OOC FICTIONAL PIECE OF WORK THIS RP IS BASED OFF: Alice in Wonderland (But a Halloween version of wonderland.) TITLE OF FICTIONS: A spooky bit of madness! CURRENT PRP SETTING: A Halloweenesque version of Wonderland where everything seems a tad bit more mad then usual. This old book looks like it had seen the love of many a scareling. Unfortunately, it's current state of missing pages and a scratched up cover make it look sad and abused... Ah, Halloween Land. A place where up can be down, down can be up, the sun rises at night and the moon in the day! Where Were cat's wearing half moon grins disappear with ease and tea flows backwards up out of the teapot! Into this crazy, wacky, and slightly mad world of bare groaning trees and golden grinning moon falls a young girl with ears and a tail like a mouse! After much wandering and such confusion she finds herself at the most curious tea party she'd yet to see! "Happy, happy, happy, happy, happy, happy unbirthday!" sang a voice beyond the forest clearing. "Unbirthday?" parrots the mouse eared girl with beigy skin and brown hair as she steps out to see a magnificent table covered with all sorts of wonderful cakes, sandwiches, and especially, tea! Teapots in every shape and size you could imagine were scattered about the grounds filling the area with the most wonderful of aromas! It's Tea time and the Mad Hatter has invited all his friends to come join him! But a tea party with the hatter is never the same affair twice and you might get a surprise you never imagined! Will you join him and Camilla for a Tea Party you won't soon forget? (Note this kinda takes inspiration from both the Cartoon Disney movie and the Tim Burton Disney movie while being a halloween version of it all.)

Already sitting at the table was a small pale boy with large fox ears wearing a rather dapper looking green suit sitting before a very over sized cup. Both chairs around him were empty, though there were many others scattered about, some even built with the legs facing upwards. How Shiki had got there was beyond his knowledge but there he was sitting in a chair his long hair falling behind him in a cascade that seemed to be.. growing out of the ground? Well, seemed kind of interesting at least, and as if he was not going to really have much of a chance to wander around. He sighed softly for a moment before realizing those around him were singing a song. Unbirthday? He flicked his large ears and looked at the table spread before him, really taking note of what was there for the first time. Oh, a tea set, though not like the ones he was used to, more like the ones he... he.. oh he was in the book! Shiki relaxed a bit, and started humming along with the song, feeling a bit strange for not quite knowing the words. He swung his legs as he hummed taking in the feeling of what was around him.

Upon fully entering the clearing, the hatter took notice of the mouse eared and tailed ghoul in the seafoam and lavender dress. Smiling warming, the man with glittering, slightly manic, eyes opens his arms wide as he approaches her! "Welcome! Welcome! All are invite to join our unbirthday celebration!" he exclaims before gently leading the confused mouse towards the table. "Unbirthday?" she parrots for the second time that day. "Why yes, m'dear! Every day is your unbirthday! Save for the day that is your birthday, of course. Your unbirthday are the days in between your birthday, you see. Very much worth celebrating, wouldn't you say?" he explains jovially as he leads her to a chair. Smiling as it all seemed to make perfect sense, Camilla nods and gives a merry tail wag. "Oh, yes, indeed! That does seem like something worth celebrating!" she chirps as she was seated next to a white fox like creature that, somewhere in the back of her mind, she recognized. How quirky was it to have a predator at a party full of prey? Other's already sat sipping their tea as the hatter pours her a cup. Cross from them was a zany looking were rabbit and snoozing under the table was a tiny Dormouse Monster dibbun. As confusing as this most curious world was, Camilla was finding herself delighted to be here! Her tea was sipped with grace a poise before she turns to the fox. "Hi! Is this your first tea party with this most curious of fellows?" she asks chipperly. The hatter heard her call him curious and blushed while waving at her. "Hah, hah! Aw, stop, you flatter me!" he says with a laugh which causes her to smile in turn! Steal Welcome, welcome to this most curious of tea parties! Lol.

ShikiShiki watched as the crazy hatter went off and nearly abducted someone to add to his party. For some reason that didn't seem to strange, unlike the cookie that had been offered to him by the weird hare. It seemed the cookie was watching him as if waiting to be eaten. Finally with Unbirthday once more explained, since the song seemed to explain it over and over... He looked at the girl and smiled. "I.. don't know if this is my first.. I.. can't remember." He gave a little tug on his hair and sighed. "I seem to be stuck here though.." He looked down at his cup of tea and tried to lift it to take a sip, but it was so heavy. He groaned a bit. This was just too much. "Oh dear what seems to be the problem do you need more tea?" Asked the hatter looking down into Shiki's cup. The boy waved his hands rapidly head shaking in denial even as more tea was poured. If he couldn't lift the cup before how in the world would he do so now? "Drink drink.." The hatter encouraged and Shiki had no choice but to try again. It was strange though, with more in the cup, it seemed the cup was lighter. How curious. He nodded his head and looked once more at the girl seated beside him. She seemed like someone he should know, someone he was happy to be around. "Have we met?"

