Hobbies:Club Hopping: Mac loves to dance. She loves the vibe clubs give off. It makes her feel alive. It also doesn’t hurt that it's her job to review clubs, bars, and other popular party destinations. She spends a lot of her time going from place to place some for work but most for enjoyment, visiting at least two a night if not more. Rarely does she stay at one place all night.
Flirting: Mac likes to flirt, everything from the cheesy one liners to ones that are as smooth as ice, she has heard them all. Some she even uses herself. Its power, she likes the power she has when she flirts with a guy. It's just another type of dance. One she is damn good at. For her it's just a game, it doesn’t mean anything and she doesn’t intend any harm by it.
Pole Dancing: It’s a strange hobby, one that gets looks when she mentions it, but Mac takes Pole Dancing classes. She finds that it is not only a
fan-freaking-tastic way of keeping her body in shape but it also it was fun. It kept her tone, flexible, sexy, and rockin some hot high heels. Mac also took up some belly dancing in the classes as well but its the pole for her, it also didn’t hurt that she loved the way she can just see guys start thinking with the lower brain when she mentions the classes.
Virtues: Driven: Mac is driven. She knows what she wants and she doesn't hesitate to do it or go after it. She doesn't worry about the possible difficulties, danger, or even a straight up rebuff when it comes to doing, or getting, what she wants. Mac will go full steam ahead when she starts something, no ifs, ands, or buts. It is suggested that you don't get in her way or you might get run down like a retail employee on Black Friday. It's safer to just go along or step aside because one way or another Mac will get what she wants.
Loyal: You need someone to have your back Mac’s your gal. Mac might be very self occupied but she recognizes the benefits of having good friends and relationships so if you're one of Mac’s special people she won’t let you down. After all friendship is quite literally good for your health, it's known that those who have lots of friends outlive those without by
20%. As far as Mac is concerned that isn't a statistic to sneeze at. So she takes care of her friends, taking them to clubs and restaurants, having a good old time with them. Granted she also use their observations in her work but who quibbles about little things like that.
Even when things get a bit dicy, like a rough patch with a guy, Mac sticks with her friends. She's put in this much time and work with them that she won't just toss that out. She will do what she can to help, if only to make herself feel better, more charitable and ‘good’ and all that.
Flexible: Mac is
very flexible ^.~ but seriously though she is use to going with the flow and adapt to change. She has to be in order to deal with the ever changing club scene and the flow of people she interacts with on any give day. She is able to modify herself, and in some cases her surroundings, in response to altered circumstances or conditions.
If a drunk stumbles into her party she would stop having fun, easily remove them, then go back to partying. Was a serious moment just broken by something hilarious? She would be laughing her a** off before getting back to business. It might seem like she is made of quicksilver but her switches were calculated and intentional. She was like the reed that bends in the storm, not the oak that breaks.
Flaws: Self centered: Mac is very self centered and will only do stuff that will be beneficial to her. Seriously, if it doesn't affect her in any way she doesn't care about it and doesn’t really care if you know that she doesn’t care. Are you bleeding out and need her help? Doesn’t care. Are you bleeding out on her shoes? She cares, if only because you are about to ruin her favorite pair of heels. When she is feeling particularly ‘helpful’ she can rationalize just about anything so it becomes about her like helping pick up trash on the side of the road. Mac would figure that doing so would be reducing pollutants which would help prevent the melting of the icecaps which was screwing up the weather patterns which meant she wasn’t able to get such a great natural tan this year which meant she had to go to a tanning salon and seriously have you seen what those places charge?! It's highway robbery! This is extreme and takes quite a bit of work on her part so she doesn’t do it often, and will b***h about it the whole time while doing it too.
Opinionated: Mac isn’t the kind of woman to keep her opinions to herself. She will speak up regardless of the consequences when she believes that what she is saying is true. Even if it risks her own skin she will call out the bullshit of others and even has been known to start a fight or two due to her assertive and rather dogmatic tactics when it comes to getting her voice out there.
Judgmental: Mac has a tendency to make snap decisions with regards to people and situations, often times wrong ones. Not that she really cares. She doesn’t care that the kid is screaming his head off because he just had a really bad day, you're a bad parent because your kid is throwing a tantrum for not getting candy. Even after being proven wrong Mac doesn't really care, you will always be the short troll to her although she will stop calling you that…. Eventually…. Maybe…. Probably not though.
