The Mini Events are small-scale versions of the AURB, which we use to help advertise the
guild and the AURB throughout the year, but also just to have fun!
Volunteering as a mini event Host or Admin is a good way to see what it would be like to be
a Room Host or Room Admin during the ball. If you want to be a host during the ball, but
aren't confident in your hosting and/or admin skills, this is the place to get that experience!

~ Roles ~
The responsibilities for the Host and Admin differ slightly. Please make sure you know which role you are applying for and what it entails.
Hosts:
These hosts are in charge of writing the plot and developing the characters with the co-hosts for their roleplays, same as the Main Host.
They will also be sourcing artists to make art for the characters in the event.
During the event they will be taking care of the roleplay itself. This duty involves making sure that co-hosts are taking care of unattended
guests, giving warnings to god-modders, removing or ignoring spammers from the roleplay, and ensuring that the plot is kept on track.
Admins:
Event admins will be looking after prizes for character quests, setting up the event forum, and sourcing forum graphics from the available
guild artists. Before the event Admin will make announcement/quote posts in their respective subforums to make sure everyone involved
in the event is on the same page and contributing consistently.
During the event the Admin will be updating contest lists and handling prizes. As this role is much less intensive than the Main Admin,
event admins are permitted to roleplay in the event.
