We are allowing personal spaces/public buildings as Topics! They will be created as they're needed and requested here. When they are completed and accepted by a Crew Member, these Topics will be posted under the SubForum of the city in which they will appear. When that happens, the establishment's owner and/or resident will be notified of its complete construction, and the Topic will be open for posting. Looking to get a place to live? How about a shop to sell your precious items? Look no further, for this is the place you need to be! To get a building, you'll have to fill out the form below and post it in this Topic. It will be accepted or denied based on many different factors: accessibility, necessity, primary purpose, capability of role play, etc, etc. These questions will be answered in your submission form. If your architectural proposal is accepted, its topic will be posted by the Crew Member that accepted your form. If your request is denied, the Crew Member that did so will list the reason(s) why. At that point, you'll have two options: 1. Accept the denial and apply again a week after your initial application. If you've made the requested changes or if the situation has changed, your proposal may be reconsidered. 2. Request an override. If you really think your building is 100% necessary, you can Quote either Living Eternally or Rengato to reconsider your request personally. This does not promise acceptance. Building Title: Hikari Restaurant
Building Type: Restaurant | Home
Building Purpose: To serve customers awesome food and make a profit! It also serves as a meeting spot for Shien, her informant (who owns the place), and possible clients. The two previous live here.

Description: The outside looks like a rather plain building with wood siding. A sign out front states its name and type of business. By the entrance, there is a small sign with the daily specials. Inside, it's very bright and has a nice atmosphere, making the restaurant live up to its name. They serve warm dishes here and specialize in noodle bowls. There are two doors in the restaurant, one for the restroom and one leading presumably toward the kitchen which opens back to the bar. This isn't entirely incorrect, but it leads to a hallway. This hall breaks into the kitchen, to a private dining room, and to the room Shien and Suzu share.

Building Type: Multi-function (Guild hall, living quarters, trading post)
Building Purpose: To live in/ Operate out of
Location: Located about 7 hours of mounted travel from the capital of Eldrin, Kaios, the Monastary marks a 'halfway' point to the borders of Carmillion.
Availability: Open to any Mage and Knight pair, though some areas are restricted.
Description: The home of the well-known Blackheart Knights. A large fortress-like monastery that serves as both a home and school to those wishing to become a true Knight. Mostly self-sufficient, the Monastery is well known to trade for things that they cannot make or grow themselves. While it is mostly dedicated to the tutelage of those that join the Order, weary outsiders are more than welcome and will be offered a meal in the massive feasting hall and a bed for the night, but will be watched constantly for any trouble they may cause. Why you're here why not try the Blackheart Ale, which (is rumoured) to contain dragons blood (Its just reeeaaally alcoholic)?
Due to the Orders age, it has collected a vast array of books, a library of sorts. The books have a wide range of subjects ranging from farming and breeding to more taboo subjects like black magic, some well over 100 years old. Access to these books are heavily restricted, with only rumours existing of the collection outside of the Order. Those that are given permission by a Knight of the Order may view this extensive collection, but may not remove any books.

Hello, I'd like to propose a building plan! Username: Noizless Nightingale
Building Title: Hayashi Pottery
Building Type: Home/Studio
Building Purpose: Place for my character, Suzuki Hayashi, to live and make a living selling pottery!
Location: Outer edge of Lusia, Camillion
Availability: Open
Description: Small 2-story shop that blends with surroundings. There are two doors on the outside, one locked and rusted, unused in ages, and the other with a bracket and sign reading ‘Hayashi Pottery’. Through the latter door, a pottery studio and shop is revealed, an organized clutter filling the place. Every counter is covered in a fine layer of clay dust and stacked with skillfully crafted pots, bowls, plates, cups, vases, etc. A well-used pottery wheel takes up the middle of the floor and there is a small kiln in the back right corner. In the corner opposite of the kiln is a rickety spiral staircase that leads to the upper half of the house/shop. Upstairs is the living area, with a kitchen/living area and two bedrooms. The larger bedroom to the right is Suzuki’s, the smaller one is her apprentice’s (if they don’t already have a home). [The other outside door used to lead to a small, 2-bed clinic that has long been abandoned. It was Rorak’s clinic before he disappeared and Suzuki was unable to keep up with its maintenance.]

Hello, I'd like to propose a building plan! Username: lllll Rin lllll
Building Title: Dew Drop Inn
Building Type: Restaurant / Bar / Lounge
Building Purpose: Rina's pride and joy, this is where she first set up shop and began her business to bring good food to all the people of Lusia.
Location: Lusia, Carmillion
Availability: Open to the public! The more the merrier!
Description: Red brick exterior, and wide windows, people are able to view in and see the restaurant as an open space comfort zone. Within are 12 main tables and several seats at a counter top for customers to come in and enjoy food/drink. The floor is hardwood with lighting hanging down, and has an upstairs for lounging, above the bar, kitchen, and back storage room area. The room has a slanted roof top with windows, but has stand up lanterns and lights to decorate the walls so it's not so drab and sad. Upstairs are two bathrooms, those for men and women; then down stairs there's also two bathrooms for men and women. In the back alley, between the restaurant and the next building, there are tables and seats set for people who prefer outside seating with mood lighting during the night.
