YouTube/Etsy/Tumblr Persona -- Online, Dahlia disappears and Autumn comes out to play. Autumn Grey is a wig, a pair of contacts, a ton of makeup, and an entirely different wardrobe that transforms Dahlia into someone edgy, sharp, opinionated, and sultry. She loves the feeling of being someone she's not -- of being famous while anonymous. And while she has a comparatively negligible number of subscribers (and who would doubt that with her niche appeal), Dahlia manages her online persona on a number of venues: tumblr for her poetry and short stories, youtube for her death-related explorations, and etsy for what charms she makes of weird, macabre finds.

Death - Autumn lives death. Breathes death. Eats death. Yes, she ate a tiny bit of her grandma's ashes once and found that it tasted pretty horrible, but #noregrets. Autumn's interests take her to memento mori collecting, to investigating coffin-making, to visiting graveyards (and subsequently sleeping in them), to trying the whole seance experience, buying old funeral clothes, looking up morbid factoids from the victorian era, and much more. In fact, she moved to Destiny City specifically because she kept hearing of a lot of mysterious deaths there. Maybe it's got some ghosts.

Crafting - With the number of handy little machines available today, Dahlia (or usually Autumn) handmakes all sorts of little crafts. She makes her own bracelets, headbands, cyber falls, necklaces, stamps, magnets, charms, dreamcatchers, and is teaching herself how to make wigs and more. A lot of the allure of crafting comes from doing something with her hands, and from much-needed monetary gain. Sure, her etsy shop doesn't get a ton of traffic, but dollars spent there go directly into funding Autumn's next dark expedition. Plus, she enjoys wearing the fruits of her labor for much cheaper than some of the name brands out there, and they're comparatively well-made. Why buy an on-sale fifty-dollar Coach keyring that looks blasé when she can make and personalize her own keyring for pennies on the dollar? It makes gift-giving a whole lot cheaper, if time-expensive.

Virtues:

Gregarious -- Dahlia loves having company over. She loves being in company. She loves being invited over. There's never a sense of dread that pervades her when someone knocks on the door at 2AM or some equally unholy hour (aka 2PM for Autumn), and she's always receptive to requests to come see her. She'll hang out with just about anyone, and thanks to her performance as Autumn since she was about sixteen, Dahlia learned how to change faces to fit with the crowd. Looking down on others or otherwise evaluating them escapes her; she doesn't think too critically on who she's with and prefers to just take them as they are. Sometimes she'll play extra social and join classes, support groups, or even protests just to see who she can meet.

Warm -- Dahlia is naturally smiles and pet names. She's the first hello, the first how are you, the arm touch (unless she's being Autumn). She's more inclined to compliment than to criticize. Dahlia prefers to catch her flies with honey -- playing nice earns her much more positive relationships, even if warmth comes naturally to her. Besides, who doesn't want a hug and a smile at the door?

Complacent -- Provided it's nothing too out of the pale, Dahlia has no problem following someone else's direction. She finds it more comfortable than having to take a leadership position. Even with her YouTube adventures, she often takes her followers' and commenters' suggestions on new places to explore. Same thing with her Etsy shop -- if someone has an idea, she's more apt to pick it up from there than to come up with it on her own. Invitations out, suggestions of places to go, even orders from strangers are usually accepted. Nobody really gets mad at the one going along with the crowd, right?

Flaws:

Easily Bored -- If she has no goals to focus on and no people to entertain her, Dahlia loses interest in damn near everything. When she's bored, she refuses to do anything. Nothing sounds good. She'll tsk and sigh and drag her feet. She'll roll her eyes at every suggestion of something to do. Where's the challenge? What's so great about that? She was just doing that last week. She'd be better off laying on the couch and tossing her arm over her eyes.

Anti-Solitude -- Dahlia hates being alone. Hates it more than anything. Can't stand it. Won't have anything to do with it. She goes into her room to sleep and that's about all she bothers to do there. Every waking minute of every day should be spent with others whenever possible and she'll go absolutely crazy if someone stuffs her in that room and expects her to do anything by herself. Even if she has to drag people out of the house kicking and screaming, she. will. not. be. alone. In person preferred, but she'll talk to anybody over her bluetooth to get her to her next classes.

Bigoted* -- Dahlia has very strong opinions, and those opinions fall along a heteronormative line. She'll say things that qualify as microaggressions to a lot of minorities. She doesn't see why it's such a big deal to think ace is fake or to dislike lesbians or to use slurs at people. What's there to get offended about when someone makes a target out of themselves by doing something out of the ordinary like that? In reality, a lot of the things she says can be particularly harmful to the minorities that are just now gaining representation and she doesn't particularly care that she hurt someone's feelings.

Effect: Wound transfer. Orpiment points at the target and shouts the attack.
