Berith had grown accustomed to dealing with the reoccurring symptoms of malaria as she had grown older. While her father was still unable to completely cure her of the illness that she had carelessly inflicted upon herself as a filly, Berith had grown accustomed to carrying the necessary herbs to help her alleviated the symptoms. Though she loved to help her father deal with whatever cases he was trying to heal, Berith was still very much a wanderer in her young adulthood and she very much liked to enjoy going off on her own. Today was no different.
With a sparkle in her step, Berith twisted her head to look from sky to the ground, her twinkling mane shimmering as it was flung from side to side. Her dark eyes scanning the sky above her. This new area they were in was beautiful. Nice and wooded with pines that somehow made even the air smell like the evergreens around her. Hopefully she'd find somewhere nice to spend her afternoon in the midst of her adventuring.

The fuchsia parrot flew from one of the great branches that he had perched on early to glide through the forests tree tops. He wasn't sure when he had last been around his own kind. It was rare that they came up to these cooler areas, though he certainly didn't mind the solitude. Sure it became much cooler during the winter months, something he had to grow used to when he first found his way to the colder area. Even so, he was happy where he was. There was no one to bother him and no one to ruffle his feathers.
As his plumed form glide in the air, his black tipped wings stretching out to flap his wings every now and then to keep him flying in the air. Azazel allowed himself to fly closer to the forest floor, his eyes scanning the ground to see if there were any forms of interest to watch. His eyes caught sight of what appeared to be a horse walking along and it was a rarity for him to spy someone walking this deeply into the woods. How odd... He thought to himself, as flew ahead of her to perch on a branch so he could watch her approach.

"Oh it's so lovely out~" She all but sang to herself. It seemed the day was getting better and being apart from her father, though Berith loved him deeply, was a nice bit of stress relief. He was far more serious and stoic compared to Berith, in fact most probably wouldn't realize they were related based off of their demeanor. While he supported her independence to a great degree, sometimes Berith couldn't help but feel he had a small amount of doubt in her own abilities. It probably stemmed from the fact that she had disobeyed him when she was younger and ended up falling ill to malaria, which could have been completely prevented had she listened.
Berith quietly hummed a tune to herself as she skipped along, bouncing on her feet. Her eyes lifted up as she looked up to the tree branches, a smile spreading on her features and a sparkle lighting her eye as she spied a parrot. "Ooh, aren't you a pretty thing!"