[ Iyari ]
Lost didn't even begin to cover how Iyari felt in the dark woods. While she couldn't quite remember HOW she got into the woods, she distinctly remembered seeing the crescent moon overhead in one of the trees, which had swayed her to enter. Though, she may have immediately regretted it. First, she had followed a THIS WAY sign, only to be led back by a THAT WAY sign and a very inviting jack o' lantern with an arrow had tried to get her to go straight into a tree. Meanwhile, curious creatures that resembled flowers tried to get her to go down a path, but she opted to avoid all that. Now, confused and annoyed, she found herself wandering deeper due to the insatiable curiosity that swelled up from deep inside. While there had been strange noises, such as honking, she tried her best to make it through without letting something sidetrack her. At least, until she smelled something wafting along the breeze. Something sweet...? And her ears swore they heard music, or singing from somewhere.
She took a few more steps. Was it a house? A store? "Gah!" In her preoccupied state her dress got caught on a thorn bush and she pulled it away. While it felt comfortable enough, her outfit was a mismatch of stockings, a bellowed dress bottom and a black ribbon tied in her hair. The colors were orange and black, with shiny black shoes. All of which were magnets for getting caught on branches or bushes. Something felt... off about that, like it wasn't normal but it must have been the dress she always wore. Otherwise why would she have it? Either way, after getting it free she managed to push through to entirely new area that looked like it belonged somewhere else. She had to turn back to make sure she'd actually been in the wood before looking back at it. It looked like a party.
A loud party. Slowly she approached, noticing the nearby creatures, but her eyes focused on the extremely animated hatter, finding herself drawn to sit among them, blinking to the two nearby. "H-Hello." She said slowly, before there was a loud clatter in front of her and a large teacup, laughter following from the hatter. "You look like you only need a half!" Her eyes moved down to the cup that was indeed cut in half, but vertically. "Isn't that-?"
Before she could manage a response, the tea was poured and she stared at it as it seemed to settle into the cup. "Oh..." She said, picking it up with a shrug to sip it while the hatter went back to entertaining. Euphoria filled her once the tea took her and she felt suddenly... at ease, yet still curious. Teapots lined the table and she looked them over. Some were normal, others huge and some small, yet all seemed too real for words. After taking a better look, she took notice of the other two guests, watching the fox with his overly full cup with a soft smile. Like her own cup, it wasn't all it seemed and she looked further to the other girl who seemed very happy to be there.
"Did I hear something about an Unbirthday?" The word felt like a ring in her head. Had she heard it before? "Is it yours?" She looked at the girl and leaned over, placing her chin on her hand and took another sip of her tea, but looked back. A moment ago she thought it had been a black tea, but now felt the tang of orange on her lips. "...Anyways..."

Something about this wacky world of nonsense and madness just felt like... Like home, really to the Dormouse ghoul. She wasn't sure why, but she was thoroughly enjoying the party. Leaning over to look, she was surprise to see the white fox boy's hair was, indeed, growing out of the ground... Talk about getting to your roots... Roots... Mentally, she chuckled at her unspoken joke with ony a cheerful smile to show for it. She also could help but smile at the hatter's antics. The giant cup that seemed easier to lift, and the cup cut in half... wait? cup cut in half? One being held by a new person in a dress that was equally as fancy as her own! Before Camilla could greet this new stranger, however, the fox boy mentioned she seemed familiar. Tapping her chin, she frowns as she could find no memory of him, but she very much felt the same as he... She knew him, but couldn't remember him... "Hum... I... Know I know you, but I can't remember how or from where I know you..." she hums slightly in a perplexed tone. The frown on Camilla's face caused the hatter's brows to crease. A frown at his tea party? Certainly not! Grinning in a friendly manic manner, he approaches the Dormouse ghoul and offers her a wonderful looking tea cake! The cake was a welcome distraction from her perplexing lack of memory, and she happily accepts it. The moment she took a bite, she could feel her worries easing away... It was then, that she decided to address the new comer! "Welcome!" she chirps to the girl before taking another bite of the fancy little cake. Once her mouth was clear, she smiles knowingly at her. "From what the hatter says, if it's not your birthday today, then it's your unbirthday today! That means it's mine, and yours" she pauses to point at the fox, " And yours!" she explains excitedly as she points to the girl! "That is, if it isn't your birthday's" she adds before taking another bite of the cake! Yum~! Camilla had to admit, she was a tad surprised when her black tea turned green right in the tiny little cup of her's that never seemed to run out! But this was a hatter's tea party, they were just mad like this! She didn't know the hatter personally or know why she would think such, but she just somehow knew... Another perplexing memory she couldn't quite remember. Ah, but that was a enigma for another time! It was tea time!

