What is going on with Xavier?" Azela closed her eyes and thought of him. She spoke his name softly and waited for him to come.

Before she thought he had abandoned her, a dread headed mage would appear into the scenery, more clothed than usual and a tobacco lit and seeming from his mouth. For someone who knew Xavier, they knew a change either happened or something was up. Xavier wasn't new to it, but he so rarely used it because he was so rarely stressed out. Far as the more clothing, it depends on the person. Could just be regular clothes. Could not be. However, it seemed more modest, even for Xavier. Dressed in black undershirt, a Blue blazer, and black pants, he would still seem like his arrogant self, but Xavier also from the eye glance, seemed troublesome. "Yes my dear Queen. You called? Finally tired of your man?" he questioned. To break the ice. Honestly, he wasn't sure why she summoned him. His mind was still in dismay from the Brothel episode. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It had been two days since she called Xavier, If he didn't showed up today. she was going to the mage kingdom to find him. Sitting at her desk, with nothing to do, she started planning a day of relaxation until the one person she wanted to see showed up. Ignoring his stupidity, she looked him over. Her mind was riling he looked so handsome, but she stopped herself. Looking at those ruby red eyes, they stood out among his blue blazer. Clearing her throat, she finally said words. "I did call you. Two days ago to be exact." She had a fresh pot of tea sitting on her desk. Pouring herself and Xavier a cup, she summoned for him to sit. She noticed he was smoking. "So what happened? I saw it all." Even though she was concerned, she had a little bit of disgust on her face. He had slept with someone, but the after reaction is not normal if it was just some random person.

Xavier would continue smoking before he was addressed. What took her so long? He wasn't sure. Maybe his looks finally got to her. Who knows. He could play off of that information but so much was going on that he couldn't go in for a kill. "Two days ago? Been that long. My bad. Ii kind of been busy is all" Xavier explained. He would soon unbutton the blazer and sit, as requested. Taking a sip of tea, he would hear her words. She saw what exactly? Thinking, he would look at Azela with confusion. "Saw it all? What are you talking about?" He questioned. He was playing Dumb. Mad dumb.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Azela sighed. She was not up for playing 20 questions with Xavier. This was her day off so to speak. "Xavier I am not going to sit here and treat you like a child. Either you tell me what happened like an adult or let me enjoy my day in peace and come back when you can stop playing dumb and talk to me." Azela was tried and didn't have time for his games.

"You the one that summoned me. I can't hep if I exactly don't know what you talking about" Xavier stated with a sigh before leaning back. "If you already know the general idea then what exactly do you need me to say? Unless, you probably want to have the details filled in." Xavier stated before pouring him another cup and picking up another smoke. "I ended up ******** a woman and she told me that I had a daughter that was 1000 years old. So I had a little emotional breakdown." Xavier explained before taking a whole drag, almost killing the smoke in one inhalation.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Azela cringed at the information. Yes she wanted to know, but he was just so blunt about it. Her ears twitched a small bit. She'd been sipping tea this whole time and she herself was surprised she didn't drop her cup, but it was shook slightly in her hand. "A part of me can believes you have a child because of you "ways" and the other part is just shocked. I did not call you here to put you down or anything. I just needed some answers. When I start having visions and the soul gem just goes crazy, I think something is seriously wrong with you." Azela sat her cup down. She didn't know why she cared about Xavier's safety. He wasn't none of her problem or concern. Yet, here she was worried and trying to get information out of him. Looking at him, her mind raced.

Xavier looked at her as she reacted. Especially the twitch of her ears. She didn't overreact, that was good. Instead, it was like she expected it. Which is good too. To be honest, she should expect it. She knew how he was. He would shift in his chair and sigh. "Yeah. Honestly, I figure I either need change my ways or allow for s little more carefulness in my practices." Xavier whispered , a look of sincerity came over him. The moment, he would shake it off and go back to normal. "Hmph, well I do appreciate that you don't try knock me down for my decisions and treat me like an actual person. I guess that's why I gravitate to you. Hmmm, maybe that's why you are a friend that I can truly open up around....maybe a true friend that I can..." he would stop himself. No, not a friend that I can. Even if I pull off the impossible still...and if I don't just being this close to a friend to point can love on a nonsexual level...I still can't allow that...May and the others are gone. s**t Alissandra is even gone...Everything I come to love has died one way or the other.. I rather not spread that misfortune on Azela.So less of that, and just see her as an object. a trophy...she is nothing Xavier.. But that was the dilemma. For him to go through all this trouble and try to trick his mind otherwise, that just meant that he was already closer to the thing he was trying to avoid. "In most cases, that's a correct assumption. That gem is just like my powers of Cinder. Based on my emotions. So, it shouldn't be going crazy. Luckily, it wasn't a grand issue. I apologize for worrying you though."

