Personality_
Satoshi himself is a very quiet individual, who doesn't talk much to people- mostly because he doesn't really like people that much- because he's usually busy studying. However, online, he becomes a completely different person. Prideful, scheming, and otherwise superior. Even when he's beaten down as Kuraishi, he comes right back and proves to himself that he's able to dominate where he needs to. Satoshi has a tendency to not pay attention to anyone except his teachers IRL, but online he only deigns to mess with those who attempt to get in his way.
History_
Satoshi grew up in Okinawa, Japan with his parents. Mostly, anyway. Both his mother and father both worked very hard to provide for him, and that continued until his father died from overexertion when Satoshi turned 14. His mother from there fell into depression, and was never home at all afterwards, throwing herself fully into work. Satoshi pretty much had his home to himself, and his mother paid for it all as well, leaving him with no worries as well as some extra spending money. He used his spending money to fall into the realm of an otaku, which was disgraceful, but also something he enjoyed. He grew up watching anime and playing video games, so to fall back in it was the nostalgic thrill he needed. Though, he was a complete closet otaku. Nobody knew he was one at all, mostly because he didn't like people enough tomake friends at school, instead focusing on his studies as opposed to extracurriculars and nonsense, as he put it. This was when he got his copy of the game, and the gear to play it with.