[Bing]An operatic note ripped her from her dreams. It sounded like it was coming from everywhere. The musical voice rang again. The volume increased. She couldn’t see anything. Had she gone blind? All she could remember was the last bit of her dream. She was reading an old book. I swear that I’ll never read again! She tried to stand, but she hit her head hard on what felt like metal. She felt her feet slip and she dropped down forward onto her face. Where am I? What is this metal room supposed to be? A prison? I will not be held captive! She felt the curved walls and tried to climb. She felt the alleged ceiling of the room and it moved. She lifted it and her eyes squinted as she saw light pour in from outside. She forced her out of the room from the top and fell down into what appeared to be a giant empty teacup. She blinked and her ears twitched. She turned her head to see that the room she had awoken in was a massive, silvery teapot. A giant teapot? I’m lucky it was empty. But where am I now?The vixen looked all around and saw gigantic figures before her. It appeared she was at a tea party designed for giant. She was roughly the size of one of their tea cups. She looked down at herself and saw that she was wearing a black rose as a dress. It smelled like pumpkin spice and she enjoyed it. There were other aromas filling the air too. It was a tea party for giants, which meant there should be plenty of food for her as well. The teacup vixen cried out loudly, “Can any of you hear me? I’d like some tea. Green, if you have any. I feel I’m terribly minute by comparison to you, so give me your largest cup of course!” She smiled and hoped that she was heard. She shook in anticipation. Some things were still amiss. That loud musical note from before. It happened again only if felt like it was coming from her. It was her dress! The rose was making those operatic notes. She slapped at it. “Stop that right now! You don’t sound flat enough. Please excuse my noisy rose dress.” The noise stopped and yet she still felt wrong. Her ears flicked and her slit pupils thinned. Her tails were gone! She called for help, “Have any of you seen my tails? They have appear to have detached again. Where could they be?” She rested her chin on her hand as she sat on the rim of a teacup. As she pondered, one of her detached and sentient tails slowly inched behind her like a furry caterpillar.

This was a "frown-free" zone from what she noticed as the Dormouse was given some cake and she blinked, listening about the unbirthday. "Oh! Then it's mine too!" She was going to mention that she couldn't remember when her birthday was, when singing disrupted her thoughts and she peered down at the table and the small girl who had appeared.
"Don't tell me you're a cake..." She said, peering down at her and poking her head a few times. "Or a teapot." Though she wouldn't put it past the hatter and gave him a look, though he looked like he was preoccupied by tea. She looked back down and blinked. "Ummm?" Detached tails? Iyari was about to mention the confusion of that when she saw something moving.
"Is... that it?" She didn't want to alarm the poor thing, but she poked at the moving tail and watched it roll over, moving back as it wriggled, feeling as if she'd done something wrong. "Erm.." She looked at the companions. "Have your body parts just randomly fallen off too?"

[ Camilla Forester ] A ear flicked and soon, despite the singing that still filled the air, Camilla heard the clang of a metal teapot lid followed by a tiny voice. Blinking, she glances down at the tiny girl with wonderment! "Ooo! Did you happen to eat the wrong type of cake?" she asks excitedly as she sets down her plate and leans down to look at the tiny girl in the singing dress. A singing dress? She needed one of those! The question of lost tails and further lost body parts made her gasp and sit bolt up right! Was her tail still there!? Twisting around in her seat, Camilla grasps her fur covered tail and sigh with relief. "Phew... Mine is still here..." she sighs before becoming panicked again at the thought her ears were gone! Quick she reaches up and tugs on her mouse ears before sighing with relief again... "Phew... My ears are still here too..." she says before lowering her hands into her lap. Once she'd confirmed her parts were still in place, she couldn't help but lean down to look at the girl. "Is it normal for your tails to run off? Heh, or wiggle off as the case may be." she asks as she glances at one of the squirming appendages. With all the gentleness of a child picking up a worm, Camilla carefully plucks the Caterpillar like body part off the table and holds it in front of the miniature girl. "Is this one of them?" she asks curiously as it squirmed fruitlessly in between her fingers. Never before had she handed someone's tail back to them... The hatter, though distracted by pouring more tea for the march hare, did notice the air of panic in Camilla's voice. He was tempted to hand out cake for all to belay the tention, but once things settled soon after, he relaxes and realizes the hare's cup was over flowing... Oh well. Somehow, he took his hand off the pot leaving it to hang in mid air while he got more cups. The WereHare seemed entirely unconcerned about the floating tea pot or his overflowing cup, he was too busy eyeing a rather scrumptious looking piece of pie across the table, that was also eyeing him back... Black Magic Empress Pffft! I love how zany this is getting! But, it's wonderland, a Halloween version at that, this is normal! XD kuumeii A no frown zone indeed! XD Not every day you eye pie and get eye'd back. Though, I suppose in Halloween that's not so odd. Steal Would you happen to be missing any tails good sir?

