The sun peaks in through the shattered window of the hotel room, a soft warmth covering Kylars body as he suddenly awakens. Despite his unrest and inability to sleep the night before, he seems to have fallen asleep. There is no grogginess or anything else that lingers from his time asleep, he is suddenly alert as if he hadn't been out at all. The light from the sun barely reaches the ground where he had been laying, another oddity given he had been resting on the couch when he tried to sleep before.

Looking around the room, there is an open first aid kit on a counter top. Tied in the middle of the floor, rests Estrian, the angel who had helped him save Hexxis the day before. The angel didn't seem to be awake yet, perhaps for the best since he had attacked them during the night and had been restrained. A towel wrapped around his eyes to prevent him from lashing out with Telekenisis.

Kylar walked around the room, not making a sound. He cracked the door to the bedroom to check on the woman who now controlled him, but the inside of the room was empty. After a thorough check to make sure he wasn't simple being tested again, Kylar moved to Estrain attempting to wake the other man gently, the bindings and towel still in place just in case he remained in an aggressive or agitated state.

"Estrian, remain calm. We're alone and I plan to set you free, I just need to know you're still you." Those were the first words spoken as the angel stirred, a hand gently placed on the angels wing to prevent him from hurting himself if he tried to spread them while restrained.

Kylar smiled as Estrian responded, he had returned to himself this would be much easier. Had he awoken in a panicked berserk state this could have gone horribly wrong. Kylar reached into his pants pocket, producing a key. Removing the hand from Estrians wing he spoke, "I am going to cut you free, make sure you don't move though. Yoko tied you fairly tight so I don't want to injure you further." Transforming the key, Kylar created a small blade and began slowly cutting away the binding to free the Angel from his predicament. Once he had freed Estrian he removed the towel from his head and moved to stand before him.

Now able to see eye to eye Kylar smiled once more and spoke up, "I'm glad to see you're alright. If you're able to move I suggest we get out of here. I don't know how long she's gone or even why she left, but if you want to get away now is our chance." He knelt down and offered a hand to the man so that he wouldn't have to strain himself in standing if his injuries were worse than he knew.

Kylar laughed at the mention of his head and then shook his head when asked if Yoko had something he needed. He spoke up before to many questions arose, best to explain on the way out. "One of the perks of being dead I suppose." He grinned, it was obvious Estrian wouldn't understand what he meant since he was still standing before him, so he explained. "I died in my house or got extremely close to, the woman brought me back however. She turned me into a puppet that she could control, but just my body. My mind is my own, but my body responds to her commands, which is why we need to get out of here before she comes back."

Kylar smashed in the rest of the window in the room, a large enough opening that they would be able to pass through easily. Turning back to Estrain he looked at his wings before asking, "Can you fly or do you need me to carry you?" He stood by the opening waiting for an answer.

Kylar followed Estrian out of the window dropping with no resistance to keep up with the Angel as he dove towards the ground. He may have said he was good, but twice he had been beaten within inches of his life in just as many days. Kylar kept close prepared to grab hold of the Angel until his wings opened and he controlled his descent. Following suit Kylar came to a halt in midair controlling his speed and direction to follow Estrian towards the ground a short ways away. Finally on solid ground and no longer worried Estrian may injure himself further he spoke to the man, "Estrian, I'm sorry I got you involved in any of this. It was my battle and yet you got injured fighting alongside me. Is there any way I can repay you, somewhere I can take you? I doubt Hinale is safe for you any longer."

Kylar remained silent a moment before determining that Estrian had a right to know. He spoke again elaborating on his warning against Hinale. "Before you woke with Yoko and myself you were held captive by SIU and Zaku Shiori. When I took you from them they became furious, even placed a hit on me. I'm not entirely sure you're the reason behind it, but they were adamant I couldn't take you before things blew out of control and I fled with you anyways."

Kylar smiled at Estrian and asked, "Would you like some company to help you get where you were going? The smile faded when Hexxis was mentioned, the weapon he had nearly died to protect. He took a moment before answering, "They have her. I was only able to get you out because of the aftermath of sending someone disguised as her handler to calm her down. It might have helped if it was actually her handler, but they restrained her leaving you alone in the other room. As I left they made threats against taking you, but I didn't listen."

Kylar looked around nervously before speaking again. "Regardless of your plans we should get away from here. I don't want to be nearby when Yoko returns, if I can help it."

Kylar nodded before speaking, "I am aware of it, but you should know SIU has spies there. It's where I first met them. SIU was recruiting Metas at Sanctuary." He thought for a moment before adding, "If you still want to go I'll help you get there safely, but be careful who you trust there."

Kylar began walking away from the hotel continuing to speak with Estrian as he moved. "Do you need anything before we leave or can we go there immediately?" He looked towards the Angel awaiting a response to plan their next action accordingly.

Kylar answered the question, ["At the time I only met Ree Liz, but since he's become a wanted man I assume they would have another in his place." There was a pause as he considered what else to say. There was no proof, but if SIU controlled the renegade leader it was possible they also controlled Sanctuarys leader. He had been a part of the meeting with the world leaders, it was possible. He decided to voice his concerns, "Since SIU controls the renegade leader there is also the possibility they have someone high up at Sanctuary. I can't be sure about that one yet though."

Kylar nodded as Estrian said he was ready to leave immediately and began walking. They could take flight now, but that would make them easier to spot if anyone happens to be looking for them.

Following along to the bus stop, Kylar walked quietly listening to Estrian. He didn't seem to think the higher ups were in league with SIU, but there was still no telling. It wasn't a risk he was willing to take himself just yet, given his previous defeat that nearly left him dead.

Kylar sensing the hesitation in Estrians voice spoke up, "Are you sure? I can help you get there just in case SIU is watching the buses out of the city. If there is a spy they will notice me, but I can go as far as Aldas before we would have to split ways."
