It had been a very exciting morning. First the Psychic princess runs into her, who was just too adorable. Arabis just wanted to hug her and dress her up in her kingdoms clothing. The only problem is, well Princess Aeoif's companion. A psychotic pirate by the name of Bonnie. As of right now Arabis was leading the two to one of Viypa's clinics, Draco Apothecary and Clinic. Why the queen was taking them to the clinic was because Bonnie decided to catch a cannon ball with her bare hands. Just because the pirate couldn't sit still while Arabis dressed the little princess in some more weather acceptable clothes, seemed to have caused some panic. Shaking her head Arabis tried to clear her thoughts.
She knew the husband of the family that ran the clinic. As she approached the door she opened it allowing the two to walk in. Walking behind them her honey golden eyes saw the elder healer as he was working on some medicine. The queen had walked past the two to stand in front of them. "Ah Gupa, It has been awhile hasn't it?" Arabis said catching the elders attention. Gupa had looked up at his visitors smiling when he saw Arabis. "Ah Queen Arabis, what can I do for you?" He said getting up from his working and walking to the trio. "As you can see, one of my visitors" Arabis paused slightly looking over her shoulder, golden orbs shifting to look at Bonnie. Arabis faced forward again."has broken her hand and it needs to be taken care of. When your done Gupa with Bonnie, Could you look at the princess as well? She might have twisted her ankle when trying to find her companion." The queen finished stepping to the side letting Gupa walk up to the girls. If there was any healer that the queen trusted it was Gupa. Gupa was the type of healer that would teach others in the process if they wanted to learn some medical training. As for now Arabis would stand back and watch the scene unfold. Like all her beloved little serpents, it was waiting and observing before the perfect opportunity came.
Aeoif breathed slowly, holding tightly to Bonnie's arm, the one without a broken hand, as she was lead off by Arabis. They didn't exactly have much of a choice, but Aeoif was determined to keep Bonnie comfortable all through this process. So when Gupa was in arm's reach, she reached up to place her hand on his head. Mostly, of course, to help focus her thoughts directly to him, as opposed to speaking aloud everywhere. Regardless, she begged to be allowed to tend to Bonnie herself, with the man's help of course.

NPC Gupa
The elder man was not surprised when the young girl touched his head. "Oh-ho" He started looking at the white haired girl. "It's been awhile since a psychic user came to Viypa. Just follow me into the next room." Gupa said grabbing his cane, making his way into the next room. Upon entering the room he headed over to the cabinets pulling out what they would need. He could hear them the girls walk into the room. The Queen must have stayed outside in the lobby. Turning around he looked at the white haired girl with a kind smile. "Now, lets help your friend here." The elderly man said ready to walk the girl through the steps.
Bonnie had been relatively quiet up to this point, she was ready for her past to stop pestering her today. While the elderly man helped Aeoif through the steps to fix her hand, she looked over to him "You seem alright, old man, but you are still a doctor and I know how doctors can be, all needles and bone saws" she said, cautiously eyeing the old man down. The source of Bonnies aversion to doctors was obvious, the asylum that she was trapped within as a child had it's fair share of doctors that would try and force the mind to work "properly", and Bonnie had endured her fair share of medical torture in the form of wet blanket therapy and hammer-and-nail lobotomy's. She was happy that Aeoif was taking care of the procedure, she is the only one Bonnie would trust anyway.

Aeoif listened quietly, slowly and gingerly tending to Bonnie's hand as the man instructed. She had no doubt Bonnie had her reasons for disliking doctors, though her choice in implements were very specific. Mostly surgery tools, to her understanding. Most doctors Aeoif had known, though admittedly mostly those who frequented her as a child and faint in her memory, were far less about that and far more about syrups and pills. Not that she figured it made much difference, experiences were different to them all. After a while, she gave Bonnie's good hand a gentle squeeze, letting her know she thought they were almost done."Thank you, Mr. Draco... I wouldn't be able to tend to Bonnie without your help. And thank you Queen Serpentana for being such a kind hostess to assist in bringing us here."
She slowly reached out and ran a thumb over Bonnie's cheek, before giving her a soft kiss on her forehead. It was clear that she was taking her responsibilities very seriously, and was relieved to see Bonnie taken care of after her little incident."Next time you feel like you're going to do something like that again, you come to me, right away, alright? Whatever I'm doing I'll try to help if I can."

Bonnie felt her hand get wrapped up and set, she lifted it up and looked back over at Aeoif. She seemed so genuine, so caring, and she wasn't even drunk, "Yes miss, I'm so sorry" she said standing up and looking at the old man that helped Aeoif patch her up. "Thank you for understanding, I'm sorry if I said anything to offend you" she said bowing and returning to Aeoif's side.
"I might look young, but I'm stronger than you could dream of, in this time or any other!"