Shiki watched in shock as the tiny girl was released from the pot, and then her tail was returned to her. Tail... oh my.. "He turned his head as well as he could while reaching back to feel. One... Two... Agh! His third tail was gone. He snapped his head forward looking around for his other tail. How can tails detach? His tail stood out, or would if he could see it. Fluffy white.. no tail. He swallowed and said in his soft voice. "Should someone see a white fox tail, do let me know.." He then looked at the tiny girl. "Uh, would you like perhaps a cake slice that will make you larger? He gestured to a cake not far from the tea pot. "I think that one would work." It was hard to not panic when one was missing a body part, but as was said it was a no frown zone and if he frowned.. Gulping softly he lifted his cookie only to have it speak to him. "Oh are you finally going to eat me?" Erp.. eating food that spoke back to him was a bit beyond what he could deal with. He lowered the cookie onto the plate again despite it's complaints that he was being unfair. It was then that he took note of the flowers on the table. Snapping Dragons, Sweet Pee's (one should never watch them too closely, it is rather inappropriate.) and lie-lacs, who would always tell the wrong things to people. He shrugged and offered the cookie to the snapping dragon flowers and tried not to listen as it complimented it's own devour-ment.

[And the Bing]Hurray! The teacup vixen looked up at the beings towering above her. “A cake? Being consumed isn’t part of my schedule. And I don’t recall eating anything that would lessen my size. Are all of you giants certain that you haven’t devoured anything that would increase yours?” peeped Bing. Her slit pupils thinned as she looked at the furry tail colored similar to a tortoiseshell cat’s being held before her. She exposed her fangs as she smiled and jumped up to take her wriggling tail. She struggled to hold onto it. “There you are, you little creep! Your time of independence has come to and end!” She raised an eyebrow as she thought for a second. “One moment…” The dainty vixen hugged onto her struggling tail and turned over an empty teacup. She went under it and the cup shook for a moment. She emerged a moment later with her tail mysteriously attached now. “Well, that’s one out of six. The others are likely far from here. You have my gratitude, you helpful behemoths.” She flicked her tail happily. She blinked and looked at the cake the great white fox had motioned to. “You may be right. However, I’m not certain I desire to become a larger size. On one note, if I were to grow, I would have less to drink and eat. And on a similar note, my dress would no longer fit me. And I do like this dress. Well… I like how it smells and looks. I hate how it sounds.” She looked down at her black rose being used as a dress. She whipped her rose dress with her tail as it sang out more lyrics. “I’ve learned enough things from the flowers, thank you very little! And it's about half passed tea,” she spouted as she scooted over a disgruntled sugar cube up to a teacup and stood on it. She stuck her head forward and lapped up the tea with her tongue. kuumeii She's pumpkin spicy. She's fine

With all the missing body parts wiggling around and vanishing, Iyari looked at herself carefully, but shrugged it off with another sip of tea. "Hm?" She stared at the small girl again. "We're not giants, you are just very small... curiously small." She was amused at least, looking back to her other companions.
"If I see something large and furry, I'll let you know. ..." When the cookie spoke she blinked at the cookie on the table, giving a sour face to it, hoping her tea wouldn't begin to sing or something of that like.
The hatter looked unmoved, or not even noticing, but if he didn't seem worried then she didn't see the need to either. She gave a pleasant smile to Camilla again. "Do you think more will join us?" She sipped again, her cup becoming dangerously close to empty.

