Personality: Equal parts light hearted, and macabre. It's hard to tell if he's joking or not, but perhaps you should just assume everything he says is the truth.
Bio: Reptilian shapeshifting lizard man? Evil alien overlord sent to destroy Earth? Reanimated skeleton with a penchant for sex, drugs and only the best classical music? No one quite knows, all that can be said is that when you hear the sound of his wheels grinding down the pavement, and see his maniacally smiling skeletal face, his arms flailing as he's trying to get your attention, you have two choices: Avoid Death, or accept him head on.
He's not quite tall, but not quite short either. Not quite skinny, but not quite bulky. It's hard to get an exact bead on what exactly his characteristics are, and he doesn't slow down much to let you get a good look, anyhow. He's often seen skating through parks and along alley ways. Looking for what? Who knows? Maybe he lost his scythe somewhere, as he doesn't seem to carry it with him. Also, no one knows what's behind his shades.
