Description:

Description:
Sarada makes use of his superior wind style. A giant wind manipulation at genius level. Sarada molds and bend the might of a storm to his will. Through heavy wind generation, manipulation and shaping. Along with a few hand seals. Sarada creates a particularly large monstrosity tornado capable of literally changing geographic landscapes. This is done weaving, twisting available winds into a form that has yet to be seen on the wind element jutsu category. To unleash this attack on the enemy. After the hand seals, Sarada kicks his leg forcefully in the direction of his foe. This giant tornado is condensed; the winds being used for it have much higher destructive value, and focus making it faster. A giant tornado whose wind tunnel is wide mouthed, this jutsu power is focused into an ever spinning drill mixed with blender effect. The outer walls are of a smoother wind density, while the inner working walls are made from a heightened razor sharp and destructive style wind. Unlike a regular tornado it moves a lot faster, and is much more centralized for damage/various effects. Once it makes contact this giant tornado proceeds to rip through the opposition if it can. To attack, or defend with. Sarada molds this high power wind into a spinning razor sharp compressed wind around them. Being the core of this jutsu. He hides himself in the center where his wind cannot reach himself. This technique functions at a high level. When Sarada heel drops or plants his foot whether it'd be on the ground or in the air. A might blast of powerful level winds erupts around and from Sarada. This sphere of rapid spinning, and skin slicing winds is accelerated by further movements of Sarada. This creates a dome of wind capable of slicing clean through sheet metal and rock. It functions as a defensive barrier against most types of attacks as well as an offensive shield. This is an embodiment of legends from the Uchiha clan that Haoh-sama is the fastest among all the Uchiha of his era. He created this jutsu based off the legendary hero of Greece, Achilles! This allows Hoah-sama to run through a giant battlefield in a single breath, and obstacles on the field will not slow him down. Even a large forest could be plowed right through his vicious running charge! His speed stands out enormously with this. That speed is equated to instantaneous movement, incredibly faster than regular Shunshin jutsu. Literally anything that enters his field of vision, the distance between Hoah-sama and his target close instantly. The only weakness is that he can only use this in a straight-line fashion. To clear gigantic ranges in less than seconds while plowing through bricks, concrete, buildings, walls, ect. This is meant to pierce defenses without harming himself! This onslaught works with defenses same rank, or lower than him. Also, after use, it has a 3 post cool down effect.

Description:
By applying the Ten no Juin "Cursed Seal of Heaven" to a target. Senju Kanō, user of this Juinjutsu brings his target's abilities and actions under his control. The control only works on target's right above his rank. Otherwise their chakra would be too strong for him to control. If he's a Genin, this only works on other genins, or Chuunin. With a simple secret hand seal, Kanō can inflict great mental and physical torment on the victim. Inconceivable pain too tormenting slowing down the victim considerably! Kanō can control his victims for 3 of his posts. Afterwards, he has to wait "a brief amount of time". However, Shō' Kanō cannot force someone to kill themselves.
Requirements: Applying the Ten no Juin "Cursed Seal of Heaven" to his target.

An A rank technique that can completely control a person seems like a lot. Make it S rank. We also need limits on how it can control them. Like, a person could resist if you told them to kill themselves. And a time limit, like you can only control them for a certain amount of time, and have to wait to do it again.

We just decided in the crew that we're not going to have techniques with post limits in this guild... so change the post limit to "a brief amount of time" And I still want the thing about not being able to make them kill themselves.

How do you control them if they are incapacitated? You realize that means they are knocked out. What range does this technique work at? I assume Kano would have to be able to see them to control them. Also, this technique should be preventable if the cursed seal is sealed.

I'll note here that we agreed that this technique will not work if the curse seal is sealed. And with all of those limitations, it is approved... good luck getting people to actually take your cursed seals now. Oh, and change the title of this thread. Its misleading, being in the clan subforum.

When airborne this jutsu takes his existing tailwind, and adds Haoh-sama's own wind to it via chakra. Thus greatly heightening the power, control, and capability of all his wind-based ninjutsu. Also this jutsu adds to Haoh-sama's effective speed airborne.