[ Camilla Forester ] Oh dear! Now someone else had lost a tail! Was she next?! Subconsciously, Camilla placed her tail in her lap and a hand on her tail. She didn't want her's running off... She did smile as the tiny girl thanked her for returning her missing appendage. Tilting her head slightly, Camilla watched as the tiny fox disappeared under the cup only to come out with her tail very much back where it belonged! "Ooo! How did you do that?!" she asks excitedly, her voice brimming with curiosity! Whether her question was asked or not, Camilla had another question for the tiny girl. "If you did not consume a cake to make you small, how are you so very small if I may ask? Surly we did not eat something to make us larger for I very much remember being this size yesterday." she asks before stating; thought she did have a musing expression on her face. Had she been this size yesterday? Her memories said as much, but she couldn't remember the white fox, who has lost her tail, despite feeling very much she should. Might she have dreamed of being this size yesterday? While Camilla was musing on the nature of memories, dreams, and reality, the hatter was busy collecting the overflowing tea into various cups. Logic would state that to ease the flow of tea, he should simply tip the pot up. But what was logic at a mad tea party? No, no, no! Why not take advantage of a teapot full of endless tea? What would a mad tea party be if it had no tea!? While the hatter hadn't noticed the frown, he could also sense someone was out of tea. Quick as a whip, one of the cups he'd just filled was slid across the table to stop in front of the girl who was almost out of tea. After a bit, Camilla finished her musing by deciding that, yes, she was this size yesterday and no it hadn't been a dream. Maybe... With her keen mouse ears, she heard a tiny lapping sound. Looking down, she see's the fox girl with only one tail returned drinking out of a cup much to larger for her! Glancing down at the tiny cup pinched between her fingers, Camilla smiles and gently taps the small girl on the shoulder. "Would you perhaps like a cup more your size? It is curious, this cup never seems to run out of tea!" she laughs as she holds up cup down for the girl too see. Whether the cup was taken or not, Camilla leaves the tiny cup for the girl to take before grabbing a slightly too big cup to drink out of. When asked if more would join, Camilla simply shrugs and smiles. "Oh, I very much hope so! The more the merrier!" she chirps in response before taking a sip of her tea. Mmm, Matcha! Meanwhile, the March WereHere was still eyeing the eight eye'd pie longingly. The piece he had been looking at had already skittered away. Now he set his sights on the mother pie! As he started at the pie it was eyeing him back... Did both of them look hungry? Quote: If more people don't show up I might throw a Cheshire cat and white rabbit NPC in. I'm also thinking of maybe having a small dice battle thing with the pie, but I'll leave that up to you guys. Would you want a small battle for fun? I don't have any prizes to offer, it would just be to spice things up a bit. Edit: Or, would you guys prefer if I summoned a book mimic? That might give us some swag for defeating it. Steal Oh dear and oh my! Your tail must be someplace! Black Magic Empress KETCHUP! With fries on the side. kuumeii Nobody is left without tea!

[ Bing] The pocket fox blushed after being asked how she reattached her tail and simply muttered, “Fox secret.” She wiggled her tail to make sure it was on right. She scratched her head thought for a moment before answering Camilla. “I don’t recall ever doing anything to become small. I’ve been a professional Mome Rath herder since I was a kit. The only thing new I’ve done recently is a read a book. Never doing that again. It was so boring that it lulled me into sleep and I woke up in a tea pot wearing this pleasantly fragrant but loud dress. I could’ve been brewed! And we are lucky that didn’t happen. Vixen tea would taste terrible without toffee.” She didn’t bother saying that she was also a pocket watch thief. It was frowned upon this year. She grabbed her tail and held it close to her as a tea cup zoomed past her to Iyari. Not losing you again. She calmed herself after the speeding cup had passed. She started lapping from her tea cup again but stopped when Camilla offered her a smaller cup. She gazed at the tea cup that was closer to her size. She grinned and her tail wiggled as she picked it up and drank from it. She still lapped from it with her tongue. “This is much easier. And now I don’t have to stand on a sugar cube.” The disgruntled sugar cube made a sigh of relief as it stood still with two tiny foot prints on top of it. The dainty vixen lounged on a spoon as she drank more tea. She looked over at the pie with eyes on it. Their eyes met and she wanted to gorge on it. [ Iyari ]As soon as there was the slightest hint that her tea might be be gone another was in its place and she sipped it. This time it had a hint of rose smell but tasted like lemon, which was an interesting balance in her mouth. Chuckling softly, she was happy to see them getting along, though she was eying the table again for something to eat. "Well, maybe we'll all get small or you'll get big again. Either way it'll be interesting!"
There was a smell drifting along the table and she looked back at the pie looking back over at the March Werehare and she looked back at it. "Do you think that pie thinks we taste as good as pie does to us?" She asked. "Can't imagine the flavor though." What an odd thing to say...
Her eyes moved back down to the small fox on the table. "Careful that pie doesn't eat you!"Rikku Takanashi Either way sounds great to me!! <3
