Poetry: Talia has always had a passion for poetry and carries around a small leather notebook where she jots down her personal works. It is a form of therapy to her; a way to channel her emotions into something beautiful. Talia is very protective of her work and does not share it with anyone but her sister through fear of embarrassment and ridicule. She is usually found scribbling away when she has a moment to herself.
Flower Arranging: Talia has always loved the beauty and vibrancy of flora, but as she has gotten older she has taken a genuine interest in the biology of plants. She likes to lean the practical and medicinal uses for flowers and know which ones can coexist and which can not. More than anything else she likes to create works of art with flowers, showing her findings in a aesthetically pleasing way. This is another activity, like her poetry, that helps her stay calm and focus.
Reiki: Talia genuinely believes in the healing power of energy and starting studying Reiki when she became a teenager. Though she is an atheist she is a very spiritual girl who believes in the power of positive thinking, good energy and mindfulness. Talia will often offer healing to her close friends, but tries to keep her ‘art’ on the down low for the same ridicule she fears with her poetry. Her dream is to study histologic medicine and one day open her own practise. Caring for the minds, bodies and souls of those who find themselves worn out from the daily grind.
Virtues:
Cheerful: Talia has a super positive outlook on life and is rarely seen without a smile on her face. Once a very shy and anxious child, Talia turned to self help books for help and since than has worked very hard to improve her mental state. She tries to inspire others to find their own happiness and does what she can to help them in this journey. Talia takes on challenges optimistically and will always try and focus on the positive instead of the negative. Her cheerful nature helps motivate others and keeps morale high.
Demure: Talia’s patronus would be a Swan and is by nature a very demure child. Despite being very cheerful, Talia is also very shy and modest when it comes to her own achievements (often trying to thrust the credit onto her sister). She is reserved, well mannered and pays close attention to etiquette. This makes her a very calming character to be around and she faces challenges with a clear mind, instead of reacting rashly from bubbling emotions.
Obedient: Good at following instructions, Talia is an obedient child who likes to receive praise from her superiors. A teacher's pet in every sense of the world, she will always make sure to shine her shoes and bring her teachers apples. Talia sees herself as a good noodle and feels a genuine sadness when she thinks authority figures are disappointed in her. Due to her constant need for gratification, Talia takes on as many extra curricular roles as possible and prioritises her school work over social gatherings.

Gossip: A nosey ninny at heart, Talia is one of those girls who needs to know what is going on, even if it is none of her business. She is the kind of girl who will pull at a tread until things unravel and is pretty relentless in seeking secrets. More so she is the kind of girl to spread rumours and report her findings to her friends, earning her a few enemies. It also makes people think twice about trusting her with personal information. Talia is not the kind of person to admit she is in the wrong, and would rather spin a favourable story than be made out to be a villain, making her slightly manipulative.
Ambitious: Talia thinks that the world revolves around her and Daphne and that they are meant for greatness. If life is truly a play, they are the superstars and the ones that will change the world for the better. Talia often confuses self care with greed, and puts the wellbeing of her and her sister above anything else. Letting go of negative people in her life often means cutting out people who get in her way and despite her demure personality, can be rather ruthless when it comes to progression.
Naive: Talia tries her very best to improve herself and be the best person she can be. Though she will often express the want to help people with their problems, if her help is rejected she can become rather cold. She is a girl who wears rose tinted goggles and tends to shut out the harsh realities of the world. Every problem can be fixed, every person can be fixed, a flower can bloom out of every tragedy. That is Talia’s outlook on life and she becomes very protective of that ideology, when questioned she tends to clam up and shut down.
