● This Norman-style manor was been the home of the Mortemer Family for a very long time, and the family claimed to live in England since the Tudor Period from Normandy.
● In Year 2031, the current heir and patriarch Topaz decided to renovate most of the things in the estate, making it more welcoming and home-like as a result.
● Most of the recent family members decided to live here nowadays, especially Lazuli who returned home after his twin's and wife's death, moving in to take care of his niece Esmeralda.
● The backyard is bloomed with a nice garden, taken care by Ester Mortemer and her grandson Garnet.
● There is an attic room which served as the quarters for the House Elves, who were well-treated and acknowledged by the recent members. There's also another attic that was merely a dusty old storage room.
● Of course, there was also the basement- Which was accessed by a trapdoor in the kitchen.
● And really, all that is there in the cellar is just wines, old ancestral portraits, and a vacant for Lazuli to work on his Spell Inventing and Metal Charming projects, which his brother Topaz irritably insisted that he should do that somewhere where he could actually see him because his dangerous job freaked him out.
● They don't have a dungeon.
● The fireplace in the living room is connected to Floo Network. But one cannot directly apparate to the estate, as it was recently protected by an Anti-Disapparating Charm.
