Alexandre had spoken to various people he had corrupted, whether in person or via text or phone call. he had found out schedules and done his homework on them each. He'd waited till he'd found out Aiden would be going out to his mothers for the evening, dinner with his family and spending time with his sister, before inviting them all over. That had been a week ago and now the night was here.
He had let them all know and now he just had to see who would turn up for dinner, he'd told them it was dinner at his place and a chance to meet the rest of his group - his family. It was odd to think of them as such but he did, he had brought them all in and it was his job to teach them and train them...sort of like raising them - right?
The house, large as it was, felt small and homey right now as he moved about the kitchen moving food around. He'd spent the better part of the day, since Aiden had gone home a few hours ago, cooking and things were finally starting to finish so he could bring them to the small dinning room to be placed in the center of the table. Nearly tripping on Cadha, again, he glanced down at the scottish terrier and sighed. "You really do get underfoot." But there was no bite to his words, just a fondness for the pooch.
Katya he could see, from the corner of his eye, sitting on a chair at the kitchen table. She had been in and out of the kitchen, where she went to when she wasn't in the kitchen he didn't know, but she had let him to his cooking and didn't bother him much. He was thankful for it; really he was.
Moving about on socked feet the blond took a glance about the kitchen, it really was starting to over heat in the room from all the cooking and baking. Taking a moment, after turning the flame off under a pot, to go crack a window open and let the cool air in the blond returned to the pot and went to move it to the counter top.
The bowl of salad was grabbed and moved to the dinning room, to join the rest of the food. The smell of pasta, garlic, and other things filled the house and he really hoped no one had food allergies...he didn't need to almost kill any of his officers.
"Hux...?" Calling out for his elder cousin, his bangs moved from his face as he glanced about.

Considering the invitation was from both a teacher and his superior officer, Sean showed up promptly at the time he was given. Well, as promptly as he could; he was about 5 or 10 minutes late, because the city bus didn't quite get him there at the right time. He'd scrutinized the bus schedules as best he could to try and figure out which route could get him close to the house at about the right time, but it turned out that he either had to walk half the distance, arrive half an hour early, or a few minutes late. He'd decided slightly late was best, and hoped that since this wasn't a school or Negaverse activity (as far as he knew), it would be OK. He walked the short distance from the bus stop to the house, double-checking the address written on a scrap of paper as he went. Wouldn't want to bother the wrong person, after all. When he was sure he had the right house, he walked up to the door and rung the doorbell, then took a step back and waited.

Walking about the house, wondering why no one had turned up yet, he was starting to worry and wonder if there was a reason. Had something happened that kept them all from arriving? Had they all suddenly gotten busy and forgotten to call or had they perhaps forgotten? He knew he shouldn't worry but he did, and it couldn't be helped - they were his officers.
With the last of the bowls set out on the table Alexandre took a glance around and called out to his elder cousin, asking if he needed help. With no reply he did duck his head into the kitchen, and was about to ask again, when the doorbell rang. "Be back." The words quickly left his lips before he hurried off to the door and unlocking it he pulled it open. Spotting the teenager there he held it wide open. "Come on, it's cold out!" Smiling he waited for Sean to come inside.
"You can hang your coat up in the closet." Indicating the coat closet by the door. "I've got the food done, just waiting on everyone else." He really hoped everyone else would turn up. "Anything to drink? And make yourself at home." He'd never done this, invited a bunch of officers over to his house and played host. He'd had officers living at his place, still did as his cousin doubled as an officer, but this was different.

Tom huffed towards Alex and Katya's dwelling. He was already late, he didn't want to be amazingly late.
He had been glad when he got the invitation from Alex, hoping it would be a good opportunity to finally meet some of his various negaverse comrades. Unfortunately tonight he had had to do a couple of things with his brother, including helping him to pack a bit, they were going out of town in a couple of days back to their home, and had ended up being a bit late for the party. He only hoped that he wouldn't make a fool of himself by being the last one to come.
He was finally in front of the door after a bit, his face probably a bit red from the cold and exertion. Luckily he hadn't slipped on the way here and he would make sure to be much more careful once he left. Catching his breath he went and rang the doorbell.

Ryan was late, pulling up to Alex's house and jumping out of the car, barely remember to lock it as he jogged up to the house and looked to Tom with a grin before walking into the house like he owned the place and motioning for Tom to follow him. Maybe he wasn't as late as he thought he was. "Hey bossman," he said walking up and clapping Alex on the back before plopping down on the couch. It was quite obvious Ryan had been here before, a lot of times. "Gonna come jogging in morning ... haven't been able to catch up with you ... fiancee likes to come jogging with Lona ... find myself in the park with jogging stroller a lot lately." He rolled his eyes and groaned, "didn't expect to become a full time nanny to his sister when I moved in ... " Despite his complaints he was no longer all that upset about it. He did enjoy Lona's antics, like smearing baby food on her brothers face and in his hair, with hugs. That was always priceless. He stretched, relaxing and wondering where the dog was and if Katya was avoid it. "Cadha," he called to the small dog, "here boy!"
