Hux stood there with a clipboard in one hand and the chained on pen in the other. He watched as teenagers started to file into the room, all of them already in their swim suits thankfully so he wouldn't have to send anyone out of the room to change. A quick glance at the clock on the wall had him counting the students and comparing the number to what he knew he was meant to have, finding the number exact. Good it meant no one had skipped or had been late for class, something he appreciated greatly seeing how it would help with introduction.

"Alright good afternoon class." He said with a bright smile as he caught their attention. "As you may know I am your instructor for this class, Hux Evans. When we are in the water feel free to call me Evans to keep things short, when we aren't in the water then teacher or Mr. Evans will do." He started out looking over the faces of the students and not loosing his smile. The reason he told them to call him by his last name when in the water was simple really, if they started to have trouble then it was quicker then anything else besides 'help'.

"To get started I would like everyone to form lines please." He said and gestured to the three life preservers in front of him. "For those who have joined my class because they do not know anything about swimming, please line up here." He said and pointed the pen to the life preserver to his right. "For those who joined knowing how to swim but wish to become stronger swimmers, please line up here." He next pointed to the life preserver in front of him. "And finally, for those who joined because it would be an easy class and you got to swim in it, please line up here." With an amused smile he pointed to the last one on his left.

Once the students had lined up where they were meant to, thankfully less in the last line then he had feared, he started to call out their names in role call. With each answering 'here' or the like he would mark next to their name on the paper which group they were a part of as well as their attendance of course. It would make things easier for him in the long run after all to have both.

"Alright, group three, you are free to swim as you like however each class you will have a set number of laps you must complete as your participation." He said to the group to his left. "Group two I will be showing you different ways to become stronger swimmers over the course of this semester and you will have a set amount of times you must work on these as well." He addressed the center group then finally the group to his right. "Group one I will be working with you mostly for this semester and by the time you leave the final class you will know how to swim and at least be moderately good swimmers."

With all of that said he gave a bright smile and looked over his class. "All of you have a special assignment however and that is, make sure to have fun but keep safe. There will be no bullying, rough housing will be minimal, no interfering with another students progress unless you are helping them and not hindering them. That said, lets get to work." Hux finished then started to tell them the rest of the rules of the pool and to let them know where they can and can't go depending on their group. All and all he called it a successful introduction.
