User ImageHeka sighed and looked out the window onto the street below. The adults always made it seem like you needed to know exactly what you wanted to be so that you could start planning from your freshling stages of life. Things were always changing. Even Heka themselves had changed. They had a few memories of their younger life that they were relatively embarrassed about. They remembered dashing into stores and hiding among the clothing racks, or charging into Miss Anouke’s store. Well admittedly that let their father meet Ms. Anouke so they weren't so sorry about that one.

The point was they realized was as you got older you needed to take on responsibility and that careless abandon They had as a youth was slowly becoming more tempered. They realized their actions had consequences and maybe it wasnt such a good idea to drive their father's hair completely white. However no matter how deep their mind was going it still didnt answer the mystical question of what he was supposed to write for this Essay. Whay did Heka want to be. They remembered as a child they kind of wanted to be an archeologist pirate that used science to uncover the mysteries of the world. Now they realized that might have been a bit out there as far as dreams go. So what did they want to do?

Well they still loved exploring but how could one combine science and exploring? Atem, Heka's most awesome dad, was a geologist after all, and would occasionally disappear for a few weeks out of the year. To Heka, Atem was their hero. They wanted to take after his dad’s footsteps. Well actually what if they studied fossils? They'd have to do a lot of exploring right? They'd get to learn about history in the process and it involved science. Maybe that archeologist science pirate wasn’t such a farfetched dream after all. Happy they turned away from the window to finally write that ‘what I want to be when I grow up’ essay.
