 "Come on all of you," Candy spoke to her children affectionately, holding her oldest Phyre's hand as she lead all of her children up to the academy doors. This was a common thing for her to do, gathering all her children from their dorms and taking them to the main part of the academy for their first class of the day. Nothing exciting ever happened from it, but she just liked spending time with all her children. They were her world, and she loved every moment she could spend with them. Today would be special for Candy though. She just simply didn't know it yet as she brought them to the door ", You all better hurry if you are going to make it on time. I took longer than expected getting all of you, so it is time to say goodbye to all of you. I can't bring you all back to your dorms later though. I am working this afternoon and late into the night."
All of the freshlings quickly dog piled their mother telling her their goodbyes for the day and giving her tight hugs. Candy of course made sure to hug each and everyone, not wanting to let them go ", Now all of you be safe today, alright?" With all their hugs finished, she waved goodbye to all her children as they rushed inside, a sigh escaping as she watched them all.

 Faraji loved to spend time with the kids at the Academy and often came to help the caretakers. Today, however, she was running late. Everything had seemed to conspire against her this morning. And apparently still was, as she bumped into another Nightmare while digging in her bag. "Oh, no, I'm so sorry! I wasn't watching where I was going," she apologized. "Are you alright?" she asked.
The Nightmare she had bumped into was Faraji's favorite flavor of ridiculously adorable, all cotton candy colors. And she seemed to have a lot of kids, which only made her more attractive to the pink mutant.

"Oh I am alright," Candy replied after the hybrid who had just bumped into her apologized. This girl seemed to have really good manors from the looks of things so far, and she was so pretty too! Would it be rude to just sudden ask if this person wanted to imbue a stone with her? Probably. Besides, she didn't even know if this girl wanted to do such a thing ", I was just dropping off my children. I work later in the evening, so I won't be seeing them later today when they get off, much to my dismay. I love them all, although I do also like my job."
She then reached out her arm and offered the hybrid her hand for a handshake ", I am Candy, a theatrical costume designer. Who might you be? Do you work here at the academy?" She hadn't seen this girl before, so chances are if she did that they were new.

Faraji smiled, relieved that she hadn't hurt the other Nightmare. "All of those were yours?" she asked. Some of them had borne a resemblance to the candy colored woman, but not all. Perhaps she had adopted? Faraji had often thought of doing so herself but being Hallowed, she worried that an orphanage might not allow a child to go home with her. "They're adorable," she said with a slight giggle.
Taking the woman's outstretched hand she shook it and smiled a bit, her cheeks turning a slightly darker shade of pink. "Very pleased to meet you, Candy! I'm Faraji, a childcare student at the community college. I don't work here, but I'd like to once I graduate. I love kids, so I come here when I have a chance to help out."

"Yes, those were all my children," So this hybrid liked children? Maybe she really would be willing to go for having children together. Was she being too selfish by thinking that way? She had been looking for another partner to imbue a stone or two with, but she always did find it hard to just out right ask someone about it ", A student you say? I graduated from Grendel not too long ago. It was back when I was a student that I first adopted, then decided to later on have children of my own and to still adopt. Like I said, I love each and everyone of them. I have the money know to take care of all of them perfectly fine too. That doesn't mean that I wouldn't like to have more children though," she blushed some and tried to hide the fact she was embarrassed about saying that by just giving a soft laugh about it ", You've probably seen some of my freshlings then around the academy. They're all so cute!"

"Awesome!" she said with a bright smile. "I think about adopting all the time, but I'm afraid they won't want to allow me to adopt because... well, you know." The pupiless extra eyes on her wings closed before she fluttered the feathers. She had learned early that not closing those eyes before moving her wings made her vision swim and made her dizzy.
Faraji looked up when Candy talked about having more children. She couldn't deny that thought had flitted across her mind, but she was sure that someone as pretty as Candy wouldn't want to imbue with her. She chuckled slightly and nodded; "I believe I have seen some of them and they are all very cute."

"Oh! You are a hallowed like my oldest Phyre! I adopted her when she had just become a freshling. She was so shy back then and thought she wasn't pretty due to her being a Hallow. However, she is just as beautiful as someone who isn't. All Hallowed are," She found the Hallowed to be special, but the good kind. They were unique and beautiful, stunning to the eye like many of the non-hallowed. She had no problems with the Hallowed, in fact she kind of admired them for their one of a kind beauty. Faraji was a perfect example of that ", My daughter has a single small wing, and a unique tail. Most of all though, she is a beauty to behold. If I were to have any hallowed children of my own that I didn't adopt, I would love them just as much as my other children. They are all perfectly beautiful in my eyes."

Faraji's eyes went a little wide as she blinked. Candy had Hallowed children? How had she missed that? She couldn't stop a smile from splitting her face at this news, and the fact that Candy found Hallowed Nightmares to be just as beautiful as normal Nightmares. "That's wonderful to hear!" she exclaimed. "Not everyone has the same views you do," she said with a smile.
She hesitated for a moment, her next question being something she'd never thought she would ask anyone the first time she met them. "I... Candy, would you want to? I-imbue with me, I mean." Her cheeks turned an almost violent shade of pink as she waited for the Nightmare's answer.

So she had been thinking the same thing as her this whole time? Perfect! She didn't need to ask herself if this beautiful nightmare wanted to have children with her or not! Her own cheeks turned red when she began to give her reply ", I would love to Faraji. You seem to be exactly what I am looking for in a partner when I find nightmares and daydreams to imbue with. I am sure you will be a wonderful mother."
She was excited for this one (Although she had been excited for all them). She had never imbued with a Hallowed before, and knew her children with Faraji would be stunning gorgeous ", How about I give you directions to where I work so we can discuss it more after you are done at the academy today? I am sure you are in a rush like I was to get here on time."

Faraji beamed happily. "I'm so glad to hear that! I'm really excited about this," she giggled. She had never thought about imbuing with someone before, but she was glad that Candy would be her first. "Oh! Yes! That would be great!" she said and blushed. Pulling a notepad out of her bag, she wrote down the directions Candy gave her.
"I can't wait~ I'll see you later?" she asked hopefully. She couldn't help the feeling that she and Candy would be good friends. And maybe a little of that was a blossoming crush but no one needed to know about that just yet.

"Yes, I will see you later," Candy didn't know that Faraji was crushing on her a bit, but she sure hoped that her and Faraji would become good friends. She honestly thought she would be an amazing mother, and couldn't wait for the two of them to have children together.
She waved goodbye after giving her the directions and making sure she did in fact know where to go, leaving her new imbuing partner to go to work. Candy knew she was the one to go for, and truly couldn't wait to talk about it more.
