He's just like any other Jervis in many ways, but much farther down the rabbit hole. He's forgotten who he was before becoming the Hatter. He now runs the Wonderland Gang, a group of misfits who are also criminally insane, each taking the code name of a Wonderland character. He's normally kidnapping a different Alice every week or so when he's out of Arkham, killing them when they aren't perfect. Though, for the last few months he's been seen with the same Alice, who's been helping him remember who he really is.
Ending up here in this Amalgamated universe, he's disoriented and scared and very dangerous.
