Saint Clara ◈ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ◈After the events that happened with Noira and her group, Saint Clara decided to make an immediate trip to her own private island. She hadn't been there in quite some time and figured it was best to recover physically as well as mentally. The sun was shining, the drinks and food she received were delicious, and there weren't a lot of people there to bother her. Saint Clara sipped her water quietly while enjoying the sound of the waves. A calm smile was on her face as she had her eyes closed for a few moments. "Oh? Is this seat taken?" a man would say as he came up next to Saint Clara. Not really giving her the chance to refuse his approach, the man instantly sat down in the chair that was across from her. "This is a really nice place here, isn't it? This is like the perfect place for a person to come to in order to relax and lick their wounds, right?" he asked. Reaching over, the man would take a bowl of grapes, which were located on the table and begin eating them. "Oh! Pardon my rudeness, the names Gabriel or rather it was, I go by Vega now. It's a pleasure to meet you. Miss Clara."

Now, if they were the run of the mill forces, I wouldn't come to you, but it seems that he has some heavy hitters joining him. So, I figured why not bring in someone that could match those heavy hitters i.e you. Saint Clara, ex-leader of the Machinists." Vega explained.

Unfortunately, it is not for sale," she told him before listening to the other reason he was there. "I am flattered that you would come to me... though I would like to know what is in it for me?" Saint Clara asked. Hearing Clara's words, Vega couldn't help but to smile. As he had suspected, this woman was hard to read, but her demands were surprisingly little. "The hybrid is all yours, hell I'll even throw in that "old" friend of yours." he stated. "As for Death, I'll make sure you have the best seat in the house." With that said, Vega held out his hand, "Do we have a deal, Miss Clara?"

As the two shook hands, Vega's grip would loosen, "I truly hope that this alliance of ours works out for the best." he added, before reaching into his pocket and pulling out some sort of key. "As a token of our new found partnership, I offer you this key. This key is the culmination of infusing magic and technology into one. It gives you complete access to my empire. Simply place it before you and turn it like you would any key and before you a door will be unlocked, creating a passageway directly to my nation." After explaining the key to her, Vega would toss it towards Saint Clara.

Kathrine "Kat" Lovelace As the two were shaking hands Katherine, one of Saint Clara's Royal Guard, arrived. She was wearing a bikini, though she clearly felt self-conscious in it (which was part of the reason Saint Clara insisted she wear it). She had just finished one of her patrols around the island, having found nothing of any significance. Despite her attire, her tone was serious and to-the-point. "Nothing to report Saint Clara," she said as she stood next to her. She noticed the strange new man with her and wondered how he had gotten there, but made no comment of it. Saint Clara seemed find with him being there, and if at any point she wanted him gone Kathrine would be happy to oblige.

Thank you very much. I shall use it if I ever need to seek you out," she told him. Her gaze shifted to the sound of footsteps as Katherine appeared. Back from her patrol it seemed. She smiled kindly at Katherine "Good good. Thank you Katherine," she told her. She looked at Vega for a moment then at Katherine "This is our new ally, Vega. We shall be helping him for the time being in order to take out Death. I'll give you a full report on what is to come later tonight."◈ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ◈Move used: ---

Vega Nox, emperor of the Zoran Empire and soon to be killer of Death. A pleasure to meet you."

Kathrine "Kat" Lovelace "Ma'm," Kathrine replied with a slight bow. When Saint Clara introduced Vega Kathrine looked over at him, looking him up and down. She seemed to be gauging his strength. She ignored the hand he offered, clearly not interested in interacting with him. She didn't care who Saint Clara allied with or against; it wasn't her business. All she was concerned with was protecting Saint Clara and carrying out her will. Otherwise she was very dismissive of anyone else no matter who they were.
