Senshi: Imperatrix senshi of Tattoos

Collar -- Is part of the jacket, draping down the back.
Bow -- Drapey ‘belt’ around the waist, tied to the hip or swung partially back
Bodice -- Sort of a decorative corset that dips in front as in the picture and comes to a v pointed down over the belly button. (Belly button piercing!)
Sleeves -- Bodice has no sleeves, coat does and they are rolled up.
Brooch -- Round and off to one side of the coat (See picture)
Bottoms -- Denim colored pants tucked into tall charcoal biker boots
Tiara -- Something simple fitting the tough theme, a simple circlet or a headband maybe.
Choker -- Black choker with a jewel in the middle matching the brooch.
Shoes -- Knee high heavy leather boots like a biker might wear, low heeled clompy things.
Gloves -- Short fingerless gloves
Accessories -- Spiked band around the bottom of her braid, possibly a second at the name of her neck where the braid starts.
Your MAIN COLOUR should dominate. Your SECOND COLOUR should be used for trimming.
Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Imperatrix Needles:
Imperatrix lays hands on her opponent and from her hand, the sensation of being stabbed with over and over again with threaded needles radiates out from her hand. This is a token to one of the oldest forms of tattooing, dragging charcoal covered thread dragged through the skin with needles. The attack spreads for approximately a foot of body surface up from the hands, even once her touch is disrupted, and can be instigated even through cloth. While no physical damage is left, the opponent may feel as if they cannot use the body part that has been ‘tattooed’ to due numbness and soreness left behind. It lasts approximately 30 seconds and can be used 3 times a night.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Imperatrix Needle Blooms:.
Similar to the earlier attack, Imperatrix must make at least brief contact with her opponent with at least a small part of her hand. While it starts at the touch point, the sensation jumps rapidly to areas more tender for tattooing, where there’s little padding of flesh over bone, and feels as though multiple needles are being tapped aggressively into the skin, over and over, for 40 seconds. Unlike the previous attack, this one has the (
optional!) ability to draw small spots of blood from the
shallow pinpricks. Though in spite of the tattoo like assault, no permanent marks are actually made and the attack is highly unlikely to draw massive amounts of blood. While not life threatening and mostly painful, it is intended to be highly distracting leaving the areas numb and sore.
Can be used twice a night
Eternal Sailor Attack: Imperatrix Hold Fast
Imperatrix’s need to touch drops as her attack becomes more powerful, and at this point she only needs to be within five feet of her foe to cast her magic, this one coming with the illusion of flying, inked needles in a cloud rushing toward the victim, who, again, suffers (optional)bleeding in tandem with the stabbing in sensitive areas, and this time, finds that an exposed area of flesh now reads, for the duration of the magic “Hold Fast”.
(Emphasis that these pinpricks are very shallow, and will never be life threatening as they are magical in origin, and do not always appear.)
And in this case ‘Hold fast’ means magic. While the characters can continue to move and fight as they normally would for a character of their rank, they are unable to concentrate to teleport, mirror walk, or use their magical abilities for the sixty seconds until the tattoo fades, leaving only the bleeding from the tattooing needles. In fact, like ink spreading through tissue paper, while the subject hit with the tattoo is the primary victim, they might not be the only one, as anyone standing within 10ft (?) finds themselves to be similarly impacted, though outside of this radius the effect fades.
Can be cast once a night, twice at risk of exhausting herself to the point of needing to retreat, making it unwise to repeat without another fighter on hand, and lasts for 60 seconds.
