Guide for ranking puppets
A simple puppet with no particular function or only basic weapons and no gadgets: D rank
A puppet with no more than 1 gadgets: C Rank
A puppet with more than 2 gadgets: B rank
A puppet with more than 4 gadgets: A rank
Gadgets here, means normal weapons with mechanical aspects to them. i.e. a rotating blade or a device that instantly sprays many senbon needles. For more powerful weapons such as a canon, you will need to rank your puppet as a A or even S rank
