Zusa had been around the glass blower for a while now, entranced by his work. She didn't know if it was just the work she was interesting in when she found herself thinking of the Naga while she gathered herbs. She figured that she had been around enough and made enough chit chat with him that he'd be willing to hear her out, as silly as her idea was. She had made him a special potion with her herbs and other odds and ends as a gift to maybe win him over. She approached him coyly, the green potion in hand. "Hey Gallius... I've been thinking..." She paused, rolling the bottle around in her hands. "It's crazy, but hear me out... Oh! But first this is for you! It should help with burns if you ever get any." She took a deep breath. "Ok... Would you wanna imbue a stone with me? I know, I know... I'm hallowed, but I thought I'd offer..." She gave him a small smile.

Gallius really enjoyed his work. He even liked it when groups from the academy came and did tours, because it was fun watching the kid's faces as he 'played with fire' and twirled the liquid glass into unique shapes and colorful objects. Lately he'd had a few repeat guests, which was nice. One of them was a rather sweet hybrid. She was clearly at least part dryad, possibly bapho? He really didn't know. But she always smelled nice. Of course, anything that didn't smell like ash and char smelled rather nice to him.
So it wasn't really a surprise when he spotted the familiar pink fluff of hair. He was between pieces, so he was able to slither away from the fire for a little bit. "Ah, Zusa. I was just thinking about you, wondering if... Bwuh?" She started talking, and didn't seem to... quite know how to get to her point. He was trying to follow, and was about to raise his hands to stop her when she placed a potion bottle in his hands. He blinked and looked at it. "Weh?" He was confused, she was talking in circles and...
"Uh... I know you're hallowed." That hadn't ever really bothered him before. But... Stones? Us?" He blushed a little. No no no, that was clearly the heat from the fire pits. "Uhm... You sure? With... with me?" It wasn't that he wasn't interested. Not at all! She was actually quite attractive and fun to chat with.

"I know... Crazy right? I just thought... I actually don't know what I was thinking." She laughed, rubbing the back of her head. She had worked up the courage to ask such a silly question, no wonder he was shocked. "But, yeah... With you, that's why I'm asking you, right?" Her smiled turned a little more nervous as she continued. "You might not mind that I'm hallowed but... There's a high chance that the children will also be hallowed..." She fidgeted a little, that was probably a turn off to most but she couldn't help who she was and how her children would come out.

Gallius was a little bewildered as she continued talking. He sighed and raised a hand and put an ashy, smudgy finger against her lips. "Shhh." He said softly. "Zusa..." He fidgeted with the potion bottle as he pulled his finger away from her lips. "See, I like you actually. So I'm more surprised that you'd come out and... ask me to imbue with you. Flattered, really!" s**t s**t s**t! This was sounding like a rejection! "Aaaah and it's ok if we had hallowed kids! I mean... it's not like, you know, being hallowed is a bad thing or anything." Oh yeah, this was going over soooooooooo smoothly. "I just didn't, you know... think I was your type. Not that I know what your type is! I'm... I'm rambling and going to shut up now. But... the answer is I'd like to."

Zusa was surprised by the touch. As he spoke her heart sank lower and lower as she thought that he was about to turn her down. To her surprise he was all for it! He actually was fond of her too! "Ah, really!?" Her eyes teared up, but she was glad her hair hide them well. "I honestly didn't expect you to say yes... I was hoping! But...." She paused, a wide smile growing on her face, "I'm so glad you'll be doing this with me!"

Gallius reached back and ran his hand through his blond hair. "Yeah well... I mean, you're nice and... Ah ha ha, I guess this is as good an excuse as any to get to know you better?" He looked at her shyly, then glanced away. "Can't say I can think of any other I'd like to try this with anyways." Wait, did that sound rude? "N-not that I want to try it with others! I mean, well maybe some day, but you know!"

Zusa giggled and put a finger to his lips this time. "You don't have to say anything else. I understand and I'm happy!" The pink hybrid let her finger drop. They would need to talk about the details later.