Was it that they always talked and she found it easy to communicate with him? Azela was truly trying to figure out the reason she kept Xavier around. Funny part, she had done forgot all about the kiss that happened in the forest. "Why do you come here so often? I know we are friends, but I see you almost everyday.You come and talk to me and keep me company. And I don't know any man, that when a woman calls, they drop what they are doing and tend to her unless he is getting something from her in return. You ask nothing of me in return. Why are you still here?" Azela needed to know why he spend time with her. They had meet months ago at Lady Luciel's home in the elf kingdom and yes she'd tried to save him. But every since she found his soul gem, Xavier had been in her life.

He would look at her for the answer. Once he received the answer, he figured he should probably answer her question. He was a little annoyed. The way she worded it, hit a nerve a little. It kind of imposed the idea that.. well Xavier would more explain it. "So, you really are asking. Why am I coming here when I receive no action, no sex, no play and even if I do go out of line, I get curved? Why still come here religiously when I can be out set in my ways, receive an ocean supply of it? Yet, I instead choose to spend many days with you? I honestly.... I don't know how to truly answer this. I guess, but answer is. I like to be around you. I care about you. I enjoy the fact, I can feel warmth, happiness, and be myself around you. Where I can be me and even though I have my "ways" you don't hold it against me. You treat me equally. If anything, It's hard to give a certain specific answer to your inquiry. But, I can say that. I will always be here for you and always come when you call. No matter what." Xavier stated before putting his cup down and sighing. That was a lot to take in and let out honestly. He wasn't sure why he was pouring his soul out to Azela. She was just draining him of all his information and making him transparent. Maybe it because she sees him and her first thought isn't "man whore, or womanizer" just more "Xavier". Thinking, he would wonder something. "I have a question. When I first came here, before I entered in details You know I have slepted with someone. Why did it disgust you so much? " Not like Xavier was cheating on anyone. Maybe making it more difficult for him to try steal Azela. But not cheating. So, why was she felt some type of way about it?

He like being around her because she didn't look down on him and how could she? It was his life. Then he asked why was she disgusted when she knew what he did? Azela wasn't going to give him the real answer. That she was jealous. She looked at Xavier to be hers. Really possessive for someone that's not your mate right. "Even though I know you do it, that does not mean I like the fact that you do it. I do not think of you in that manner. I just see Xavier."

Xavier understood. He didn't understand the truth and in normal cases he could reach the conclusion and tease her, but he was a little defeated at the moment if you didn't already know. He figured it was just the personality and the mannerisms in general on why she didn't like it. "I see. Didn't think you really cared on my rendezvous in that situation. To tell you the truth, many people been bugging me to settle down and find me a woman. A queen to be.. It's funny. Xavier just can't do it. Xavier could stop being in his wars if he found someone out there that was worth marrying. But Xavier doesn't see anyone SINGLE worthy of his time and heart. " He stated before chuckling a little. "But I will try, to keep my practices less stressful so you don't have to see them show up in your mind." He didn't know what she was hiding. He didn't know her true feelings. He just felt, she was being like an older sister and wanted him to do better. He didn't know she was jealous.

"So there is not one person at all that you see fit to be your queen or potential lover? What people are saying it correct because to be a King. It's kind of a bad look on your part to still be stuck in your "way". I mean you even dress nicer and you look like a king." She smiled at him finally letting him know she adored the way he was dressed today. "Maybe it's time to get a nice woman and settle down."

Xavier darted his eyes at her for a moment and would state before simply breaking into a devilish grin. "Heheheh...Well, you got me. I must admit. I do see someone that could fit both criteria. Quite nicely infact. However, she doesn't fall under the single category." He explained before putting the tea cup down. "I don't truly care honestly about a bad representation. I wear my dirt and I wear it proudly... It is probably time, but I am afraid I am at dead end. I don't know where I need to keep looking. Or just continue being my unethical self and not care about Marriages and people in relationships when it comes to my search." He would then give a shrug. He wasn't going to even sweat it. "Hmmm? Let me guess, your next question is, who is this single person that stands out among the rest?" he wondered. It interested him now. For a friend, she was digging a little too deep.