Arabis had been left alone as she had been lost in thought. She didn't know what was going to happen today and knowing her Goddess... The queen couldn't help but worry. She had planned on setting Mary up against one of the man that was convicted of killing women but she had a feeling that fate had other plans. She could hear the horns from the arena and that didn't ease her mind one bit.
"It's no problem young pirate." Arabis heard Gupa said to the girls as he opened the door they were in. She watched as the three of them left the room. Gupa had looked at Arabis before returning his attention to the girls. "Now it should heal within a couple of weeks. You should be normal by the third week. maybe even the second if you don't stain yourself." Gupa said to both of them before going back to where he originally was. Arabis looked to the two females, a small smile across her face. "We need to get going or we'll miss the excitement." The queen said walking out of the shop and heading towards the Viypa's Coliseum.
Aeoif slowly stood up, and grabbed Bonnie's good arm, nodding lightly to everyone before making her way out as well.

The loss of Mary was a large blow to the Prince's plan. His method of travel was shot, and now it seemed he would have to find new transport. Cole was at a loss. How had everything fallen apart so quickly? One trip to a Kingdom and nothing to show for it. He would be forced to return to the Psychic Kingdom and regroup if things kept falling further downhill. The Prince sighed. Cole needed a break from the chaos of it all. And so when he did finally make it to the market he took a seat at a simple food stall. Cole ordered the food but didn't eat it. It looked terrible to him, but if he wanted to stay seated here for any portion of time he would need to at least act as if he was interested in the food. And so the Prince sat in silence, occasionally glancing to the docks to see if a passing ship looked seafaring enough to hitch a ride on.

Running after a certain someone, the djinn was squeezing past people, grumbling and having to say apologies which genuinely meant nothing at all. How angry she was right now, how dare this prince start walking off constantly, and whilst keeping her lamp as well. Did he not realise how much of a pain he was being for her? But right now, with the prince in her sights, the djinn approached him.
Wiping her slightly bloody lip from her biting it too hard earlier, she used the same hand she wiped the blood away with to slap the princes back, "Wow! You take some finding kid!" She spoke, sounding ever so cheerful and full of glee before growling out the next words which showed quite easily how she felt, "Quit running off with my lamp, would ya?" Her voice low and rough as she moved her hand from his back and turned to look behind her for Xynera.
The dragon wasn't there. It seemed that, as per usual, the dragon had gotten herself lost which didn't ghonestly surprise the djinn in the slightest. With a sigh, now slightly fed up, she ran her fingers through some strands of her hair slightly, "Where the ******** is that dragon?" She muttered as the censors were off now for the red headed female. Turning back to the prince though with a hand on her hip, she frowned, "You were quick to dart away from that uhh... that coliseum stuff... You alright?" She finally asked, not sure how to word things completely with that rough voice of hers.

Cole sat in silence as the Djinn seemed to let out her frustration with his sudden taking off. He let her speak, but didn't bother turning around, instead deciding that it was in his best interest to let her finish talking before he did anything. When she finally did finish what she was saying it almost sounded like she was concerned with his well being, and while the Prince had a snarky remark, he didn't feel like it was the right time to use it. Which was an odd feeling for the Prince.
Instead, Cole silently pushed the plate of hot food in front of the empty stool next to him, offering it to the Djinn in a silent way as he let out a sigh. "You don't think.... Mary...didn't die right then...did she? I uh... I was in her head when it happened; figured I could help her out if she seemed like she needed it...but when she got impaled...everything...went dark...." The Prince admitted, his voice a little shaky. "I don't know what happens inside someones head...when they die....s-so maybe it was just the poison? Or the shock? Maybe thats what happens when people pass out?" The Prince continued, trying to work this all out in his head even though he knew there was no way he could.

