Pushing her hair out of her face - again - Gwyneira finished mixing her latest batch of batter. Just in time, since the timer for her cookies went off. "Cookies!" she giggled to herself as she grabbed an oven mitt to pull the peanut butter cookies out of the crystal powered heat. "Mmm," she sighed as the scent of warm cookies washed over her. She set the pan on the table. Next to the other four dozen cookies she made. By herself. For herself, she supposed. She didn't have any close friends, she worked too hard on her school work and her part time job and didn't have much time to spend on building relationships. And when she wasn't working or studying, she was trying out recipes for when she opened her bakery. Because there would be a bakery. Someday.
She sighed, staring at the cookies and the cake batter she hadn't put in yet. The problem was she was lonely now. She wanted someone to share this with, someone she could bounce ideas off of or just someone to share her creations with. She wanted a reason to be more social. A reason to get out of her apartment for a few minutes or longer every day. She wanted to imbue. Kids liked baked goods, right? Right.
So. Now the question was how did she go about it? Did she do it alone? Did she go on one of those online imbuing sites? Did she just walk up to someone at random and ask them if they would be interested in imbuing with her? Yeah, no, that would probably be creepy. Super creepy.
Right! Online imbuing site it was... She popped her cake in the oven and grabbed her laptop.
