What makes the wind howl? Depending on a few factors actually. If the air movement is high enough and vibrates at the right frequencies, we would hear it 'howling'. We could also hear a howling wind if it is passing by fast enough between two buildings. Like the concept of whistling. However, this gust of wind is not flowing fast enough to produce sound. It just felt like a gentle cooling night breeze, but accompanying it is an awful howling sound that makes you feel uncomfortable. Almost sounded like the howling of a wolf mixed into the sound of the wind.

Ellie is of average height at 5'5 and sports a slightly muscular build.
Her eyes are narrow and a muddy brown to offset the pale red hair that is usually found piled into a bun atop her head.
Her soft skin is a lovely mid-tone dark shade, not quite as dark as her eyes.
She can usually be found in loose fitting and comfortable clothes.
She is partial to button up shirts and sundresses as a go to combo.
Hardly is she ever seen without some kind of accessories such as necklaces, sunglasses, or rings.
Ellie is best described amoung her peers as the desginated "mom friend". She is responsible and caring and knows when things need to be sorted out properly and how to do it. Aside from being seemingly a stick in the mud based on her work ethic she loves to have fun and spend time out on the town from time to time.
Likes:
Fossils, birds, horror movies, the smell of old books, plants, and fashion
Dislikes:
Cold weather, bugs, riding planes, alcohol, being alone, heights
Ellie was born to a pair of immigrants from the Dominican Republic as the second sibling in a long line of five. When she was still quite young her father left her mother, leaving her to struggle with raising the family single handily. Things were not well financially but Ellie was still able to have a joyful and emotionally fulfilling childhood. She helped her mother raise the younger of the siblings in time between chasing a well rounded education as she was determined to give them a better life. As time went she fetched high grades and was able to afford a nice college education with a degree in computer sciences. A few years out of college and she found herself a great job in her field and worked to reach the ranks of supervisor. She now lives a comfortable life in a humble apartment in Durem and has enough money to help support her loving mother, Diana.

note to self: expand a little on the family blurbs to explain ellie's relationship with them personally (whether they talk or visit or anything)
and think about whether you want them involved with sharkboy's life later on or not (and if so how would they react to him?)

A strange girl from out of town who refuses to tell anyone where she's actually from. Ellie met her at a party and the two clicked well as friends. When Sabien is around she stays at Ellie's apartment, sleeping on her couch. (what does ellie like about her enough to let sabi live in her apartment sometimes for free? does she trust sabi? how long have they known each other?)

An old friend from school. They've refused to drift apart like other schoolmates even though they don't have contact too often anymore. Dovba is currently in college chasing a fashion major. (gotta discuss some dovba and ellie and anita schooltimes with snoofer)

A tall man who shows up with Sabien from time to time. He's cute but doesn't seem to want to talk very often. He brings Sabien some of her things from time to time. Ellie thinks they may be dating but is too shy to ask. (more! about! vega!)

[.02] Solo entry or PRP, reflection on your soul capture.

[.01] Brief meeting with a staff member (PRP) to pick up your newborn Frei.
[.02] General RP with staff and owners, the Raevan must take part in at least ONE open RP event.
[.03] Sufficient emotional and mental growth on your Raevan. Drama is encouraged!

[.05] Perform a growth quest. Growth quest can be thought up on your own, but you will need to have Kyou's approval before you do anything about it. Or you could let Kyou think up of one for you.