Lifen trailed off, not a response from him? No snarky comment or remark? That had certainly taken her aback, it was surprising. Then again, it wasn't as well looking at the situation that happened before. Biting her lip again, nearly causing it to bleed again, Lifen kept her eyes on him. Though when she saw the plate of hot food and the empty seat beside Cole, she took it as an invitation to sit and knew there was going to be some sort of catch to all of this.
As the red head sat herself down, she heard him speak, it was the first time she'd heard him talk like that since she'd met him. Looking down at the food, she felt a tinge of guilt to have this in front of her. Even if it did look good, as well as being free, the djinn couldn't bring herself to eat it, especially whilst hearing what the male had said. With that psychic power of his, it was bound to be scary, as well as him being way younger than herself, it was obvious that he'd be shaken by this. Then again, Lifen herself was shaken as well.
Trying to figure out the words to say, the red head felt like her speaking may help out a bit with the mood as she would utter, "I suppose it could've been the shock and everything that happened, I mean, she was unconscious for all we know... well, that's all we actually know." She would manage out, that's the most they had to go on, whether Mary was dead or not was another question, all Lifen knew was that that woman was definitely not conscious as well as would probably need a lot more alcohol for when she'd wake up or if.
"People don't think a lot when they aren't conscious, so, maybe it's best to try and not think about it too much kid." Lifen tried her hardest, she was trying hard to be supportive in some way, but this just reminded her too much of what happened with her father, she was a bystander then too, seemed like a bit of a repeat here. But then no one said Scythian to her, to help her through it so the maiden had no clue what the words to say would be. The djinn tried to think of something but the main thing she could think of right now was to place a hand on the males back, that was all she could think of to do without crossing boundaries. After all, she could offer a hug but she knew that that could be turned down in a heart beat.
Giving his back a couple of soft pats, Lifen softly uttered, "In times like these kid, it's best to try not to think about it too much... I..." She trailed off before figuring out something to say, "I doubt she died that easily, after all, this is Mary we're talking about. She's a great pirate. Something like being impaled can't kill her." She'd try to say in some way to get the males hopes up, trying to be hopeful for herself as well, an aim to make things better, she didn't know Mary much but this was the most she could think up at the time.
Looking down at the food, the djinn looked to Cole before removing her hand from his back and subtly pushed the plate back to him, "Got no appetite." She'd lie, that tinge of guilt getting to her more now as she looked away and folded her arms, leaning them on top of the table as she would chew on her bottom lip. "Xynera would probably be better at this.." The djinn grumbled under her breath, already feeling like her trying to be comforting wasn't working too well.

The Prince couldn't help but smile a little at Lifen's sad attempts to put him at ease. Normally he would've given her hell for how soft she was being, but at the moment Cole realized that while she was showing a 'soft side' his soft side was fully exposed. And he really was in no position to tease. So the Prince reluctantly refrained from doing so, instead focusing on trying to find a way to say thank you.
"I...uh...r-right. Xynera's probably still too stunned from the blood to speak...let alone comfort someone..." The Prince said, which was currently his best attempt at a thank you. And then he saw the plate. Had she really pushed it back at him. Cole sighed, pushing the plate back in her direction once more. "You have to eat this. I don't like this food and I'm not going to just let it sit here uneaten after I spent money on it." The Prince demanded, some of his usual tone starting to return. But then suddenly Cole's fist slammed onto the table, shaking the contents of the plate as he stood up quickly.
"L-Lifen. Lets say someone has uh. Managed to make themselves sickly by way of magic. Would it be possible to wish for there well being?" The Prince asked, blushing a little at the thought as he turned to face Lifen. The oddest part of it all being that he wasn't thinking about Mary anymore...

Lifen continued to look away, acting like she didn't say anything despite it being quite clear and obvious that she had. With a heavy sigh escaping her lips before she heard his words as she proceeded to glance over to him. Hearing him say his thoughts about the dragon, she nodded, coming out with a small laugh, something she didn't keep up with for too long.
"Hah! You got that right, too weak for a dragon, huh? ..To say you've known us for only a bit more than a day, you certainly know how we act, ki--" The djinn cut herself off, feeling like she should refrain from calling him 'kid' so much, even if he was one, she felt like this was the odd occasion where she should call him by name instead. "Cole." She finished that sentence. Instead of saying her usual kid or belittling words to aim at the male, she just stuck to his name.
Staring at the food with a frown, she frowned at the prince as well before looking back at the food, "Ahuh? Why'd you even order it then if you don't like it?" She questioned as the female poked at it with her finger a little. Lifen had touched the food and in a sense, agreed to eat it as she mumbled, picking at it and eating slowly. Though the red head jumped at the male slamming his fist onto the table, holding onto the plate in a slight panic that he may use some of his powers on it, and Lifen wasn't going to be impressed if he did.
Looking to her food, she stared at it to make sure everything she hadn't eaten yet was still there, and luckily, it was as she continued to eat before hearing her name escape his lips, stuttering it almost. As she let her gaze turn away from the food, the djinn proceeded to turn and look at the male, wondering what it was he wanted.
Though his words certainly took her by surprise when she listened. Make themselves sickly by way of magic? She'd heard cases like that but never really took too much notice to them. Lifen just listened though as she stared at him, thinking through what he had said, it was obvious by her silence she was thinking through it all in great detail as well. Mumbling to herself, the maiden was deep in thought before she went silent again and looked to him properly, focusing on the prince.
"To... wish for their well being? You're thinking magic could counter something magic did in the first place?" She questioned, trying to get a better grasp of what he was asking as the djinn stood up herself, holding her plate of food in one hand and still snacking on it. "You'll have to be clearer because wishes depend on what is asked of me. The wording is everything... most of the time if I don't know what you're on about." It seemed the djinn was rambling a bit as she was thinking whilst eating, "If that's how you're wanting to waste your last wish, who knows how it'll turn out, I've... never had someone wish for something like that before... There could be a lot of complications and s**t as well." She managed to make her answer at long last, bluntly as well as she licked her fingers, placing the plate down.
