Bone Chewer has an insatiable hunger (haha) to eat everything she possibly can get her mouth on, even if she probably shouldn't be eating some of these things. So she figured she'd share some of her finds with you!

What you do is simple, once per day (per player, not kin) roll 1D8 and check the number below to see how many tokens you may or may not win, and answer the small writing prompt (Ex. using #1's prompt.'What does it taste like though?' could be as simple as: It had a bright citrus flavor to it, but more on the sweet side than tart.)


That's it! Bone Chewer likes to find food anywhere, and every where, so even if you get the same number two days in a row, feel free to change up what it tastes like/etc.




1. The mystery food Bone Chewer gave you tastes great! In fact you're pretty sure this is your favorite food now. (What does it taste like though?) 2 tokens since you chowed down pretty quick!

2. Hm. You're not sure how you feel about this one. It's okay at first but the more you chew, the less uncertain you are about it. (What is that strange underlying taste?) 1 token though Bone Chewer is as uncertain about giving you a token, as you were about eating that food.

3. YUCK! What in the MotherFathers name was that? (Least favorite food? Disgusting taste?) 1 token since you ate it anyhow.

4. You grimace but continue to chew, despite how sweet this is. (Sickeningly sweet at that!) 1 token from Bone Chewer for being such a good sport!

5. Gross. How could anyone eat that!? (You swear this might not even be real food, and spit it out!) 1 token though, because you ate part of it, even if you didn't finish it.

6. This tastes like the same thing you just had for your last meal (Did Bone Chewer watch you eating. and take the left overs for the booth? It’s just a coincidence, right?) 1 token is given to you which is nice, since it left you feeling slightly unsettled.

7. Trying to eat things with your eyes closed isn't very easy and you drop it! (Whoops! That’s unfortunate. What's the reaction from your kin?) 0 tokens since you didn't even taste it.

8. Blech! You gag a little as you take the first lick of this food because it’s super salty. (And you once licked a super salty rock for fun!) 1 token because Bone Chewer thought your reaction was hilarious.

She took a bite of whatever the new mushroom was and spat it out, shaking her head back and forth, and trying her best to lick a stump nearby to get the bitter and earthy taste off. "I don't recommend that, nope. Stay away from it."

It Begins With You leaned forward, aiming to catch a nibble of whatever he was being offered, and swore he felt something graze the upperside of his snout. He opened his mouth, stuck out his tongue, and wiggled, only to gasp when he felt whatever it was roll off his face and onto the ground.

"Aww, I'm sorry!" He whined, pouting. "I almost had it! Now that..."

He looked down, made eye contact with the toadstool laying beside him, and shook his head.

"D-don't eat that. Whatever you do, just don't eat that."

Take a Bow whined as a passing stranger knocked into her, effectively sending her snack flying through the air and into the mud. "Boooo," she huffed.

Traveler of Stars was nothing if not an adventurous sort; so trying new foods was just another facet of that.

It wasn't particularly adventurous, however, much to his disappointment. He left, sloping along the ground, feeling vaguely disconcerted.

Lore frowned but gave a slight shrug. It was food, how strange could it be? Though closing her eyes and chewing made her a bit apprehensive. What if it was something gross?

Mhh? There was something strange, sort of musky, thick, noticeable after the first chew that got worse the more she chewed. Ugh. She licked at the inside of her mouth, as if to scrape it off.

"Sort of musky, thick, and noticeable ... sort of gross." Lore grumbled, and took the token before Bone Chewer could ignore her.

Looking over the booths worth of... Food? What appeared to maybe be food, since they were expected to eat it, Gentle Beauty listened to the others responses. It seemed, for most, it was a rather unpleasant experience, but some seemed to have rather tasty bites to eat.

Closing her eyes and scrunching her nose, G.B took a nibble and started to chew before recoiling and letting the bit of food fall from her mouth by instinct, her tongue sticking out of her mouth as if trying to rebel against her for eating it, "oh.. Oh uck. I 'ink i thuwallowed parp ob ip."

At least there was a token for her attempts. She heard there had been cooked eggs the year before, but this was not such a good eats booth.

"I do like food," said Okay is Wonderful, baring her teeth delicately. "Mind if I give it a try?"

But this was maaaybe not what she should've done immediately after trying that other buck's booth. The taste was overly rich and overly strong, but also only accented the tastes of that bitter liquid. Had this been made from rotten sole? Optimist certainly hoped not.
