone said.)

"You haven't met a Beta Leporis, have you?"

"Whoa whoa whoa, the two of you are sisters!?" Lepus exclaimed; well, this was news to her. A (supposedly) only child herself, the idea that being a senshi could run in the family was a fascinating concept, especially in the case of Alpha and Beta Leporis, who were both senshi of stars in her constellation.

This had to mean something.

"That's so cool! I met her, like... a few months back? During the strange snowflakes and stuff. Me and Etoile and her were trying to figure out what they were and whatnot."
